While learning about my individuality and the position I hold on this frequency of the universe, I must also unlearn what does not hold fullness in my heart, my life, my consciousness.

I will take those subjects and I will counteract them with only the richest and purest characteristics.

I will lift myself higher and not allow these unlearnings to weigh me down.

As I unlearn, I am letting go. Release.

I will allow my blessed learnings to lay down the stepping stones of my path leading me into divinity, purity, intelligence and a peace of mind.

Make sure you are taking time out everyday for your heart, spirit and soul. Even just a moment.

In a changing world, there is not much you can control...but the way YOU treat your only body, the only vehicle you have to get through this road of life... that is something completely in your hands. The world will never be one for you to control, so create your own.

You will be taken from over and over again; your freedom, your rights, your daily life...but they will not under any circumstances strip you of your soul. You will radiate in energy, so long as your heart and soul are strong and grounded. This is sometimes all you have. You MUST feed your soul with what keeps it uplifted and in the best spirits. If you are not spiritually sound you can lose yourself and will be used and abused by the system.

If you find peace, love and happiness within your soul, you will attract the same and spread it to those around you. So sometimes, it’s okay to say fxck reality and live in your fantasy for just a moment. Remove yourself for a lil from what doesn’t make you feel so good, like social media, or negative people around you, and tune into your souls needs.. cause it needs your attention👁💛

🧡🏀😋 lookin at where I was then to now really keeps me motivated to keep working; to get quicker, jump higher, perfect my stroke, be more explosive.. the list goes on. I mean we really are limitless and we should never put no damn boundaries on ourselves. You don’t know what you’re capable of until you get there, and “there” isn’t a set place, it’s dynamic—as you get closer to it, it’ll get more out of reach; doesn’t mean you should stop, keep workin towards it. That’s where you’ll find growth! Unless you cool with being stagnant or whatever, but that’s on you. 👐🏼😴 Anything you do, be great, excel in it. Ignore & push past those limits you set for yourself. It ain’t easy and it most definitely wont happen overnight, but it’s more than possible. Its within you. Trust the process.
