hey all!!! so many of you enjoyed my recipies last time that I've decided to make another list full of food that actually tastes good, but will keep you under 500 calories a day. you can tweak these yourself! just use the app LOSE IT! to get specific calories when making a change. my app may count differently than others and for that I apologize. stay safe loves <3
egg blt "sandwhich" 128 calories
start by boiling one egg. while that's cooking fry up ONE piece of bacon (50 cals but protein)
after the egg is done cooking cut in half across the middle to make two halves. add salt, pepper, the bacon slice, 1 slice lettuce and ¼ slice tomato. this gets you hella protein which guess what?? can't turn into body fat! this entire sandwhich is only 128 calories.
breakfast smoothie!! 135 calories
½ cup strawberries
½ cup orange juice (yes I know this is a lot of sugar but if you're eating these things instead of binging on fatty sweets it's so much better for you)
½ banana
add ingredients to a blender and add GENEROUS amounts of ice. sometimes I like to add peppermint to mine. blend until smooth or desired consistency and BAM! breakfast done.
makes 8 oz at 135 cals
Scottish porridge 69 calories
¼ cup plain oats
¾ cups water
dash of nutmeg
add oats and water to bowl. microwave for 4 minutes and top with nutmeg.
simple lemon peppered tuna 74
drain ½ a can of tuna and add to a bowl. add 2 dashes of lemon juice along with black pepper. pop in the fridge for 5 minutes.
if you have calories to spare, eat it along with 5 Ritz crackers (adds 79 calories bringing it to 150 cals)
chicken bok choy stir fry 180 calories
½ of a chicken breast
bok choy 1 cup raw
½ cup of water
¾ tablespoon soy sauce
garlic powder
onion powder
scallions (as much as you'd like)
Sriracha or your favorite hot sauce
heat skillet to medium high and cook chicken thoroughly. season with salt and pepper. take chicken. out of skillet and combine soy sauce, hot sauce, garlic and onion powder and add bok choy. cook until limp then cut up chicken into bite sized pieces and add to the skillet. once the sauce is incorporated its ready to eat!
cucumber sandwhich 125 calories
slice half of a cucumber and add to 2 slices of low calorie bread. i make these into mini sandwiches and it feels like a picnic lol. I like to add tajin or salt to mine
pimento cheese tiny bites 125 cals
1 slice of multi grain bread
½ ounce pimento cheese
toast your bread and add pimento cheese on top. I like to broil my in the oven for about 3 minutes to get everything hot and melted. the crunch is so satisfying. I used to eat a lot not because i was hungry but because I liked chewing and i liked tasting food. so this really helps with that urge and also helps not to binge.
turkey lettuce wraps 120 calories
add 1 slice each of turkey to 4 lettuce leaves. I add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to mine and eat it with a side of mustard.
SNACKS (yes u still get snacks)
parmesan cheese crisps 166 calories for 8
preheat oven to 400⁰F ace 1 tablespoon each or parm on parchment paper about 2 inches apart. place parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes until the edges get brown. let cool and serve. these are REALLY good when I need something savory. you can add your own seasonings to make different flavors. for example I use a mesquite bbq rub and add it to the cheese before putting it in the oven. boom bbq chips. these are pretty high in cals so I usually only have this once a week.
hummus and bell pepper 70 calories
cut up half of a medium bell pepper and scoop out JUST enough hummus for the pepper slices. I use ⅛ of a cup so I don't waste food.
cinnamon apple bites 90 calories
just because you're dieting doesn't mean you can't enjoy fall sweets!! cut up one small apple into slices and ace in an oven safe dish. sprinkle cinnamon over and bake for 5 minutes. these are to fucking die for
pumpkin spice coffe 35 calories
add no calorie sweetener and ice to black coffee (8oz). add 2 tablespoons low fat milk and sprinkle with pumpkin spice.
remember to bundle up and stay safe

Ok. I'm going to set some rules for myself. If you want to use them you can. But I am going hard in myself (I'm extremely overweight) so yeah...
1: don't eat before at least 3pm and no eating after 8pm
2: try to stay under 700cals but 1000cals is the absolute maximum
3: try to exercise 2-3 times a week. (Depression can make me really unmotivated)
4: try to do at least three 24h fasts a week.
5: walk when ever possible.
6: after school do what is needed and then go to bed. Can't eat if your asleep.
7: if offered something small like a cookie take it to your bedroom and put it in the garage. Even a pig like me won't take food out of the trash.
8: If staying home sleep as much as possible. Again can't eat if asleep.
9: drink a shit ton of water. Not only water will help you feel full but image how many calories you'll burn By walking (or running) to the bathroom!
10: don't get caught.
Oh and take your vitamins since we sure aren't getting enough from food.

when hungry, do schoolwork or workout
if i do this, straight As & Bs all semester
i used to have a heavy restriction on campus before covid to where i only ate the free morning granola cups by the free kiosk food stands by the campus food courts. a total of 100-300 cals from that little cup while walking over 10k steps a day around campus and eating out with friends only on weekends. i can say by the end of that first semester i had a 3.9 gpa and my lw was 101. time to set new goals for myself.
