Za dobrze pamiętam ten moment gdy 4 lata temu na wf pani mówiła, żebyśmy się nie głodziły. Jedna dziewczyna powiedziała, że nie je śniadań. Pani zaczęła tłumaczyć jak ważne jest ich jedzenie i ogólnie, że głodówki nic nam nie dadzą, tylko zniszczą nam organizm.

Pamiętam moje myśli

pamiętam jaka byłam ,,dumna”, że jem śniadanie i wszystkie posiłki dziennie. Zastanawiałam się jak ktoś może wytrzymać bez jedzenia cały dzień. Jakim głupim trzeba być żeby chcieć chudnąć w ten sposób. Przerażała mnie myśl, że ktoś może robić to samemu sobie. BYŁAM PEWNA, że ja nigdy sobie czegoś takiego nie zrobię. Nawet nie wzięłam tego pod uwagę, nie rozmyślałam, po prostu wiedziałam, że tak nie skończę.
