hello, my lovelies ~
here’s today’s meal diary.
breakfast: cereal bar (140 calories)
lunch: baby wafer (15 calories)
dinner: gatorade zero (10 calories), udon soup bowl (260 calories), & pudding cup (100 calories)
snack: starbucks coffee (475 calories)
total: 1,140 calories
thoughts 💭: i went back to work today & did a lot of walking but i still ate a lot. the coffee is what ruined me. i shouldn’t have went but i was in desperate need for something sugary. maybe that’s why i’m so overweight. tomorrow, i’ll aim to eat 800 calories or less. i hope you all had a better day than me. stay safe!

breakfast: baby wafer (15 calories)
lunch: miso soup (35 calories)
snack: concha small (230 calories)
dinner: honey cake (190 calories) & green milk tea (330 calories)
total: 800 calories
thoughts 💭: i definitely thought i ate more than 800 calories but i’m happy that i didn’t. i kept telling myself to wait “1 more hour” before having dinner which seemed to help. i went out with my boyfriend to this cafe & told myself that if i ate something here, i wouldn’t eat anything else for the rest of the day. he & i also went a long walk with my dog. i hope that i can see progress when i step on the scale tomorrow! anyway, i hope everyone had a really great day. stay safe, please!

(08/13/22) today’s weigh in is: 183.0 l.b.s. i have lost a total of 3.7 l.b.s.
thoughts 💭: t.m.i but i am constipated (i have been eating little to no solid food) and wonder if i weigh less than what i do now because of that. even if it’s a 0.something difference, it would mean a lot to me🥲 anyway i hope you all have a very great day & stay safe, as always!

total: 992 calories
thoughts 💭 : i ate less than 300 calories yesterday so i knew i’d eat more today. i’m happy everything was under 1,000 calories. i drank a lot of water, too! i’ll also be stepping on the scale tomorrow morning. i hope everyone had a really great day ~ please stay safe, as always!

hi, my lovelies ~
i wanted to post a little “about me” section. i used to be wishingforaskinnerme until i was t-worded :(
i recently relapsed which why i’m here now. i want to lose as much weight as possible before 2023.
i hate what i see in the mirror and i’ve been spiraling out of control. i never know when enough is enough. i have such an amazing boyfriend and i want to be pretty/skinny enough for him and his family.
i’m going to try my best to be 115 l.b.s. i’m 23 & 5’3. my starting weight was 190.0 l.b.s. my lowest weight was 117.0 l.b.s. the reason why i gained so much weight over the past few years was because of the overwhelming stress and pressure of school as well as a lack of self control. i used to binge almost every single week and i don’t want to do that anymore. i’m ready for change. i’m 23 years old now, it’s time that i get my dream body.

i recently had my wisdom teeth removed which is why i can no longer eat solids! this entry is for 08/11/22.
breakfast: strawberry banana smoothie (130 calories)
dinner: strawberry yogurt (140 calories)
total: 250 calories
thoughts 💭: t.m.i but the pain medication i was taking was very strong & i unfortunately threw up before i went to bed😭i’m hoping it doesn’t happen today but we’ll see! if anyone is active on 08/2022, please follow me & i will follow you back! good luck to everyone & stay safe✨

be patient, sweetheart. i know it’s hard. i know you just want to love your body. i know you just want to be able to eat without hating yourself. soon, i promise. you’re not just going to wake up one day and be perfectly thin, honey. you have to work for it. it may seem hopeless and like you’ll never get there, but you will. don’t binge because you’re mad and want to give up. take a deep breath, and keep going. count your calories, don’t binge, and i promise you will get there.
you just have to have patience.
