Ok listen, I have a HUGE crush on Alan. So what could be some little headcanons of him and or with his partner (aka us ahah, love you <3)

I'll give you some random ones, let's go:

if MC is super against him smoking and opts for just yanking a cigarette out of his mouth, he'll purposefully put new (unlit) one to give MC an excuse to get closer to him again (and again lol)

he generally doesn't like sharing food with ppl like eating from the same plate, taking bites etc, but he'll be the one to initiate that with MC without even thinking, and then be very confused with himself at first

he gets very used to MC's presence and likes/dislikes so if you i.e. always drink a particular drink when coming to visit him at the bar he'll eventually have it prepared for you in advance and it'll quickly become a habit for him

he's very into romance stories, but he never realistically sees himself as having a 'television romance' himself, it's 'unrealistic,' like he'd love to, but it doesn't seem feasible for him, so if your MC is a romantic person too and does smth cute for him, he'd die on the spot lmao

I just got finished playing the demo for FMO (i love it) and i couldn't find this question so, will the game be nsfw?

Additionally, how do the ROs act while jealous? Who's most to least jealous?

Nope, nothing beyond what's already in the demo, so fade to black only. Generally I won't be doing anything explicit in any of my games that have customizable ROs and MCs due to the amount of variations of the scenes I'd have to write. I tried to vaguely plan it out before and yeah, fade to black is best I can do rn

As for jealousy, I think it'll be obvious in-game, especially if you play one of the LTs 😏 but from most to least: Malitiose-Mirren-Rez-Lotar-Saltire

Absolutely! A bit abt them pre-game, how about that?

So, after they first joined Mastravisch's army, back when there was no castle, no nothing, they fought their first real battle together, but they were split right after getting back. Mirren was promoted as a mark killer, (sort of like an assassin, but they just got specific tasks in the Beyond), while Rez remained as a solder stationed in the 'no man's land' for the majority of their service. They didn't keep in contact much through all that, but also neither of them felt particularly inclined to.

I've been obsessively playing the Fool Me Once Demo the past few days to explore the different ROs. After playing Saltire's route and learning Hunters are typically trained to be chaste, I'm curious does that make them more vulnerable against demons, monsters and ghost that use seduction to lure their victims, or does resisting temptations of the flesh give them an advantage?

Lbr almost every culture has at least one story of something taking the form of a beautiful woman to lure men to their demise. Heck, I even decided to name my Summoner Giselle after the titular ballet where a woman who died broken hearted by betrayal turns into such an entity. At least in this case, Saltire's death was more motivated by trying to return the favor of saving a life rather than being lured to their demise by a beautiful yet haunting woman.

The hunters are kept chaste to NOT fall for demons actually, but tbh most hunters still go around to 👉👌 despite it being forbidden. That said, they are taught from a very young age to despise ALL creatures, so having a hunter fall for a demon/trick is very rare, even if it does happen, esp to the initiates if they joined when they were older than their formative years.

Saltire, though, is a sticker for rules, at least they were pre-game. They tried very hard to sort of atone for what happened to their family, even if it wasn't their fault. They also feel like they were 'stained' by the Fey, so the rule of chastity was something they thought they could use to become more 'clean.' It was all unconsciously decided, though, Saltire never really thought about it much.

Rook! Hope you’ve been well. I have a question and idk if maybe it was asked before and I missed it or it’s been mentioned, but did/does Reed get his cologne/ whatever fragrance he wear from MC? Or is he too particular to let MC pick for him? Just imagining him getting a bottle of something as a gift from them since hey discount on some fancyshmancy perfume and that becoming his signature scent ever since all because it was from MC.

It slightly depends on the player, but he did actually!

So it's like this, after getting the job MC received a short training from Dia about perfume etc and customer service, so MC is trained in helping people choose the scents, but also in fragrance, oils etc, but for obvious reasons (the shop being a front with not so many customers) MC rarely gets to use their skill.

Bc of that, Reed was one of the first 'clients' MC practiced on, so now he tends to buy perfume/cologne according to that, tho he also does receive tons of perfume as 'gifts' so he ends up testing other stuff from time to time too.

So now the 'depends' part, if your MC gives him a particular perfume, that's what he's going to use as his main, if he was given directions/guidance towards which scent suits him best, then that's what he keeps in mind when shopping. Tho again, as I said before, Reed doesn't spend a lot of cash on himself (or at all), since he puts all his cash in a savings account. Most of his stuff comes from bribes so he kinda picks and chooses from that.

Maxie boy is on the shy and awkward side, doubly so because he's never been in love + he was away preoccupied with other things, first music, now work. He would ask a crush out but make it seem like a causal meeting between friends adsada. He is a romantic at heart, but he likes the soft love type of relationships nothing too dramatic. He would enter a fwb relationship with his crush if he was offered to, but he wouldn't be comfy with that, so it wouldn't last long. He's more of a switch, but he'd like it if his partner took the lead 80% of the time.

Hi! Happy to hear that! 😘🥰 Sure thing, let's go:

So basically chaos/entropy is the essence of which everything is made, but only the (born) practitioners can learn to use/shift/harvest it, in different ways. In FMO I use the concept that energy can never be destroyed, it can only be changed, and that's what the practitioners do.

So humans in general, can't use more entropy that they have within themselves as practice acts like an exchange. Because nothing gets destroyed, they can be overfilled or overdrawn, which would result in their death. Now, demons have an opposite problem, where they can 'store' as much entropy as they want, but they are born without the chaos in them, so to be able to use it, they need to source it, usually from humans. Now, ghosts, as beings made of pure entropy, can store and use as much entropy as they want, even if it's cross-schools, though there are still drawbacks as explained below.

Their innate ability dictates their main 'school' and how the practitioners are able to use entropy. For example, the Summoner 'sees' the chaos as bubbles of space, or tunnels, mini dimensions that they can shortcut through to acquire the already-in-existence items. It's natural, it's something they are born with. Because of that, if they wanted to use a e.g. healing spell, they could only make do with 'their way' of harvesting the chaos which a)would deplete them of energy faster b)would yield a much lesser effect. The same way a healer could use chaos to heal, but could, at best (and only if trained) summon a bottle of water across the table.

There are some common cross-school abilities the prisoners are typically taught, though: basic healing spells for personal use, ice and fire magic (as in heating or freezing water, usually only a cup or a bucket full), protection runes, etc, but most practitioners just stick to what is the most natural for them.

What is Amare?

Why a festival?

Jams are an awesome way to get the creative juices flowing and challenge yourself to create a game in a short amount of time. However, there are already a lot of amazing projects in progress, so it's important to celebrate those and give people the opportunity to focus on setting and achieving goals with their existing projects as well.
