Though it once slept, Xehanort's magic brought the world to the surface once more, and the Keyblade Masters were able to muster their slumbering strength to save as many denizens of the other worlds as possible. Now protected by a barrier of light that steadfastly keeps out the darkness, sleeping travelers found themselves waking up in the town with no way to return to their home world.
Thus, Scala Ad Caelum's new inhabitants had little choice but to settle into this foreign world alongside the original residents who were reawakened. The school designated to train keyblade wielders reopened, and with a new unknown threat came the urgency to train and better their skills. Scala Ad Caelum's natives have since been working alongside the world's new residents, and together they hope to find a solution to defeating the darkness once and for all. 」
