Leverage but Star Trek:

Nate- A human (ex) star fleet captain who’s son was killed by a war star fleet started

Sophie- A trill <3 She’s relatively new to this host body, and in her old body she knew Nate. Unlike most trill, she never actually uses her trill name, which is what is regarded as her ‘real’ name.

Elliot- A Klingon who worked as a mercenary for years and years, primarily for Moreau. He realised that he was no longer fighting or killing honourably, and switched up his act, acting as a guard and retrieval specialist on various ships, never sticking around in one place for a long time

Hardison- A human tech prodigy who was offered very early acceptance into star fleet academy, but he quit after like one semester because everything was too slowwww, and went off on his own after stealing a ship and forging the papers for it, hacking his way through the Alpha quadrant

Parker- A Vulcan who’s autistic even by Vulcan standards. Shes logical, but it’s her very specific logic that makes sense to literally nobody else. She didn’t actually grow up on Vulcan, instead on a series of planets and ships as an orphan, before meeting Archie and living on his smuggling ship. She then set out on her own, much like in the show.

disturbed by how little ppl acknowledge the secondary health risks of vampire bites. if your vampire lover is drinking your blood you MUST be up to date on your tetanus shot. puncture wounds are at especially high risk for tetanus infections. just because your partner was born in 1312 doesn’t mean you have to die like it.

moreover they should be prepping the bite point with an alcohol wipe.

and while I’m at it, I’ve noticed a blithe disregard for health & safety when it comes to blood pacts. can’t believe I have to say this but you should absolutely NOT be cutting your palm open with the pocket knife from your belt holster (??????)

if you’re expecting to be in a blood pact/oath situation please just pick up some sterile finger lancets from the pharmacy. cannot stress this all enough.

Longtime villain who shows up roughly once a season, seemingly dies, only to come back the next episode with fancy new scars

hey people of tumblr. yes everyone. this isn't fandom specific.

you've probably never heard of it but there was a german singing group called the comedian harmonists. they were as popular as the beatles at their time. yet you haven't heard of them. it's because three of them were jewish and active around the ride of hitler and the nazis intentionally destroyed nearly every recording they ever released.

they made a Broadway musical about them called Harmony. you probably haven't heard of that either even though it wanted to keep their legacy alive. Not enough people cared and so it closed early and while until now we had the hope that it will be nominated at the tony awards, it unfortunately wasn't.

I want all of you to look up the comedian harmonists. And listen to Harmony. and the podcast the creators of Harmony made called Who were the comedian harmonists.
