"I feel like one of Rise and most fandom's problems is that I think a great percent of fandom is always young, impressionable minds whether they're kids or chronically online teens that are not mature enough to realize to let things let live or learn how to ignore something they don't like.

There's times to speak up on serious issues but I believe that certain opinions and beliefs should be expressed on real-world issues on real people instead of a fictional world and fictional characters.

Consume media properly, kiddos and learn to filter and stop purposely seeking out content you'll be upset about. "Okay, I know this would NEVER happen in the show, and most would disagree, but as a system, THESE TURTLES HAVE SYSTEMS IN OUR HEART!!!

Trauma at a young age? Check! I'm pretty sure being separated from society and being almost completely isolated IN THE SEWERS and being freaks of nature(/aff) is pretty traumatizing as a kid. And that's just what we KNOW is canon. Splints might have been pretty neglectful which could very well give even more trauma.

Also are we just going to ignore that one episode where Raph went crazy? Hm.. wait.. wasnt there.. gasp! A trigger!? That very well could've been a negative trigger for a switch! Also Mind Raph.

Speaking of Mind Raph, another headcanon, all the turtles introjected Mind Raph after he originally formed in Raph's sys.

Also, I'm not quite saying that when Mikey put on those personas of Dr. Feelings, and Dr. Delicate Touch those were switches to alters. I mean, it could've been co-con(ciousness) or co-fro(nting). Or maybe Mikey just acts like the two sometimes. Or maybe they arent alters(yeeeettt.....)
