The boy was having a panic attack on full display for the public to watch, and not a single hero was helping. They were causing it. Hitoshi didn't know why the blonde was being treated like a villain, nothing at all could justify it. The worst part of watching it happen was that he couldn't do anything about it.
So he watched. He watched as Katsuki tried to free himself from being bound. He watched as the muzzle dug into his skin. He watched as tears welled up in his eyes. He watched.
Bakugo Katsuki meant something more to Hitoshi. He meant more to him than Katsuki could even remember. It happened years ago after all.
And all he could do was watch him struggle.
