A Rainy Day

He was sick and tired of everything around him. He just wanted to find some happiness. Maybe even some friends, but of course it was impossible. Hell, even a tree can have more friends. He was too tired, more than per usual. It was slightly concerning not going to lie, but then again what is normal nowadays? He sighed picking at the grass mesmerized of how green the grass was and how sharp it was as well. He was sitting, upsetly about how everything went wrong today. Even the thoughts brought tears to the clouds as it started to rain. He sighed knowing he should've brought an umbrella, but just didn't care anymore. He looked up tiny droplets of shiny water hit his face, full of regret and remorse. He had his eyes wide open as he saw the leaves on the tree he was sitting on getting wet and pretty. He loved nature. He loved how no matter what it was and what controlled it it never was there to harm him, unlike everything else. He sighed contentedly and messed up his hair which was wet and giggled at how messy he was. The freedom and joy of this oh so beautiful moment was amazing. He jumped off the branch carelessly and ran around wildly. Jumping, skipping, hopping, you name it. The happiness he longed for was finally there. It might've not lasted for long, but it sure was there to comfort him.
