This may be a hot take...

...but I don't believe Angela really did anything wrong ): Like I fully understand Lilith's resentment, I don't get the Angela-hate

they were both just children and they lived in a situation where attention was a resource that could run out, and in a situation like that, a child is going to take all the attention they can get, even if it means taking it from their sibling and that's on the parents for pitting their children against each other, like I'm struggling to understand why we are blaming Angela for that ;3;

Angela didn't choose to be favored by their parents, and as I see it, she wasn't the 'good' twin, she was the 'responsible' twin

Think about it, like Angela still had to learn so much in her childhood while Lilith didn't; what I'm hearing is due to the parents paying little to no attention to Lilith, it meant she had more freedom than Angela

Lilith got to dress how she wanted, date who she wanted, she got to buy expensive things for her room, she even snuck out and didn't get into trouble for it (note that Lilith has a memory of getting caught sneaking out, but not by her parents, but by Gordon King), while Angela has hardly any memories at all besides what she learned

I think people tend to forget that Lilith and Angela both grew up in the same house, with the same dysfunctional parents and they had to listen to the same fights, just because Angela turned her cheek and looked the other way with a smile, while Lilith would sit down and feel sorry for herself, doesn't mean either of them were better than the other

these are just two separate ways of coping with the same situation

I will say, I do adore that in the sims 4 they move out and go to university together, just the two of them, and they are finally realizing that they have common ground, finally bonding and taking baby-steps towards healing their relation

I can confirm that you just bond in a different way with your sibling when your parents aren't around, and it took moving out for them to realize that ;0;

WTF

I saw this post today and I wanted to tell something:

I think that when there is a problem with an object, one should inform the creator so they can have the chance to solve the problem themselves and learn something (or you can help teaching them, if you know more than them) instead of going to another creator or taking their work and fix it only to critize them publicly and not to really help. That is what a community should stands for.

This kind of things upsets me so much. There is so much work behind the making (or conversion) of a cc, everyone should respect the time and effort creators gives to add more to the game, even when the creation is not on top because everyone is constantly learning and wanting to improve.

Even more if the items we are sharing are free.

What do you think about it?

3to2 Furniture in Cluedo Woods - becase TS3 wood textures are crappy, and matching things are nice.

Today I bring you 27 furniture pieces converted from TS3, in 4 different Cluedo wood textures for each item. These are the dark, light and medium woods, plus a more saturated, reddish wood of my own creation. the colours can be seen below:

The meshes are included, and were originally converted by @2fingerswhiskeysims, Hcove, @suicideloversims, @amovitamsim, fabulouszombie, @hafiseazale, Inezy, Untidyfan, @funphumph (MistyFluff) and The Ninth Wave. Whew! Hope I got everyone!

(❁´◡`❁) Hello lovelies!

Finally, finally finally I finished this batch of stuff from Dream Home Decorator and boy, am I proud of it! I know it might not seem like a lot but it took me so much time and a lot of procrastrination and effort to finish this! Let's see what we got:

The set contains all the missing pieces of the Acute set that I haven't converted yet (see picture for item names) and also the 4 hanging clothing items. These clothing racks are cloned from HugeLunatic's edit of the hacked coatrack, which means it is functional as a dresser! (✿◡‿◡) I also added slots to each of the surfaces where it was applicable, which is a first for me so I'm very happy about them but also please let me know if you encounter any issues. ❤ I recommend using moveObjects on and the quartertiles cheat so you can place them properly.

Important: The AcuteFloatingWallBookcase shares textures with the other Acute Bookcase I already converted so it is required for the newer one to work properly so please get it HERE.

Thank you so much for @tvickiesims who helped me figure out the texture match issues and for everything, I couldn't have finished this without her ♥ Also credit goes to @hugelunatic for the coatrack and the awesome tutorials that I could follow. 4t2 Karlstad Kitchen Part 1 + Part 2 ★

hi! so i (mostly) complete all the kkb karlstad kitchen set ! and i include the matching dining set too :].. ★

this set consist on: the cabinets (if you have these from my old post, pls re-download) a functional fridge, kitchen hob, coffe machine, and a dish-washer (expect weird animations) appliances cabinets (that works like normal counters but it will dissapear if u put a sink or make it a corner) a fridge nook, a dining chair, 3 types of dining tables (and a pretty rug !) :]

(i tried to re-convert the counters but its frustrating so.. u can get the low oven and the counters from @jacky93sims) (and thanks jacky for helping me with some objects ★)

4T2 Hood Tree Defaults!

UPDATED TO HAVE SMALLER TEXURE SIZES

Sul Sul!

Today I have a default replacement bundle for you, this replaces majority of the trees in the hood menu. Fully seasonal, placeable anywhere!

For reference, this set does have more polys than the Linden tree set, incase you wonder about that! I do love the linden trees, its just they dont match my 4T2 game anymore!

It does not replace the firs from later EPs, they will come at another date - see pictures for reference.

They are designed to go with the Flora Default Replacement by Tvickiesims!

Included is 3 versions of the Red Bud Tree, one of them does require Better Nightlife if you choose that version. They are in a seperate folder and clearly labelled.

There is a package file named "LC_LotTreesPlaceableEverywhere" what this does it allows those trees that are replaced by the flora replacement by Vickie to be placed anywhere now. I am aware there are things out there that do the same thing, but I do not have them and I needed them to be free! All trees in this set are unlocked to be placeable everywhere.

This will obviously conflict with any default you have that replaces any of the hood trees, so please bare that in mind!

Thanks to @tvickiesims for helping me with the fall colours; I would of just made them all red otherwise!

All beds? All beds. All bedding? Most bedding.

All of the beds from Sims 4 now brought to you in the comfort of Sims 2, plus a mega ton of 4t2 bedding. Hope you like them all, please let me know if there are any issues.

This also includes a default bedding file - these bedding are not included in the custom options because I didn't want duplicates 😅

Ultimate Collection (all packs/eps) is required.

One thing of note: thanks to @applewatersugar, I updated the uv mapping on the single bed using their beard tutorial so it is now aligned to double bed mapping. This means that some of my bedding won't look great on others' customs or TS2 single beds. There are very few that just look "off" (default replacements are pictured with TS2 bed). pic under the cut

Another thing of note: LordCrumps gave me permission to reupload the Horse Ranch beds + For Rent bed so it's all in one place. The single beds are updated with the new bed UV. If you have his, delete them. I did not convert/include the murphy bed because HugeLunatic did everything I would do here. So...maybe not all the beds lol
