Im just rambling here but I see in a lot of fics people seem to list Richie as sort a c-list celebrity/comedian but id say hes bigger than that I mean that was a pretty big arena at the start and it looked full and how quick the PA shows up with the drink and mints just seems to me thats somthing they wouldnt do for a non well-known

Somthing they could have brought over from the IT miniseries to Chapter Two to make Richie's struggle/repression of his sexuality a little more "obvious " would have been the part from the miniseries where he is in the library and he watches the young libraians assistant walk away and Pennywise tells him "a little young for you isn't she?" but made it a guy. I don't think everyone watching Chapter Two caught on. I know several of the people I watched it with did not.
