They never support me, I'm only useful to them when they have to make a good impression in front of other people or as a sort of living encyclopedia.

I finally watched The Sound of Music and like I get it now, I get it. 

It’s a beautiful two hour love story of a strict man finally opening his heart again and then a fifty minute public service announcement to hate the nazis. Brilliant.

Hi! ❤ Ohhh nice to read that and good question! I like searching, discovering and sharing those old pearls with you mutuals or other fans. I have saved many hetalia (or not hetalia) blogs in my drafts, I search for content using their hashtags and so I find fanart or other kind of posts about underrated characters (example: Turkey, Hungary, Netherlands, etc.) or about my favorite characters (Itabros, just to say). The same goes for popular and rare ships. And, sometimes I love to think that the artists of those fanarts would be very pleased to see their works getting more likes or reblogs (even after years)!

When will creators of famous and beloved franchises realise that no fan in the history of fandoms has wanted the sequel with the new generation to have higher stakes and more angsty drama than the original.

A Fan: Wow, can’t wait to see the heroes’ children living in a world that has been made better by the original heroes, having a loving and respectful relationship with the hero I loved and respected as a child, and dealing with their own adventure that might not be as high stake as saving the world, but is important for their own personal journey. 

A creator: How about the world is ending again, the new generation hates the heroes, who have become major assholes for no reason, and everything is bigger and goes more boom.

So hetalians, want to consider this name idea I have for the ancients?

I saw the word in Japanese for 'ancestor' is 'sosen' and I thought of combining the word with '-talia' and using something like Sosentalia to refer to them like how Nekotalia is.
