Unpopular opinion I guess but I’m really tired.
Cishets aren’t inherently evil and out for blood & the “down with cis” mentality is harmful and leave a negative impact on the progression you’re trying to make.
If you meet a group with hostility, they will show hostility, be the bigger person, don’t retailiate with hostility & instead educate them. There’s always going to be people who think your group is bad so there’s really no changing that. But that doesn’t mean you should outcast those who want to learn about your culture weather it be LGBT culture, or your ethic culture.
Yes there are some people who are cishet who are dicks but that doesn’t give us the right to treat everyone that way, there’s dicks in every community & you wouldn’t want people to see the worse of your community and say “that’s how everyone acts.” So why do the same to them? It’s pretty counterproductive to what you’re actually trying to do.
