Ninjago Intro Title Card
Click for quality>>
Tumblr media
Ayoo, intro card finally! I'm trying to look for a way to add in the title text without manually tracing over the font then ctrl c, ctrl v it into frame. There is probably a font generating thing out there but I'll have to do this manually for now
Might make a poster for this soon, with characters and all but I should no. 1: make the ninja suits, no. 2: make the Lego suits for all the ninja INCLUDING Niel. I might add in the title cards for every episode soon but for now, It'll defo take time to do that
Someone link me a website or something for the fonts and stuff so it's easier for me to do this.
Why did this take me two hours :,)

Spacewalk (a Ninjago Fan-Season)
Episode 5: The Blue Mother
It was morning and Niel was harshly woken up by a sudden sound of a gong. Or more like the cymbals of a drum. Niel shot up and walked towards the sound that came from the halls with curiosity. He saw Master Wu holding a small gong and banging it loudly while shouting, "Evil doesn't sleep and neither should you!" Niel chuckled at how none of the ninja had woken up so he took the opportunity to be a good pupil and presented himself infrmt of the master. Sensei Wu stopped for a second and smiled, he was quite pleased, "Ahh, good morning, Niel! This alarm wasn't intended for you, however," he only nodded and grinned, "I know! But, I'm taking this opportunity to be responsible and showing you what a good pupil I can be!" The master chuckled and lowered his arms and placed the gong on the floor, "Very well." The other ninja groggily caught up to Niel and greeted the master with a big bow. Everyone's hair was a mess, including Niel who supposedly slept like a baby. Kai side-eyed Niel before noticing him staring at him and covered up his messy with his hood and pulling on its strings until al that was visible was the tip of his nose. He shouted but it came out in a muffle, "No mortal being shall see me in such a miserable state!" Niel giggled softly before turning his attention back to Master Wu, "Morning routine, as per usual but this time," he pulled Niel to the side of him by his arm, "You ninja will mentor Niel, like you did with Lloyd," the green ninja shot up slightly at the mention of his name. He looked back and forth over everyone before understanding the situation, "Oh! Okay-- y-yeah, we can do that!" Nya shook her head and chuckled at his antics.
Niel turned to the master before tilting his head, "I do want to know. What are the daily tasks for the ninja every day? Does it depend on crime or..." Master Wu hummed before smiling cheekily and responding, "Well, we have a routine for the morning. We start with..." He paused and clapped to cue for the next scene for the training montage. "Stretching Session!" The ninja were held in the most extreme form of Mountain stretching Niel had ever scene. This was the last of the torturous stretches he endured during the past thirty minutes. Cole, Zane and Niel could barely keep thselves together while Nya, Jay and Kai looked like models doing it. Niel held his breath, occasionally letting it go and panting while relaxing his muscles before Master Wu reminded him to return to the clenched position. The red ninja scoffed at the struggling team and snarked, "C'mon! We've been doing this everyday, aren't you guys at least a little used to it?" Zane glared at him before angrily mentioning his nindroid mobility, "Unfortunately, my bionic parts were not suited to stretch like this constantly." Cole kept his eyes shut, focusing his strength only to last as long as he could so Master Wu doesn't give him a punishment, "Yeah... Kai-- Lay o-off!" He was already struggling to stay still but still had the strength to defend himself, even is sounding pathetic in the process. "No? We've been together for years, you guys! Like, C'mon!" He paused, "Except Niel, he gets a pass," he smiled at the struggling trainee and gave him a thumbs up. Niel gasped in shock at how he could even possibly do a thumbs up in that back breaking position. He took the mountain stretch to the extreme and had his head all the way between his legs and his chest practically on the floor. Before Niel could even say anything, Master Wu announced it was time for the next excercise.
