I constantly apprise myself to not give up on visions, not to give up on something just because things were not going the same way. Here is one of my fun😉 tasks that I always followed and make sure that we have every 6 months, PEST CONTROL SERVICE! To avoid termites, bugs, cockroaches, etc. I'll make sure to cover every nook and cranny in the interior. Just like removing drawers, put chemicals not only on the sides but also on the back. I'll open bilges to spray with chemicals too. Not only in the interior but also on our deck (deck locker, forepeak, and more)! Note: We were encountering fruit flies after our yard period. I was depleted!!! So I made a REMY SOUR. (Best served in a coupe. Please don't follow the glass I used). 50 ml Rémy Martin VSOP 🍋 30 ml lemon juice(I used fresh lemon juice) 15 ml simple syrup 🍊 Orange twist Angostura bitters 🍒 Cherry (optional) A dash of egg 🥚 whites(optional) How to make it in 5 minutes: 🍹Shake 50 ml Remy Martin VSOP, 30 ml lemon juice 5 ml simple syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters with ice. 🍹Strain into a glass (best if chilled glass) mine wasn't chilled. 🍹 Whisk the egg whites and place them on top 🍹Garnish with an orange twist & cherry. I made an effort to dehydrate the flowers I used last time and I was delighted with the outcome. It is a pity to get rid of them, particularly the eucalyptus.
