Hello members,

After talking it over, all three admins have come to the conclusion that none of us have the time nor the energy to dedicate towards the group. Things in our real lives have become quite overwhelming for us, so for our own mental health, we've decided it would be best to close down.

We wanted to extend a thank you to all of our members who have been so dedicated and active, honestly we couldn't have asked for a better group of writers. Thank you all for coming along this journey with us, we really so appreciate each and every one of you.

You're all welcome to add us as friends on discord so we can keep in touch, and possibly when things calm down for us, we may be back.

CHARACTER SUMMARY:

Lorcan’s story starts between a vampire and a human falling in love. His father the vampire and his mother the human. It was always a matter of time before fate said it wouldn’t work. His mother passed away when he was four, leaving him and his father to figure out life together without her. 

Since Lorcan’s father was a journalist he traveled with him all over the world. Most of his childhood was dedicated to being tethered to his father so he didn’t wander off too far. Lorcan was bad about just wandering as a child. He learned a lot though, he knows four different languages, and many different cultures. It was during the travels he picked up a love for music.

Hogwarts was pretty interesting. Not many kids needed to eat blood every so often after all. There was a perk to being sorted into Hufflepuff though. Snacks were right there close. It was always nice to have, and he made some decent friends during his time there. 

In school he was your average student. He had to work out a way to get blood, which was something he had to work with the headmaster. After a while he had a few friends he could take a sip from if he needed anything. In his later years (6th and 7th) he had a few girlfriends and boyfriends that allowed it to happen when needed. 

Lorcan had a small little band in school. They would sneak up to the Room of requirement and practice well after curfew. 

He ended up finding his wife somewhere along the way. They were young and in love. They lived the dream of the band life. Sex, drugs, and rock and roll were their jam. Since half-vampries age differently he knew that one day she wouldn’t be there with him but that didn’t stop him. 

He married her after a few years, and within a year the unthinkable happened. He was driving with her and got hit by another driver going too fast. He only lived because of his vampire side. 

For a long while he hated everything. He threw himself into his music and picked himself up that way. 

When the war started he was still grieving. Being an average wizard he did his best to help out where he could. He used his music to help fund the order to the best of his ability. He wanted to help where he could even while he was out on tour. He let his penthouse be a safe house for those who needed it. He didn’t go out fighting but he offered what he could to people who were far braver than him. 

About three years ago now he had a one night stand with a fan. That one night stand came back with a baby a year later. His daughter Rosin. She’s three now and goes on tour with him everywhere. She’s always backstage with giant headphones on and the band loves her. 

With the war over he moved his focus to her and his music again after taking some time to work with the order.

CHARACTER SUMMARY:

Lily was born in January of 1960 as the younger of two sisters, second daughter of the Evans family. Her childhood was spent surrounded by a family of loving relatives, her older sister a rock that the young girl would cling to at least for the first few years. By the time Lily started exploring the world, their interests began to shift. Perhaps it was due to her being the younger of the two that it always seemed her parents paid more mind to her than they did to Petunia. Looking back it was hard to tell, but it evidently put a rift between the two, especially when Lily began showing signs of unexplained phenomena happening all around her.

Lonely without the company of her older sister, Lily found herself wandering the fields until one day she met a boy that became the friend and companion she so desperately hoped for. Through him did she learn of the magic that would come to explain all the previously unexplained events. At the same time the rift between her and her sister only grew. In the eyes of the older one Lily was simply a freak; an odd creature that wasn't the sister she once treasured but instead someone who clearly sought attention at any given moment. The truth couldn't have been further from her sister's explanation. Severus, the boy, became her one true friend. At that time nothing could have split them apart.

All that changed when Lily received her letter from Hogwarts. To Petunia it was yet another reason to believe her sister was the freak she personally thought her to be. The redhead never quite figured out the jealousy that lay hidden underneath, nor did she ever find out about the letters written to Dumbledore in hopes to follow Lily.

It was sorting that turned out to be the tough part. Lily, thrilled to be sorted with an open mind, found herself in Gryffindor. The word Slytherin, called out the moment the hat touched her friend's head meant nothing to her and yet would become synonymous with things lost and left behind in the past.

Over the years the differences in houses and friends made put a rift between her and Severus, the friendship struggling and eventually crumbling under the weight of words thrown in the heat of an argument. Lily found herself walking her own path from there on out, her friends at her side. With the war going on outside the walls of Hogwarts she had other things to focus on no matter how much it hurt to leave behind those who once had meant so much.

By the time Lily graduated, Petunia had moved out of their parents home and in with her boyfriend at the time. The war now in full force, the young witch decided to walk the path of a healer, wishing to help wherever she could. Her natural talent for potions came in handy. It wasn't long after she'd started her training as a healer that she joined the Order of the Phoenix.

Upon the end of the war Lily returned to focus on her healer training, intend to complete it as fast as possible in hopes to prevent more loss. The losses sustained during the war were embedded in her bones. There was no denying there, a bad feeling in the back of her mind always remaining. Lily Evans had never known this world to be without the chaos of war and somehow she refused to believe those who'd followed the mad man would be quite as satisfied without their fight.
