#I could also comment on the concept of mezzanine’s being floating spaces - not truly an upstairs space

Does anyone else sit and think about how the firehouse and Bucks loft are both a main floor and a mezzanine and how it’s the mezzanine space in both instances that are the most “lived in” spaces while the main floor spaces are more work/ utilitarian spaces lacking personality?
How the show is drawing a parallel between the firehouse and it’s mezzanine and that being the family space, full of personality and where the firefam - Bucks found family - eat and spend time together and Bucks bedroom mezzanine being the most personal space in his loft - the only place where there are books and photos that show his personality.
