I just found out that Tinker Tom refuses to leave kid Shaun in the Institute when he begs to go home with you if you say no to him. ;~; It’s so good. If you say you’re definitely not gonna take him he says,

The new Vegas Tribes having to learn to read, write, do math, and every casino game on earth along with customer service etiquette in the span of like a month or else this gambling Walt Disney Knockoff they’ve never met is going to gun them down with big fuck machines they’ve seen for the first time in their life. something about seeing a glimpse of humanity legion soldiers tbh.
vulpes inculta being an insecure man with who has never felt as though he fit in anywhere, and deals with his crippling inferiority complex by being as cruel and vicious as possible, lashing out like a wild dog with no control.
joshua graham laying awake in his final years in the legion as his forties come to a close and wondering if any of it was worth it. returning to new canaan after the fall and seeing his siblings happy and healthy even as they grow old, with children and even grandchildren, and realising it wasn’t. aching endlessly for a life he destroyed with his own greed.
legion men falling love sick for prostitutes and slaves because they’d never known the comfort of a mother and have been told they are nothing but weapons in caesar’s arsenal since the day they were born. legion men rarely living past their early 20s. legion men being loyal to a man who sees them as an expendable resource, and who enslaved their mothers, and murdered their fathers.
