Prompt 95
Captain Marvel, new Den-Mother (despite the fact he himself is a child even if the league isn’t aware of that fact) for the Young Justice team blinks. Klarion, so-called chaos lord, blinks back in the middle of a spell.
He tilts his head. The other baby realms-being mirrors him. His own magic-fueled core pulses, and a chaos-core vibrates back. Oh. Ah. So that’s what’s happening.
“They can’t play right now,” he explains to the barely-younger ancient-in-training, ignoring the team’s incredulous looks at his words with the practice of someone who had to deal with the voices of gods all the time. And Batman’s narrowing eyes. Scary.
The chaos-core thrums in a distinct pouting-sensation, alongside a whine unique to young ghostlings. A whine that he replied with, even if only they could hear. Come play later, busy now, he insisted again, even if Klarion’s pouting was turning visible before it shifted to a scowl.
“Fiiine…” And then the chaosling was gone, his familiar with him. Billy really wished he could join in disappearing, seeing the info-hungry look in the others’ eyes.

Are you familiar with the JKR's Wizarding World. (I know shes problematic in a bad way but I like some aspects of Harry Potter) anyway, Billy in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
Let's start this by saying Jkr and her trans exclusionist pals can fuckin PERISH okay.
With that, I mean my fave kinda HP stories were always crossovers and figuring out how to mesh the worlds together (FMA, Bleach, Labyrinth, and Hellblazer being my prime suspects).
So with Billy and Marvel, that's a bit tricky. Not only bc hes connected to pantheons of Gods, but also to the Rock of Eternity. So we have to kinda figure out how the Wizarding World fits in with that as well as with super heroes. In which case, I think the best course of plot would be multiverse shenanigans (as always lol).
So, let's say ol Voldy tries some incredibly complex summoning ritual, right. He wants something powerful and magically potent, but uhhhhh manages to pull on over Billy Batson. (For plots sake, let's say Billy is like 13). And, Billy? Helping any of them out? Lmao. Hes dealt with about a dozen occult groups that try some dumb shit like this since he was 10. No thanks.
(Also, to keep things a bit more balanced, with the gods not so much existing in this verse, but the Rock being an constant, let's say Billy has access to some of Marvels powers without having to transform.)
So Snape ofc has to tell ol Dumbledore, that this powerfully magical creature that looks like a kid (bc who would believe it's actually a kid that laid waste to most of the Death Eaters with freakin lightning bolts??) is running around alone. So now BOTH sides are searching for him.
And to tie this all together, let's say this starts off at the beginning of Book 5. Perfect timing for Billy to spend a summer wandering around and figure out hes not in his universe anymore (get back into his old habits of being a street punk). And for him to come across Harry Potter and a Dementor, and honestly, fuckin KO it. Then this jump starts Billy getting picked up by the Order of the Phoenix. Which leads to the shenanigans of Who The Heck Is This Kid And How Can He Do That, How Can We Use Him For The War, and Billy Causes Trouble At Hogwarts.
And from there... well, that's a whole story plot to write out.