"Stamina Training!" Everyone was placed on treadmills, probably set to the highest possible speed before combustion. Cole, Kai and Lloyd had no trouble keeping up with the speed. Jay especially was stellar, not needing a single second to stop and breathe for a single second, his hand didn't even touch the handle bars that were in place to keep people like Niel grounded. The trainee eventually let loose and hopped off before possibly falling backwards and breaking a bone. Kai stopped too and walked over to him, he sat on the floor, his breaths heavy and what could barely be considered breathing. He smiled and patted his back, "Don't worry, you'll keep up! It was set to the lowest 'Acceptable ninja speed settings'," He encouraged him as he watch Niel look really worried and disappointed in himself, "Acceptable? What even is the bar for that?" The red ninja took a big sip of his bottle before staring back with a gentle and relaxed smile, "Thirty Kilometres per hour." He wiped his mouth and offered Niel some for himself. Niel hastily took it and drank some before spitting it out in shock and making disgusted noises, "Aughh! What even is that!?" "Kai Juice," Cole replied while stepping off his treadmill. Niel stared back with a grinched up face before doing a double take on that statement. Cole understood the very inappropriate implications and explained further, "I-it's coffee mixed with energy drinks, sugar aaaaaand a hint of Master Wu's explosivi-tea." Niel dry heaved at the revelation as Master Wu announced the next routine.
"Hygiene and Self-Care!" Jay pounded at the bathroom door before shouting out, "Kaiiiii! You've been in there for thirty minutes! What's taking you so long?" He whined. Some shuffling noises were heard from inside before he poked his soaking head out, the spikes in his hair already present, "I have a very meticulous self-care routine so unless you're ugly, you should understand the efforts I do to keep myself presentable." He shut the door again as the water ran again. Cole walked up to the door before clicking his tongue in annoyance and barging in without warning. Niel just watched with Lloyd the whole situation go down. They could hear Kai screaming in shock before the scolding. Then he stopped and stuttered out a few shouts of protest, something along the lines of Cole invading his privacy. Then, the water ran again. Nya came up to behind the line and explained to Niel, "This happens everytime it's Kai's turn. Same story, different day."
-------
Everything was done and the ninja head to the basement where PIXAL, Zane and Master Wu was already there. The monitors showed spots of crime activity throughout the city and it was going to be time for which team gets to choose what. There were three currently: one downtown with just some hooligans terrorising the citizens with knives, a problem between a serpentine being discriminated by a store clerk and the Mechanic being an absolute menace in a clothing factory. The ninja didn't stop arguing over who takes what until they realized Niel was there and had to tag along as they were mentors and had to keep an eye on him. They all glanced at each other before nodding and Nya asked him, "Okay, Niel. Who do you want to go with?" The trainee thought before asking who was taking what job. Cole grunted, "That's why we need you to choose who you want to go with. That ninja will be taking an easier and lighter job so you're not totally in danger," he explained. Niel groaned and crossed his arms, "Seriously? I'm going with whoever doing's the hooligans. I like beating up bullies." Cole's eyes lit up. He liked Niel's train of thought, especially after the promise he made his mother. The earth ninja had his hands on his shoulders and shaking him left and right a tiny bit out of excitement, "I call dibs on Niel!" Lloyd nodded and took the leader stance and began giving orders, "Okay, then that's settled. Kai, Nya, take the store clerk. Zane, Jay, take the mechanic. Cole, Niel and I will take those hooligans." Kai moved forward in protest, "Oh wait, hold on! Why do WE get the boring job?" Zane held his shoulder and spoke seriously with him, "Kai, the last time you faced the mechanic, you nearly burned down an orphanage." "Oh, come on! That was a mistake! Jay was there, it could've been him!"
