ling and nian are obviously in kahoots about the long term planning and implications of their ultimate goal but dusk really was just pulled out of her neet cave by nian and is once again relegated to little sister by her incredibly smug and worldly older sisters who insist she get out of the house. nians event was full of style and lings event was full of symbolism but dusks event was a mystery that was resolved in less than a week with everyone involved now painfully aware of what an Edgy Threatening Kool Kid dusk tried to appear as. the only reason dusk is even half as threatening as she appears is because she doesnt hesitate in using her god powers, and even then its revealed she wouldnt be genuinely malicious with them, which means everything beforehand was her being intentionally vague to try and appear cool and mysterious. upon their return from yan operator dusk notably spotted by RI personel running through the halls and shouting about how her sisters are hitting her (they arent) and that shes telling mom (doctor) before running to her room (painting(gamer pad))

Whenever i look at trials of navigator i always wonder what it feels like for new player who are unaware of like 50% of the map/boss mechanics

#one time my friend failed is3 run because he didn't know that hitting the flagpole sarkaz would wake up all the sleeping sarkaz #sometimes i wonder if arknights need to make every event mechanic tutorial easy to access #i know it is pointless when intermezzi/side story exist but there are events which can't be accessed yet and players are also limited on #how many sidestory that can be unlocked each week #on the other hand #it will only allow hypergryph to make some degenerate map that combines multiple map mechanics because now they are under assumption #that most player know about some of those #oh lets not forget that the only way to learn about OD map mechanic is through the annihilation map #and old cc map which both can only be accessed on certain time #and this mechanic was later used in is4

Kafka Arknights is more and more showing that she's not exactly an Executor in the function that the devs want us to use as of late in that she doesn't physically exist on the field until either 5 or 10 to 15 seconds have passed after deploying her, depending on which skill you bring her with. For me this mostly means that I only have a single "fast redeploy" ground unit (Cantabile) and I can live with that.

Decided to finally play the Rhine Labs Annihilation mission.

Andreana is pretty fun in this position, because if you just throw her a Seaborn now and then during the waves of ranged balls, there's nothing until the bullshit last wave that can actually kill her and her very funny attack power is useful.

Gladiia and Ash held the bottom admirably.

Gladiia is of course buff af and if you help her out with a Seaborn buff Ash can kill even the large balls with damage resistance on her own.

I alternated between letting Ash fill them with lead and letting them walk up to Gladiia and get put in the Toilet Swirlie.

Eylafjalla jumped in to take out the big Power Armour at the end.

Oh FUCK YOU.

I'm sure whoever designed this wave thought they were being so very funny.

Anyway featuring Gladiia who took something like 15 volleys before her health bar started to drop. Swordfish is buff.

Everyone else non-Hunter on the team? Not so much.

Yeah, the combined power of Tidal Elegy and The Pressure To Survive made scrap metal of the two remaining armours in no time.

Overall I liked the mission. The last wave is of course utter bullshit and I can imagine it wrecking more fragile squads, but for a Hunter squad is was on the easier side.

That time of the week again where I get through the new annihilation and get one leak at 350 or 380 enemies after 20 minutes of mind numbing waiting, decide it's not worth it, and then just PRTS proxy auto deploy Lungmen downtown instead. My weekly limit is 1800 already, the one time rewards for 400/400 and mildly better sanity efficiency can wait until I try again next week. I would just look up an AFK guide at this point because dealing with bullies is not worth the satisfaction of assembling a clear myself, but I don't have Thorns so that rules out like 90% of videos.

I hate when in Annihilation you accidentally leak one runner at the beginning, tell yourself it’s fine because it’s the first time you did this one, then perfect clear the rest. This is absolute nonsense.
