I am obsessed with this stuff! Unlike other liquid chalk products this one is actual chalk! Yes chalk not some other stuff that sucks the moisture out of your skin! Goes on as a liquid dried as chalk! It's the no mess, easy way to chalk up before lifts. #tbt What a difference eating and lifting heavy make. If there is one thing I've learned since I started powerlifting is that you got to eat to get the booty to make the gainz. Food is fuel and I train for athletics not aesthetics so I eat according to that goal. 5 months ago when I started I was a crazy diet, adderall driven cardio bunny who's goal was to just be skinny skinny skinny. And it showed. I was a size 0 with not butt, no tone, no nothing. Then I started lifting, I changed my way of thinking, I got off the adderall, started eating like a normal person and lifting heavy. And BOOM! I didn't just build a booty, I build anew outlook and mindset about my body and fitness.