After Nya put her brother in place, the discussion was over and she dragged him to their shared car and left for the scene. Zane and Jay hurried off in their road-rider and jet respectively while Cole, Lloyd and Niel stayed a little to discuss who Niel would ride along with. After the traumatic experience with the car, Niel took the decision to just tag along with the green ninja instead. Master Wu waved goodbye for them to leave but not before he told Niel he had something for him. Niel turned back to him and asked him, "Oh? What is it, master?" The Sensei pulled out a cloth from behind him, a ninja mask that had a mint colour that matched with his hoodie, "Put this on. You're one of us now." Niel took it gratefully and examined it. He pulled it over his head, adjusting it under the rim of his glasses before gasping and feeling it on his face, "This fits like magic! Thank you, master!" He bowed before running off and catching up with Lloyd who was already on his speeder. He hopped on and held tight to the green ninja as they sped off to the scene downtown.
Lloyd and Niel were there first and Cole was lagging behind due to the sheer size of his car. The green ninja hopped off but Niel was told to stay back and just sit on his bike. He moved forward and tool hold of the steering wheel, in case he needed a quick get away. Cole and Lloyd approached the hooligans and shouted out their team catchphrase, "Not so fast!" The trainee muttered under his breath a sarcastic, "Really?" But, of course, Lloyd overheard and shrugged, "Yeah, I don't know who made it official, but it is!" Cole drew out his hammer and chuckled, "Lloyd it was you!" "What? Nooo!" The four thugs turned towards them with their knives in hand, they were in the middle of trying to rob an old lady. They charged at them and Lloyd and Cole did as well. It was just measly hand-to-hand, so of course Lloyd and Cole took them down in no time. Not until one of them whistles loudly and called for back up. A few moments later, five more bikes and thugs showed up and surrounded the three ninja. Niel was already freaking out a bit, none of them expected this at all.
One of the thugs picked Niel up by the collar and threatened to beat him up if they don't leave, "I-I... Uhh... It's my first day actually! I'm just tagging alo--" "Zip it!" The now mint ninja was cut off mid-sentence. He thought his rambling might've worked. Lloyd was too distracted with getting tackled to other thugs and Cole was busy trying to get three small ones off his back. Niel was at a loss as the person holding him was much bigger and stronger. Until, for some reason, he looked up. He squinted his eyes to look for that comet and sure enough, there it was. A small blue tint in the sky, barely visible. By some instinct, he focused on it. He stared and thought hard at what he wanted the thug to do. Like magic, the thug's grip loosened and he was able to drop on to the ground on his feet. Niel kicked him in the shins and knocked him down. Cole had thrown off the three he was fighting against the pavement and promptly knocked them out and Lloyd had already tied up the other two. They returned to Niel on the ground, in front of the fallen criminal and saw that he was unharmed. Lloyd ran up to him, "Niel! Are you oka--" he stopped mid-sentence when he noticed him being awfully quiet.
He moved to the front of him and saw his eyes glow purple and he was still. Cole was about to approach him but suddenly, Niel grabbed Lloyd by the shoulders and threw him hard against a brick wall. He hit his head and was knocked out cold from Niel's sheer strength. Cole exclaimed, "What!? Why'd you do--" he was cut off with the mint ninja giving him a good punch in the nose. He was thrown back a bit by it and held his nose that slowly trickled out blood. He saw the blood drip onto his hand and wiped it to the side. He threw away his weapon and clenched his fist, "Alright, I'm just gonna hold him off until it wears off. Don't hurt him," Cole reminded himself. Niel marched to him, a demented look in his eyes. That eerie purple glow was just unnerving to see again. Niel threw a good pucnh at him but he blocked. The mint ninja kept going hard on him but he endured. Kai and Nya arrived on the scene. The red ninja took a minute to process what was going on before leaping into action and defending his teammate. He was about to kick the attacker from behind when he noticed the hood, "Niel!?" He exclaimed in surprise. Niel turned his head around and stared at him. That wasn't Niel. Kai was stuck in place, as if he were some sort of spell. Niel approached him slowly, his footsteps became heavier and heavier and a raspy breath came out of him.
