Thinking about how Suga was replaced by Kageyama as a starting setter but never held any bitterness, and instead did his best to help Kageyama every step of the way. This must've meant so much to him after Oikawa refused to teach him, and is one of the many reasons why Kageyama holds Suga in such high regards. Their dynamic is just so supportive and wholesome, and even after the time skip you can tell Kageyama was Suga's favourite first year.

Thank you for the concern! I’m doing ok, mainly just busy with college and other things going on in my personal life. My mental health has been very hit or miss lately, but I’ll manage.

Unfortunately I have lost a lot of my interest in hp/prongsfoot. It’s still a ship that I adore but I haven’t had the inspiration to write due to everything going on in my life.

Daily Prongsfoot Thought

James and Sirius both have astounding memories, which is partly what lets them succeed so well at school while dedicating surprisingly little time to studying. While Sirius is still living with his parents, he destroys James' letters whenever they make it to him so that his parents/Regulus/Kreacher can't get their hands on it. When he's feeling most alone, Sirius 're-reads' James' letters in his head, often falling asleep while almost hearing James' voice speaking those written lines: How much James misses Sirius, and what they're going to do when they see each other again, and how, one day, no-one will ever be able to keep them apart.

I have been thinking about the fact that there is a strong connection between Achilles and Sirius Black in their reaction to the death of their best friend. Reading the excerpt from the Iliad, I noticed some details - both anticipated the tragedy based on a hunch, both Patroclus and James were without their 'weapons', etc. - which makes me wonder if the parallelism is actually unintentional (avenging the death of a friend is a common theme). And then I thought! Maybe I should draw it!

i hate that the two interpretations i see the most of sirius is either incompetent silly boy or suave hyper intelligent arrogant asshole. and it’s like… i think he’s just complex? i think he’s intelligent and knows it and is firm in his intelectual opinions. i think sometimes he’s silly and careless when he’s not thinking of others. i think he’s an asshole when he’s upset. but i don’t think he goes out of his way to be any one of these things? i think he’s charming and complex and confusing and rooted in some habits/behaviors and still kind and compassionate and a little to himself.
