HERE IT IS GUYS!!! This is based off of a drabble I wrote and haven’t stopped thinking about where Rocket has a commission in a victorian era-esque planet!!

Idk why I pushed for the texture on his neck but I’m super happy with it! Decided not to go with shadows since I’m still figuring out this whole coloring business, but I hope you like it!!
