Regarding Maeno Tomoaki's ameba blog

I know most of you guys knew Maeno Tomoaki remade his ameblo blog. I just want to bring attention to this matter.

Unauthorized reproduction (reprinting) is prohibited.

If you were not aware, Maeno closed his ameba blog back in 2015. He has already beforehand addressed the matter of people reposting his pictures outside his blog however still ended up with that outcome.

A lot of seiyuus prohibits picture sharing outside their blogs and Maeno is one of them. So please, do not reupload his pictures. Direct image link or direct people to his blog would be more ideal. Just a heads up!😊 We obviously do not want him to close his blog again.

Maeno Tomoaki - Blog Post Translation (2018/07/12)

I’ve returned from America and I am spending normal days.

I often drank Coca-Cola in America.

It’s a bigger size than in Japan.

I have said before that there are times when I drink up to 2 litres of Coca-Cola, but usually it’s the sugar-free one.

It was a very summery climate in Los Angeles.

When I say how much

Well

It was over 40 degrees Celsius.

The newscaster from the local weather forecast said “Extreme!!”, but it was dry and felt rather pleasant.

Even though I don’t usually get sunburned in Japan, I got quite the sunburn, because I made light of the sunshine in Los Angeles.

It might be too late, but I plan on taking good care of it.

During my visit in Los Angeles I made lots of experiences besides work.

I ordered in English at Starbucks and other stores

I experienced a flight that lasted over 10 hours and time difference

I got shown around the sight-seeing areas for a bit

I got drunk from drinking Kamikaze at the closing party…(OvO)

If I listed everything, there would be no end to it, but it was a very good experience.

On the day I left Los Angeles

I was able to place a Gengar in a Gym near the Airport in Pokémon GO.

I placed my Pokémon in an american Gym!!

Just from that, I get a mysterious feeling of achievement.

It’s super effective.

Moreover, this Gengar is the one I’ve carefully evolved from a Gastly that I caught in the Yoyogi-Area. A real partner.

I entrusted the SAMURAI Gengar with a section of the LA Gym and returned to Japan.

When I checked after arriving in Japan

It had been defeated 10 hours after I placed it and had already returned.

Oh

But rather

There is no doubt that the other Pokémon was simply stronger, but it can be said that the Gengar from Yoyogi endured well for 10 hours in a place where people from all over the world come and go.

By the way the flight home took 11 hours.

Maybe it wanted to return home with me.

Cutie

I gave him candy.

It may not be to the same extent as in Los Angeles, but the hot days seem to be continuing everywhere.

This episode of Torisetsu will be in the 3rd volume “Toriumi Kosuke ・Maeno Tomoaki Guide to Adulthood” DVD on sale in October. It will be loaded with these two’s adult journey, unaired footage and also making. Guest are Hanae Natsuki and Morikubo Showtaro. Tokuten for purchasing the entire volumes at Animate is an event participation ticket. After the filming, we celebrated Toriumi’s and Maeno’s birthday ♪ This footage will be included in the making.

Seiyuu Grand Prix July edition is on sale tomorrow (June 9th)! For this month Maeno Tomoaki monthly serialisation ‘Maeno no Ema’ is “I want a new promotion photo!” Therefore, we shot a bunch of varieties. For which photo it will be, please check out Arts Vision Homepage tomorrow.

T/N: I’m not sure about “いろいろなパターンの撮影” if it is about shooting method (which i have know no knowledge about) so I put “bunch of varieties” as literal translation. Please correct me if I’m wrong I’m still learning ^^

Also, June’s broadcasts of “Nishiyama Kotaro no Sukoboku Peace!” with Umehara-san as the guest was recorded in April. The whole staff pray for Umehara-san’s speedy recovery.
