Well, trial and error is the game when one designs. I had a feeling this would happen, and to be honest, the particular placement of the wings originally didn't seem right. Didn't quite vibe with me. And not just because I was afraid that they wouldn't hold, but aesthetically. So, version1 on the top, with a possible version 2 on the bottom. Torn about it though. I bought the wings for the kawaii design, but to hide 1/4 of that design in order to give the wings more surface for the glue? I like the way it looks, but feel that the full element of the wings are being missed out on. Until I remind myself: customers can TURN OVER the minder/magnet/clip. So, we shall see. I also feel that, once I nail down a design, then I'll need to get some thick card stock, trace...and make a template so that each and every pair of wings are positioned the same. So, most likely leaning toward version 2. It's 92° outside. You know, fahrenheit. It is sweltering but at least there's a breeze. So what do I do when it's nice outside but hot? Work on some needle minder ideas? Sure!

This is me not only working on stock to sell possibly, but figuring out a technique and method on how to assemble them so that it's easier to assemble. You have to figure out step one before you can move on to step two and sometimes step one is not what you thought it would be. Sometimes step one was not the step one you should have done and step two should have been step one.

We shall see how they turn out. I'm dubious because I think they're a little too wide. They would work nice as a pin or a hair clip but is a needle minder? I have my doubts. However, I'll be sure to take a photo when they are dry... And then you folks can let me know what you think!
