My mother passed away when I was 5 and I don't know who else to ask. My Dad works a lot and doesn't have a lot of time for me. He says he is there for me but he doesn't really listen or get it, you know?

Oh, my dear anon, this does not bother me one bit. I'm sorry to hear you're struggling. Being a teen is not easy, especially these days. You young people are faced with so many more challenges than when I was a teenager. My advice to you is this....feel what you're feeling and don't let anyone tell you you're wrong for doing so. It's ok to cry...to feel frustrated, overwhelmed, even angry. Because whatever the situation, it is not permanent. IT WILL CHANGE. And know that YOU MATTER. You are beautiful and precious and significant. I hope this helped, feel free to ask me anything, anytime. You are not a bother. 💕
