Life is too Short: TAKE THAT BITCHES

Yesterday I had such a Fabulous day, in the midst of every Eating disordered anorexic shitty thought I actually had a good day after an awful set of Doctor check ups which I COULDNT BELIEVE :O. Me and my amazing friend Laney went to celebrate my Birthday with Mr Grey and I just have to write about the experience I had: I decided early on to have a normal cinema experience, popcorn sweeties the works because I NEEDED DESERVED AND WORKED for it. This is maybe the 5th time in my lifetime that ive gotten cinema treats and last night with my darling best friend I was actually to enjoy my Regular size Movie popcorn to SOME extent. I almost felt like crying with hope when we were leaving and the look on my friends face that I had achieved that obstacle in my life was just so overwhelming. What i’m trying to get across is it took me 7 Years to have 1 ok experience in the cinema, Anorexia Recovery is a journey and takes constant work and effort. I hope this helps someone today because if you keep fighting IT WILL eventually get easier for you

23 is the revamp of my attitude

So yesterday it was my birthday and Ive been super quiet on here lately which is annoying me but ive always said I dont want to post something if my mind isnt in it, but IM BACK WOO. My birthday was a hard day it was fun and of course I celebrated with my family but an Eating Disorder doesnt take a break just because it’s your birthday and I was Silly to think different. I went for my weigh in this morning and I maintained after losing last week which Im dissapointed in myself for because I have a target a goal and if I dont start working instead of losing this battle I will never get into treatment. So im going to put a REAL effort into this weeks meal plan and recovery plan. NO MORE drifting into the background my personality needs reviving and I am the only person to do it. So BOOM lets gets creative and excited. My Birthday Party is this Saturday and I CANT WAIT gonna blast Camila & The Greatest Showman soundtrack

New Week New Meal Plan

Thinking tomorrow after my Check up with the docs I’m gonna come home have cereal with NEW Greys Anatomy which is my fav Monday routine....., but I think I’m going to put work and effort into putting together a new meal plan for myself. I just think it’s really important to keep changing plans and routines so let’s see how it goes 🔥 I’ve had a rough week so I’m putting it behind me and moving forward it is my birthday week after all 😼