Kai shut his eyes, unable to do anything else until the trainee collapsed on to the ground and Kai took a step back, broken from that spell. His body rolled onto the ground and stayed still for awhile before Niel's eyes shot open and he gasped. He jumped up and sat up quickly, gasping for air and frantically looked at his surroundings, "What happened!?" The glow was gone and his eyes remained the deep purple they were used to. Nya ran up to him and held him by his shoulder, "Niel! Are you alright?" The mint ninja rubbed his head little, trying to snap himself out of the corruption then he remembered, "Lloyd!" He lept to his feet and ran towards the unconscious green ninja. He was about to reach out and shake him awake when Kai intervened and drew his sword and pointed it at Niel, "Nobody hurts the green ninja," he grumbled. Now, he just felt awful. He was new and caused so much more trouble for them. He hurt the Green ninja himself and beat up the leader of the team with his own fists. He was about to turn around and leave in shame when Nya placed her hand on Kai's sword arm and pushed it down slightly, "No, Kai. It's the corruption. He can't control it." They were silent before Cole came up to the group and said, "We need to find a solution to this problem. One way or another."
Lloyd stumbled on his feet as he groaned, the pain in his head was still strong. He blinked his eyes a few times before screaming out in fear at Niel. They all were a bit stratled, "Lloyd! You're okay!" Niel exclaimed in happiness, "Barely. You threw me against a wall!" Kai glared at him before the mint ninja tried to defend himself with an excuse. It all proved to be fruitless when he assessed the situation himself. Cole helped Lloyd up by his hand as the green ninja continued, "I knew you should've just gone home instead of joining us. Why did I ever trust you?" Cole looked at the two, Niel looking really sorry and Lloyd looking pretty bruised up and furious, "No. This isn't his fault. This corruption he's in is the reason for everything that's happening, so we either help him or more people gets hurt." Kai grumbled before pulling off his mask, "Fine, let's take him to Master Wu. Where did he say he was going to again?" "Library of Domu. It's pretty far..." Lloyd replied before taking off his own mask and calling for the others over their headsets, "Zane, Jay. Are you there?" From their end, Lloyd could hear Jay screaming in anger as Zane tried to talk calmly, "He got away. Why? Do you need us?" "No but it's just--"
Suddenly, a huge explosion was heard from the sky. A big boom that echoed like a nuclear bomb was set off far away in space. The ninja looked up towards the noise before Kai noticed something bright in the sky, "What is that?" He pointed at the blue glint that seemed to be getting bigger in the sky, "I don't know but we should look at it through a telescope. It seemed to be far off in space." Cole and everyone else pull on their masks before hopping onto their vehicles, "Zane, Jay and everyone to the Bounty!" Lloyd communicated and they sped off.
--------
"Nya, what do you see?" Lloyd asked the water ninja at the big telescope on the bounty. She quinted her eyes, still unable to properly recognize it, "I don't know... It looks like a big meteor or or... Some sort of comet. It's blue, that's for sure," she passed it on to Zane. Maybe a nindroid has better chances of analyzing it. Zane's eyes popped up when he was able to find this exact comet in his database, "You're right, Nya. It is a comet," he zoomed in even more and hooked it up to the big monitor on the bounty as he stood in front of it. "It is about five hundred kilometres across, travelling about four hundred thirteen kilometres per hour and was said to have almost hit earth a few years ago." He pressed a few buttons, pulling up some article from a few years ago about the same galactic entity, "Scientist named it "The Blue Mother" after estimating that it would've hit earth and destroyed it. It flew past and left the solar system." He stopped talking, turning him towards his friends and explaining again with a bit of a worried tone, "They said it would've never returned but it seemed to have came back and I estimate it would not miss this time." The ninja all gasped at the discovery. Lloyd asked, "In how many days will it arrive?" "By estimation... Twenty eight days." Niel stepped up before pointing at the screen, "That's the comet that talked to me in my dream! I remember," Jay groaned loudly, "Now is not the time to talk about your prophetic dreams! It's time to warn people in Ninjago!" Cole held his friends back before telling him lolwy, "Let him finish Jay. Maybe it's a clue to how to stop it," he looked back to Niel who then continud with his story, "In my dream, it told me it was my mother and it gave life to me. I was one among many apparently, and I heard it say to me last night 'I'm coming for you'."
