The funniest thing about Fable is the fact that the man who voices him is just such a cinnamon roll looking man. Like what do you mean that man voices Fable, the one whomst is most hated among the people. Surely not
Genuinely as Fable talks I have to suppress the urge to chuck my phone across the room

collecting random little things I can use as metaphors! so if you have any little random things you've seen that could be turned into symbolism, I'd love to hear them!
Example: I saw a cardinal on a train track the other day
There's a cardinal on the train track. Pecking along, but there's no prey to snatch. No worms crawl on the gravel beneath those rusted rails, but still the cardinal hops and hops, looking for something to prevail. I wonder if I too and searching hopelessly for something underneath that veil.

As the SMP comes to an end in just under a month, I'd like to say a few words of appreciation to you all.
To start, the Cast. You all need a lot more credit than you get. With all of the commands you do behind the scenes of lore, and all the time and effort to make cutscenes, art or cosplay, or even in minecraft, we all thank you for such a wonderful job you do. I started watching Fable SMP during August last year (Sherbert's last sherbathon) and have loved it since the first episode we watched there. Slowly, I managed to get really into it and then the brainrot hit. Though I thank you for it. Without this SMP I don't think I could ever be where I am now. You guys have created a wonderful story that helped me realise things about myself, and you all have created a safe and all-including space here on the discord server. Without that, I wouldn't be as motivated to write, or as confident to talk in VC and even sometimes show my face. Thank you.
And to you, Chatters. Thank you for all you've done to support and uplift not just me, but everyone in this community, to make a welcoming space for new people and assist them in how to quickly catch up to lore in this next month before the finale. As someone who was very nervous first joining this community and to talk on these online platforms, you have allowed me to gain comfortability and grow as a person, fanfic writer who wrote that one prison duo fic, and occasional artist. You also helped me grow comfortable with talking and sometimes even showing my face in VC, especially after I had some not-great experiences in other servers.
So in conclusion, the one thing I have to say is Thank you. <3 yes i was being sappy today, i love you guys <3

The Fine Art of Book Butchery Deconstruction
Tumblr media
What you need: bad book, a utility knife/box cutter. That's it!
A full guide below!
Strip the book!
Tumblr media
Once it's naked, take a look! I've marked where the bookboard is attached to the spine. This is where you cut!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Do both sides and voila! Boards!
Tumblr media
You can trim these to fit whatever size you need later - for now, set them aside! We're gonna get the headbands!
Tumblr media
Delectable...hidden...Not for long!
Tumblr media
You can very easily peel the spine back as seen here - and then you can peel the headband off.
Sometimes the glue makes it a bit tricky (as seen here) - just use your utiliknife!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Do both sides... and that's it!
Tumblr media
With the remaining text block, it varies on if your city can recycle it. However, it's also good for paper mache! Pulp! Blackout poetry! Discard paper! Compost! Anything you'd like to do - have fun!

I might be biased but I fucking love chickens
I had a chicken named Elsa once, she was the first chicken of the group my grandmother got that died. I was very attracted to Elsa
Whats your favorite?
Oooh, chickens are cool! we had some for a while but they were escape artists and somehow kept getting themselves killed- we started with like 14 and ended with like 8?
That's a pretty chicken name! I had one I think I named "Beauty"? She had two chicks that ended up not surviving ;-; I was very little then-
To deal with, I'd have to go with cows. I'm used to them, really. Just be cautious and understand them, and never cross a bull and you should be okay. Most of them are decently skittish of humans- curious but will back up if you jump (they're scared of jumping apparently- its funny)
To draw though, sheep or goats! they're so funky! I have a few characters based on them! I love how they get little horns (at least some breeds do!)
Sheep are just annoying to deal with bc you gotta trim their hooves ;-;
Do you have any chars based on animals?

the way Icarus stuters when Rae asks if they want a hug. the way they dont know what to respond, because yes they want a hug. they do, they are touch starved, so so much. but they never got a hug from Fable. he never offered them a hug. not once. the last time they got hugged was in months. and it was from Centross. Fable never offered them a hug because he does not give away free affection. from him, you have to earn it.

Do Legos count as house plants? You have be careful to keep them alive?
In all seriousness no my family can't keep shit alive (shocker me and my sister are alive /j)
You need to keep me updated on the flowers, I love flowers so fucking much
Hey I mean legos are pretty hard to keep from just crashing to the ground and breaking-
r.i.p. pfft- farm life has prepared me for keeping stuff alive. You don't know fear until you're running from an angry mama cow, and you don't know care until you're doing your best to keep a calf alive that's sick and trembling. A lot of stuff farmer's do is seen as "gross" by the general population- but we keep things alive- sort of the point of the job pfft
I need to take photos of them aaaaa! I wanna document their growth! I may be able to enter my marigolds into the fair later this year as well-
Do you have a favorite farm animal/livestock? (pigs, cows, chickens, goats, sheep, even some types of rabbit, etc-)

I had my first track meet this week
What funky things have you done?
oooh, track is cool! my cousins do it- my joints could never ;-; I did do swim for a good while tho! only quit because when I moved the team kinda sucked. Figured that I probs shouldnt be doing a sport where the enviroment made me feel like crap lol
Had production week a few weeks ago! it was super fun! Its my first year doing drama/musical theater so that was super funky-
I've mainly been doing creative things- languages, writing, drawing- however, I did start my marigolds and 2 sunflowers! they're so little right now- so itty bitty! I can't wait to see them grow!
Have you ever gardened or owned a houseplant?

maybe Fable never actually cared about bringing people back to life. at least not in any emotional way. He created humans. it's his fault they're mortal. the Aether was a safe haven for the departed souls to go to. but it was away from the overworld, and away from Fable's domain. it was never about grief. maybe it was always just a need for control
