New Brian Epstein biopic - "Midas Man"

Everyone got distracted with the new documentary Get Back and new film about Brian Epstine got little attention. So I decided to come with a pack of important informations.

"Midas Man" is a biopic about the Beatles manger and it will be focusing if the influence of Brian on the band.

The film just begun the filming, so we don't know the exact release date but it's speculated to be in 2022. Fortunately, we do know who will be playing.

Jacob Fortune-Lloyd know from "Queens Gambit" has been casted as Brian Epstein.

george: *plays his emotional support bob dylan songs* the entire beatles fandom:

#There’s a bit in part 2 where he’s singing for you blue #and he sounds like he’s not fully supporting his voice and i really just wanna throw a raft out to this man sometimes #sitting in a room with the two biggest stars on the planet and being a part of them and feeling like you can’t fully let go like that #cause let’s be real his voice has been the subject of some conversation #geoff emerick and George martin’s books are especially good at mentioning constantly that George was a beatle but nothing close to j+p #and to like…. I mean he’s a Pisces so he was probably aware #that other people felt this way and so I fully FULLY understand George walking out cause when there’s that air around you for 10 years #AND your mates don’t take a second off their ego trip to be like no you’re a beatle man #you’re important you’re a corner of the square just like us #and back that up with the respect and admiration they gave each other #you begin to believe it or at the very least be swept up in the narrative #that you’re nothing but second tier #and then you go off and do your own thing and realize people respect you outside of your world shattering band #and then you have to come back to people who think your opinion is less than #i would wanna be done as quick as possible too #i would walk out if I was getting flack no matter how minor it was cause I’ve now got the beginnings of a standard of how to be treated

what i’m seeing in part two from paul especially during the talk about the trip to india and whatnot is someone who wants to hang out with his best friend and misses that relationship and john is only BARELY available during sessions to be hung out with, and never outside of work because yoko now occupies that time exclusively.  george tries to take things in a different direction and paul just keeps directing his speech right at john about “what we did on our vacation”. a very high school move of pretending to acknowledge the younger kid but trying explicitly to have a convo with your friend but you only see them in class but there’s a third wheel. ringo’s not even interjecting cause he knows whats up, they’re not conversing, it’s the paul and john hour.

I wanna say for the record that I don’t hate Paul McCartney but when he stood up and started complaining ab how hard it is to be Paul McCartney when George was getting huffy (b/c Paul was needling him) I was pissed

#i haven’t finished part one yet but the first half to me was just John and Ringo literally vibing #Paul having a whole ego trip #and George literally just trying to talk and getting bowled over by the aforementioned ego trip #i knowwwww that’s not what it is #I know Paul is going through something I know they’re all stressed #but god if it doesn’t suck to be the guy who’s trying to be heard and no one will listen #like to be George Harrison… and ask do you want to hear this song I wrote #it’s the same as when I ask my roommates if they’ll let me share something with them I really like #the response is usually pretty low energy and makes me feel bad for asking #maybe I’m projecting on George but I love him so much #also THE FULL ARGUMENT WITH PAUL AND GEORGE!!!! #insane watching what Paul does under that kinda pressure #he was squirming a little bit trying to stay nice in the face of George politely seething #George said you can catch me in 4K I don’t give a fuck #just watching Paul try to walk away and then come right back to try and fix it #and only making it worse