Jay was very clearly creeped out and said again, "Niel, this comet is hurling towards earth and you telling us it's coming for you specifically is NOT HELPFUL! You're ON earth! It's gonna kill us ALL!" Jay screamed in horror as he slowly lost his marbles. Nya had an unimpressed look on her face and replied to him, "Jay, screaming isn't going to solve the problem..." He inhaled then exhaled, trying to calm himself down, "Okay, what should we do?" Kai gathered everyone and said, "First, we need to find Master Wu and tell him about all of this. Then, we look for a way to stop it. To the library of Domu!"
Master Wu had just finished reading the last scroll. He was getting more anxious. He had been sitting there for days, drinking hundreds of cups of tea yet he couldn't bring anything to the table. He was just about to look for another way until he noticed a bunch of people gathered around a big open window. They were mumbling among themselves at something in the sky. Curious, he followed and looked from a different window and that's when he saw it; a blue glint in the sky, almost outshining the sun itself. That's when memories flooded. "The Blue Mother..." He rushed back to his scroll and looked for a part which mentioned this comet. He read under his breath, "It will search for it's child, the current Elemental Master of Stars and will not stop until it found it's child or is destroyed by it's own kin." He kept reading some more. He had never heard of this elemental master before, the information on The Blue Mother so far had been from a more scientific view. He moved to the section of the scrolls that had information on the Elemental Master of Stars and read again, "The power of this element has the ability to move stars and comets at will. Though not strong enough to move it by a wide distance, it can very much change the condition of anything the elemental master associates with the star or comet." He breathed in and out. The chance of finding this elemental master is hardly possible but he will not quit until the Blue Mother ceases.

Spacewalk (a Ninjago Fan-Season)
Episode 2: Golden Leaves of Shintaro
"We're almost there!" Cole shouted in excitement, "A-awesome! I can't wait to--" Niel's words were cut off when the car hit another bump on the road. He knocked his head against the side window and hissed in pain, rubbing at it to relieve the panging feeling, "...Stretch my... Everything!" He laughed before trying to readjust himself in his seat but ultimately failing to after the car jumped up again. He was just so ready to pass out before the car suddenly stopped moving about. Instead, it felt as if it was floating in air. He was taken aback by this and scurried over to Cole to ask what was going on, "It's the Skyfolk! They're picking us up so we can get to the castle faster!" Niel shouted in surprise, "Excuse me, WHAT!?" The car shifted backwards, sending Niel flying back and hitting himself against his seat violently. There goes all of his bones. He tried sitting up again and holding on to dear life. It took a while but they were finally settled down in front of the gates of Shintaro. Cole turned off the engine and jumped out of the car, Niel crawling across the backseat to get out.
Niel stretched his back and tried to stand up straight at the sight of Queen Vania. Cole waved at her and walking over excitedly, "Hey! Vania! How long has it been?" Vania walked over and gave him a big hug and pulled away, "I missed you guys! What brings you here? And... where are the others?" Behind them was the loud sound of the Jet speeding off trying to rid of the bats. The plane was whirling around, losing control before Nya took action and quickly landed it not far off. Even though they supposedly landed safely, the jet hit the ground and made a big sound like it just crashed. Vania and the others stared in shock and worry. Not long, they see Nya carrying Jay bridal style with bruises and remains of ashes on this clothes and faces. Jay was dropped on to the floor gently before huffing out as he stood back up and waving, "Hey, Princess!" Vania made a crooked smile and waved back, "Uhh... Hi." Cole turned around and held her shoulders, "Anyways, princess! We need a few leaves of this 'Golden Leaves of Clarity'. Do you know where they are?" She was a bit hesitant before speaking, "Well... I'm not even sure if the tree is still alive at this point. My father never took care of it under his rule," she paused, "But, my guards and I can take you to it. Follow me!" She gestured for everyone to follow, Niel adjusted his arm and running along after Jay gathered his bearings.
