My brother’s birthday...
My day started normal but ended with me having KFC for dinner. I can’t even do something so simple as not eating? I’ll fast for the weekend to make up for it.

- one cup danish bread and on serving of pasta: 600 cal max
Total: 486 + 600ish cal
Maybe 1000 cal mark?

- Two slices bread with a bit of avocado: 210 cal (estimate)
Lunch:
- Carrots: 55 cal
Afternoon Tea:
- caramelised white hot chocolate: 42 cal
Dinner:
- Dumplings: 420 cal
From here on out, I’ve eaten like 3 Anzac biscuits and a marshmallow. Mini binge but feels just as bad.
I fucked up yet another day.
I’m so fucking disgusting. The thing I hate about myself the most is that I’m so fucking attention seeking but I just can’t keep my mouth shut? I probably come across as so much of a pick-me girl it’s not even funny at this point. What’s even worse is that all my friends seem to agree and point it out to me anyway and laugh, if I don’t pretend it doesn’t upset me then they call me sensitive. I can’t win. I’m one of the only white people in a (mostly) East and South Asian school and the amount of times I’ve been called a coloniser (in front of the class too) and have had to laugh it off it just stupid. I can’t say anything because then I’m “sensitive.” I’m so sorry to anyone reading this, this is just like two years’ worth of shit built up until I’ve developed whatever fucked up relationship with food this is. Is it bad that I want them to notice? I want them to baby me, like they do the other small/skinny people in my friend group. I don’t want them to make fun of me anymore. I want my friends to notice how skinny I get and worry about me. Whisper about how skinny and sick I am. If they ever do find out, I want them to know they’re the reason behind it. For them to feel like the worst shit on earth. I want them to love me like they do they others, they’ll forget about me being white then, I think. If I tell them they will just call me attention seeking again. I want the other captains at my school to like me, instead of just an annoying younger captain who doesn’t do anything and can’t pull their own weight.
I just want people to notice how skinny I am and love me for it or because of it.

Having no pants cause your thighs rub and you get holes in every single pair
Having to spend hours choosing an outfit cause nothing looks right
Being self conscious about your relationship because you’re afraid of them finding someone skinner
Trying not to eat in public due to fear of judgement
Having flabby arms
Being disgusted with yourself
So yeah it’s hard but my life is harder when I don’t do it
