Architect’s Tiny Abode

A modern tiny home with three separate buildings connected by raised walkways. Built around the natural desert landscape this one bedroom home features a sunken living room, home office, 1.5 bathrooms, a pool, and lots of outdoor space.

I did player test this lot but left the outdoor dining unusable because it just looks too good to change. I really wish the Sims team would update dining chairs so that they would slide under tables and not stick out taking up space.

Eco Container Small Home

A Tier 3 (100 tiles), limited pack, small family container home with a makers space. I love the container aesthetic but also wanted a modern, reclaimed materials addition and I’m just dying to live here! A kitchen, dining space, living room, bathroom and sun room for indoor gardening are all located on the 1st floor. Ladders lead up to the 2nd floor where a balcony is accessible from both bedrooms, and a home office is nestled cozily into a corner of the main bedroom. I used windows on a diagonal to create the look of bi-fold doors on the shipping container in the backyard where the makers space is located. Dew collector, solar panels, solar roof tiles and a wind turbine will help to keep bills low and leave an Eco friendly footprint.

Inspired by Eco Living and Japan. There is a workroom with the fabrication machine and recycling along with two dumpsters for all your Sims diving needs. The retail store is fully furnished with items to sell, it’s merely a suggestion as to how I would set up the merchandise. The apartment above the store is Japanese in style with a genkan and three separate rooms for the bathroom area. The three story home next door is an empty shell to help with cost and lot loading. Player tested.

This is adorable! Much harder challenge than I thought it would be. Styled as a mid century family home. I did not player test this lot, so I don’t know how accessible the third floor attic is. I made a cut-a-way wall to make two rooms on the second floor for the laundry and bathroom. No CC!

A BASEGAME ONLY miniature sized town full of amenities, tons of skill building objects, shops, park spaces, a public pool, residential boulevard and a quaint downtown atmosphere that includes an outdoor courtyard space and multiple street art murals. 4 family homes and 2 apartments above the shops each designed with a different personality. 4 shops - bookstore, bakery/cafe, bar and gym. No CC, lots of clutter and basegame debug items bring this lot to life. 

I literally have warm fuzzy feelings when I play on this lot.

Unfurnished Apartment

I was looking for an apartment shell and couldn’t find one in a style I wanted. So, I made my own. At first, I wasn’t going to detail the exterior and leave it as just a shell, but you can see how that worked out. I even decorated the exterior of the debug building. I think it enhanced the feel of this neighborhood and made it come to life, I really enjoy the street art mural! There are 5 apartments and a few skill building items included too. No CC.