Dashing through the halls and flights of stairs, they reached a big flight of stairs, spanning from multiple peaks of mountains. Jay laughed nervously before asking, "Uhhh... Is there any sort of transportation for us instead of these stairs?" Vania scratched her chin, "I'm afraid not. Like I said, no one has taken care of it for awhile and my father never intended for a gardener to routinely come up and down," the lightning groaned in defeat before inhaling and exhaling, "This is gonna take awhile." Everyone started to climb up the billions of steps to reach the tree. Jay almost fell over the side since there was no railing but Nya held his hand to avoid that situation. Cole and Vania were chatting while Niel occasionally stopping to catch his breath behind them, "Cardio..." He often complained.
--------
"I'm so sweaty! I should've taken the car! This sun is blazing!" Kai whined and dried the sweat forming on his face. They had searched through the desert for hours and still haven't found the spring. Zane said to him in the intercom, "There is no map either. We will need to search this desert, inch by inch to find it." Kai groaned some more before stopping his bike for a drink. He only realized thereafter that his bottle was completely dry, "No no no no! This can't be happening!" He said in a panicked tone. Lloyd stopped his speeder and looked back at the red ninja, "Why? What's wrong?" Kai shouted back, "We ran out of water!" Lloyd faceplamed before trying to reason with him, "C'mon, Kai... We have someone's life on the line!" He furrowed his eyebrows and waited for a response, "I know but... I can't focus when I'm dehydrated." He revved his bike up again and caught up with the other two and searhed for the spring. Zane occasionally scanning his surroundings for any markings or water sources that can lead them to it. Zane stopped occasionally to check up on the gang at Shintaro, "Have you guys found the leaves of Clarity?" Nya spoke back with a slight sounds of Jay wailing in the distance, "No, we're stuck with travelling on these stairs to even get to it! And we don't even know if it's still there!" Zane nodded and looked back on the others. Lloyd and Kai now really exhausted and sweaty.
The three kept roaming around endlessly until they came upon Twitchy's gas station. They hurried parked in front of the gas station, being greeted by a really happy Twitchy on the poarch, swinging on his rocking chair. He happily walked up to them and held two gas tanks, "Howdy, folks! So will it be leaded or unleaded?" Kai pushed past him and ran into his shed, searching for water until he found a lone bottle of juice in the freezer and chugged the whole thing. Lloyd limped over to the poarch and sat in his sweat as he watched the blazing sun shine on him. Zane calmly walked to Twitchy and inquired him about the spring. Twitchy twitched a little before trying to come up with words that are coherent, "Well, I s'pose I haven't heard of this--" he twitched before pulling out the gas tanks again and doing his greeting, "Howdy, folks! Will it be leaded or unleaded?" Zane signed before returning the subject on the Springs of Divinity, "Well, I s'pose I haven't heard of this 'Springs of Divinity' but I do know there is was this really old well in the middle of the desert but now...!" He paused and took a breath, he twitched a little more before continuing, "Someone dried it up and sold the remains of it for quite a pounding in the village of Stiix!" Lloyd stood back up and ran up to them, "Ronin..." Kai walked back out with water bottles and tossed it at Lloyd. He caught it and opened it up, taking a big sip. The refreshing feelings dampening his dusty and dried out throat, "We're going to the village of Stiix. Let's hurry!" Kai was a bit confused but leapt to his feet and jumped on his bike as he sped up with the others. They left and Twitchy waved goodbye to them as they raceed down the railroad tracks to Stiix.
