I really like Simon Jack and Roger! ik they're really different, but I really like how deep each of their characters are

What I personally think is that Jack's need to seem superior to the other kids took a turn for the worst as he grew more and more power hungry, ESPECIALLY with Roger's underlying influence over him. Also he has that issue with self image and keeping a reputation, so when he realizes that on the island he can be whatever he want, he took advantage of it (that's how I see it at least) I REALLY REALLY REALLY HOPE YOU HAVE FUN WITH US <333

hi!! ive recently joined this fandom after nearly completing the book (STILL HAVENY RECOVERED OMG) and i wanted your opinions on a few things! /nf

1 - opinions on both films? which is better and are they worth watching?

2 - is this fandom particularly problematic in any way? i hope not because this book is my new hyperfixation 😭

3 - who is your favourite character? mine has to be simon, i genuinely love the sweet epileptic boy with all my heart

4 - what genuinely happened to jack because his descent into absolute barbarity is so intriguing to me, like was that a mask he was hiding behind which he revealed while on the island, or did the freedom to do whatever get into his head? like at 12 years old, hes still a child but what a sadist.

AND THE OC IS A GIRL AND LOWKEY BASED OFF OF MOTHER MARY (and myself lol) The thing is that idk if I'll be able to keep up with it (SCHOOL RAAAAJHUIYTFYCBJK 😡😡), I draw traditionally, and I don't have a phone so picture quality would be terrible ^^"
