i decided not to go on a second walk because i was feeling kind of faint, i should've eaten less
I've emailed my uni twice asking them to not call me and detailing why i cant talk on the phone, but they've called me twice in 2 days, both after id told them i cant talk on the phone, and given them my mum's number because she can legally speak for me, i know its stupid but it makes me anxious every time my phone rings. I've asked my SEN teacher if she can do anything and she said she'd try and contact them and help.