--------
After so long, the gang finally gazed upon the remains of a dried up tree, surrounded by empty and dusty jars with golden lids. Vania stared at it and walked up to it, almost as fascinated as the others. What leaves that remained shone a bright gold just like the wings used by the Skyfolk and the dried up leaves that hung silently on the dried branches were rustling in the wind. The bark of the tree was grey and ashy but had intricate and overlapping patterns that she had never seen. Just like the rest of the kingdom, even such an ancient and dead looking tree was just as beautiful. Cole walked up to it and called Master Wu on his headset, "Master! We found the tree!" The old master shouted back in excitement and replied through the monitor, "That's great news! Bring a whole jar back to the temple and we'll begin brewing with the water," Cole hesitated before speaking, "But, Sensei, the tree is dead and most of the leaves are dry! Are you sure this will still work?" Master Wu mumbled in worry but figured out a solution, "That's alright! All we need are the leaves and we can begin the procedure!" And with that confirmation, Cole and Nya took picking out the leaves as Niel and Jay watched, out of breath. Vania stood back to let them work and pick out the biggest leaves, Niel was a bit nervous being beside the princess.
She smiled at him before asking him, "I've never seen you with the ninja before. Who are you?" Niel replied with a chuckle, "I-I'm... Just a guy that they need to cure... I don't even know why I'm here! Hehe..." Princess Vania held his hand before shaking it, "Well, any friend of Cole is a friend of mine!" She smiled before stuttering out as soon as she let go of his hand, "Your hand... I feel a dark presence..." Niel rubbed the back of his neck as he stared at her, "Well... Yeah, that's why I'm with these guys. I'm apparently cursed or something and need this magic tea to help me become... "Uncorrupted" or whatever that means," he did air quotes and smiled back at her. Her royal attire was a bit intimidating but her aura was very friendly and welcoming. She looked a bit sad before speaking in a low voice, "I'm sorry the doings of my father and that Crystal Council had affected you. This corruption looks very painful," Niel sighed, "Yeah, well... I've gotten used to it! So don't worry, I'm fine." Vania sat next to him on her knees and watched the two picking the big leaves and placing them in one of the dusty jars.
Suddenly, Niel felt limp. He could no longer feel his hands or the grass that was beneath them. His eyes stared around frantically before landing his sights on a very sweaty Jay next to him. He lost control as he stood up, his mind was screaming for help at his situation. He could see himself getting closer and Jay getting confused before his expression became wide-eyed and panicked. He shouted out but Niel could only hear a muffle, "Guys! It's the corruption!" Niel took a swing at him with his fist, punching in his jaw and sending him sprawling on the ground. He pinned Jay down on to the ground and gave him another beating before his hands were held back by two pairs of very big and strong arms. Cole was struggling at his sheer sudden strength and Vania stood away in a panic, "What is he doing!?" She screamed. The guards heard her cries and flee to her aid. They grabbed their spears and point it at Niel, trying to break free until Nya stepped in front of them, "No! Don't! It's the corruption! He can't control it!" They pointed down their spears but surrounded Vania in order to protect her.
After a while, Niel stopped and became limp again, like he fell asleep. A few second later and he shot up in suprise and gasped, "What happened?" Cole let go of him before nodding to Jay and Nya, "His conditions are becoming more unstable. We need to hurry!" Nya said. The three of them went back to the tree and picked out any leaves they see and shoving them in one of the empty jars. Like lighting, they finished and ran to the stairs. Jay exclaimed, "We'll lose more time if we go down these stairs!" Vania looked towards her guards and ordered them, "Guards, take their vehicles and carry them here, quick!" They lifted off and flew down. "Why didn't we think of that!?" The guards came back a few minutes later with the vehicles and they all buckled up and raced down the mountain. Vania stayed atop as she could walk back down herself. Their vehicles sped down the stairs and Niel vibrated in his seat, "Why didn't we do this when we went up!?" Niel screamed as the car swerved and they began falling down. The vehicle twisted around, hitting multiple rocks. Things in the car went flying as they tumbled down. Then, the car stopped falling a whole towns worth of people held them up. They all struggled to carry the car's weight but landed them safely on to the front of the gate. Niel huffed out in relief as he shakily put on his seatbelt, something he should've done ages ago.
