What an inspiration, she’s such a good role model for all the youngsters out there. She’s been put through so much and she’s still come out strong. Black, strong females are so pure and good. 

“There have been so many women that have helped me. Gosh, one woman that’s really been influential to me, obviously, has been Billie Jean King. She just really took pride in what she did, and what she does. Also Chris Evert. They’re women that really go above and beyond. And I like to mention them because they were such great champions, and they encouraged me to do better than them. Not to be on the equal level as them, but to go even higher. For me, I thought that was not only something that I appreciated, but it’s something that I would encourage someone else to do in the same shoes.”

We’re kicking off the first day of our Women’s History Month celebration with the one and only Serena Williams. This living legend has won 23 Grand Slam singles and 14 Grand Slam doubles, all with her sister Venus. Crocodile clips

No lie, we spent an entire double period sticking crocodile clips on each other. In the end, someone managed to get two on our teacher, one on some cocky guy in year 11 and one on a Physics teacher.  Then our teacher actually set us the challenge of getting one on our welding teacher, but told her about it, so the challenge was extra hard. 

This is the kind of teacher we have, and how fucking awful our grades are gonna be, but also how much I love this place.
