i spent all last year wishing i was skinny instead of actually working to be skinny. this year i wont let myself down. i will be perfect.
no the fear of eating anything above 900, 4 digits terrify me
for a girl who goes to school, has a job, lives between two houses (divorced parents yippee) having my own box of low cal turn toos that i can just leave in my car is ESSENTIAL. makes the urge to binge way less extreme.
here’s what i have in mine;
rice cakes , 35cals/ea
slim tea, 0 cals (i bought this at my local eastern eurpean market, where u can find a gold mine of diet friendly snacks btw, but research before u go in cause chances r everything will be in romanian/russian/etc)
fiber one brownie bars, 70cals/ea
unreal dark choc peanut butter cups, 60cals/ea
