Also getting really fucking sad thinking about not just. Sunshower Dongbaek's attacks in general but her panic type is named "Unstable" with a breaking heart symbol and just. All of her fucking passives man. She was just miserable the entire time and died miserable

On top of that the Fixed Panic carries over to Spicebush and still has the "Unstable" low sanity state

The fact that the entire time she was just in this utterly broken mental state even emphasized by the fact that she has no shock to seeing Yi Sang alive despite killing him is hhgghhbh god she deserved better and it always fucking breaks my heart

There's this misconception I'm sure your're familiar with concerning daydreaming about one's original story and characters. I've seen many posts/memes that are like "teehee relatable writer things- I'm always thinking about my story for hours instead of actually writing it lmao." YES. OBVIOUSLY. Honestly, GOOD.

Call me crazy, but that's just called having a well-thought-out narrative. You can't tell a good story if you haven't spent time considering it, how it's structured, how it progresses, how your characters progress, etc.

Even if it boils down to half an hour of this confession scene is going to be so hot and complex or I think my OC would like Beyonce, you're putting thought into your narrative, which gets you more familiar with it, which eliminates holes and narrative weaknesses, which will make you more confident writing it, which strengthens your overall writing and story.

These posts/memes treat it like you're wasting time when you should be writing instead, but that's not true. It's practical. Don't condemn yourself for enjoying your creation, an act that will ultimately strengthen it.

See, I just lost an Eik run at Eik.

And yet all I feel is “gg dude I could’ve played that better”. It was fun. He is a fun boss. It’s a fun map in line with Boss Two Of IS Being Mainly About Preparation, and yet much better than its Boss 2 peers.

I never once felt anything remotely positive about The Last Knight. It sucks getting to him. It sucks prepping for him. It sucks fighting him. It is simply awful game design from every angle.

I’m really glad they put effort on IS4, man. The more I play it, the more it becomes glaring how lazy IS3 was.
