I hate being the one autistic person in a work group whenever it comes to "let's do a survey, on a scale of 1 to 10 how valued do you feel on this project" because every NT will put 8/10 when they mean average, but me being like "but 5/10 is average so I will put that" and then people asking me why I put such a "low score" on it...like it's not low it's average you guys need to not inflate your numbers. Then I spend the entire meeting being the only one saying anything even though we all are basically on the same level.
