I didn’t really pick up on the thematic throughline in the first season of the 7th Time Loop anime at first, but on reflection it’s so funny that the “villain” of each arc is just a character who’s so engulfed in self-loathing that manifests as a desire to make the world hate them so they’ll finally feel justified in believing they’re the scum of the earth, and Rishe is just like: “Have You Considered Being Normal About This” and talks them over to her side.
Like it happens every time, it’s so funny.

Just some random thoughts
About Rishe is completely convinced that Arnold only spent time with her is because he had work to do that goes along with her plan.
And not because he enjoy her company.
But like,
1. Why does one could only have one purpose when doing something? Why can't they have more than one reason?
2. I don't know if Rishe realise this, but Arnold agreed to have mock fight with her earlier in the series (and later we'll discover that he will continue to do that to help her improve, so it's not a one time "My fiancee is so interesting let's see what she could do" then ignore it thing) , he have nothing to gain! I mean, sure, he definitely agree with the plan because he also wants to know her skills level, but can you blame him?
More under cut, mention of Pride and Prejudice, Jeweler Richard because of reasons.
Let's see it from his point of view: There's this lady who seems to know how to sword fight, and from her stance, you know her knowledge was more advanced than any lady would actually have.
Then she jump off the balcony, and end up with no injuries. (Except her hair got tangled with leaves and might be somewhat a mess, her dress is dirty, she's fine)
Who would not be curious about it? I mean come on, this is supposed to be somewhat like a Middle Age European environment, and there is a female, a lady, a noble lady even, that knows swordplay? That's gonna raise lots of eyebrows.
I mean, you want comparison? I could give you one.
Elizabeth Bennett, from Pride and Prejudice
No, she don't know swordplay, or herbs or all those knowledge that Rishe had gain due to all those loops she have had.
What Elizabeth had, is her sharp mind (and tongue) and her thirst of knowledge (which Rishe share) and that have cause her to be on the receiving end of Lady Catherine's criticism. (Not that Lizzy does not respond in kind, but that's also not something you are encouraged to do.)
THAT, my dears, is the norm. Which the LN did mention somewhat, in flashback. (Mostly done by Rishe parents and some by the previous fiance)
What Arnold is doing, despite whatever reasons he might have had is NOT the norm. (Again with the shades, I don't know about the shades of Pemberley, but the shades in Galkhei are heavy indeed, but it's due to Arnold and his so call father, scratch that, it's due to the "father" it's his actions that caused damages after all)
Darcy is one thing, he's a landlord, he don't need to answer to anyone. He could basically do what he wants with his life.
Arnold tho, is from royal family and despite what he said, he should know perfectly well that even if he's king/emperor, doesn't mean he could do whatever the heck he wants. I think he's just mocking his father in this, but I could be wrong, there's always the issue with power corrupt, so I can't rule out the possibility that when he gets to the throne, he'll slowly change to be a different person and be absolutely the most horrible king in history, but we don't know, since Rishe only knows about him starting war, not his policy, not how he rule, not how he treat his subjects (and I don't mean nobles)
But he still do this, he still allow Rishe do whatever she want, which in itself is ... what's the word, eccentric. Something both Raul and Yoel notice and remarks on, but Yoel is the guy who actually spoke out loud with it.
Anyway I digress.
Later on Rishe is almost always like "Arnold do everything with a reason and he would not accompany me for company sake"
Then she would use examples of taking her to the jewellery store and the street is to kill time to wait for Prince Kyle, or accompany her to the opera house is to take a closer look at the suspicious person, and the like.
But like, if I was Arnold and I do not want to spend time with Rishe, I would just take her straight to the jewellery store then leave her there. Or take my work with me to wait.
I absolutely would not waste my time waiting for her to stroll the streets, select whatever rock she like, while I sit there and do nothing but stare at space bored out of my mind.
But that's not Arnold does, was it? He does not do any of this, he accompany her, wait for her to enjoy the view and takes her to the store.
Wait aside patiently for her to select whatever stones she'd want, and did not look bored for once, Rishe would notice if that's the case, then we'll see her being all "if you have other things to do I could deal with this on my own" or something.
And then, he goes back to the place he's supposed to be working and do his job.
That's not an action of someone who doesn't want to spend time with other people.
That's just someone who actually WANTS to spend time with people, that's the opposite.
Just cos he work afterwards does not mean he does not value her, which I think Rishe need to figure out.
So instead of "He's using me to kill his time" that Rishe is thinking of, Arnold is more in the line of "I would spend more time with her if I could, but I am too busy, so I need to kill two birds with one stone." So he squeezed his schedule and accompanied her when he could, since where she wants to go almost always joint with where he needs to be going, then it's perfect, right? (And I would like to point out that he voluntarily take her out to the streets and jewelry store, it's not even something she asked.)
Because he likes to spend time with her. And honestly I need to know what Rishe parents had done to her, that she's still thinking alone those lines
When Arnold basically nurse her back to health and stays with her when she got poisoned.
Or that he actully stare at her sleeping form doing nothing (when he could just get up and collect paperwork, productive and all)
I also want to know if Arnold would think the same with Rishe (cos she also do this, right, do something with multiple goals in mind?), or he's on the "Why would she wants to spend time with me in any scenarios" line of thinking.
Compare to whatever he's plotting, I am more curious to know about his thoughts on Rishe, but well.
Jeweler Richard did not have an Richard POV until many many chapters later, I guess it's the same with 7th loop. (Sigh)
Okay, I'm done, sorry for the long post.

i just finished volume 1 of the 7th Time Loop LN and
Oliver: Your wife, who constantly claims to want nothing more than to laze around in bed, has turned the villa into a school for new maids, effectively fixing our staffing problem, has made connections with a large up and coming merchant company by curing the owners little sisters illness, giving her connections to their connections all over the world, has concocted a scheme to give the poor people in the slums work, boosting our economy, and has now formed a friendship with your little brother, the person who tried to kidnap her, and has access to all of his connections...
Oliver: It seems as though your wife is building up her factions.
Arnold (not at all concerned, mostly amused): She's hilarious isn't she? I wonder what she'll do next...
