you either recover on your own will or from rock bottom to genuinely make recovery progress and keep it without relapsing 2 months in
I am very much pro recovery and yes relapses happen but im talking major lapses where it’s right back where you started and it’s so hard to do it all again that it’s obv easier to just let yourself stay there

forced recovery ruined me and I don’t think I’ll ever really recover because of that, it was genuinely traumatic when it shouldn’t have. I know it’s recovery or die but there’s so many things that would kill me sooner so it doesn’t matter

47 kgs omfg didn’t even realize I hit my gw I still feel so disgusting though I bet if I tried hard enough I could be at my ugw (38kgs) in a couple months :p

NON BULKING EXCERCISE ROUTINE (efficient & moderate intensity)
this is my go to favorite daily excercise. it is time efficient, low-moderate intensity, and not too muscle bulking. i’m not a professional so take my advice with a grain of salt. this is the routine i always fall back on while restricting. feel free to copy the whole routine or adopt parts of it into your regimen. (i don’t know the total amount of calories this burns because i don’t subtract calories burned from my daily intake)
MORNING:
-100 jumping jacks
-1 full minute elbow plank
-30 second full plank
-15 second side planks each side
SHOWER:
-100 jumping jacks in bathroom pre shower
-30 tight arm circles in shower while conditioning hair
EVENING (while watching netflix):
-50 side leg lifts each leg
-50 five pound dumbell curls each arm
BEFORE BED:
-100 jumping jacks
-one minute elbow plank
-30 second full plank
-15 second side plank each side
THROUGHOUT DAY:
-10,000 steps