Cole and Niel stayed still in shock before poking their heads out the window and saw Vania running up to the car, "Cole! You're okay!" Cole got out and tried to support himself with his hands on the car hood. Jay and Nya landed and jumped off the plane to check on Niel, "Niel! You're okay, right?" Jay shouted as the bruised boy crawled out the car. He had a horrified look on his face but tried to force a smile knowing that he was alive. Nya huffed out and exclaimed, "We won't be able to get to the Monastery in time if we use the car. Jay, can your jet fit four people?" The lightning ninja turned his head towards his roaring blue jet and said nervously, "I hope so..."

Spacewalk (a Ninjago Fan-Season)
Episode 6: Speed-training
Sensei Wu quickly walked outside of the library of Domu when he was immediately met with the Destiny's Bounty up ahead. The ninja scurried over to the old Master who looked just as panicked as them. Kai was up ahead and exclaimed, "Sensei Wu! There's a--" "The Blue Mother is heading straight for Ninjago, we need to do something about it quick!" The other ninja arrived at the scene with Niel behind everyone else. The old master dashed towards the flying ship, tail between his legs. They all went aboard the ship and watched as Wu placed all of the scrolls on the table. He unfurls one and pointed at a few pictures of stars and comets, "There is a way to stop it! We need to find the Elemental Master of the Stars. The comet will not stop until it has found it's child." Everyone looked at each other worriedly then looked at Niel who had a look of despair placed on his round face. Master Wu was a bit confused at this and asked them, still holding on to the table, "Why? What is wrong?" The mint ninja couldn't find the words. He had to die to save Ninjago, "I... I had a dream, Sensei..." The old man stroked his beard and listened attentively, "The comet everyone calls "The Blue Mother" spoke to me," everyone turned to him before he continued, a hushed voice came out of him, "She told me that I was her child. One among many. She said she gave life to me but," he looked down and stared at his hands, "That can't possibly be true! My mother, she's in Ninjago with my father! Living a completely normal life I-I..." Master Wu held his shoulder and rubbed him to comfort him, "Is this how my life is going to end? In 28 days I'll have to face the comet to save Ninjago? How I'll have to sacrifice myself to..." He could barely say words at this point. He was only nineteen, he wanted to live some more. Just a few more years.
The old Sensei pulled away before his held onto his staff with both of his hands, "There is another way," Niel looked up at him, his face was flushed, "You have only 28 days to become a ninja. Train and focus yourself and your powers, and save Ninjago." Master Wu pointed his staff at him before he asked him again, "Will you be able to take this responsibility and save all of us? Will you be able to defy destiny and move the stars?" He looked down on his hands again, still feeling guilty about all of this. It was his fault after all that the Blue Mother was hurling towards earth, he was her child. He inhaled before croaking out again, "What power do I even have? What if it isn't me?" He looked up again, "What if it's someone else and I'm just a normal person? It could be anybody in Ninjago and--" Master Wu held his shoulder again, this time a little bit more tense, "Let's try." He walked to the side of him and pointed his staff towards the sky. Niel looked up, the sky was orange and red, it was about to be night. A few stars had already started to show their faces only, the Blue Mother was the largest, slowly and surely careening towards the planet. Master Wu said again, "Focus your emotions, Niel. Raise your hand and focus." The mint ninja closed his eyes before opening his eyes again quickly and leaning in Master Wu, "What do I have to focus on? What should I think about?" "Think about how you feel. Think about making one of the ninja stronger or more powerful. Think of someone here and project your emotions." Niel slowly closed his eyes again, breathing in and out slowly as he kept his hands still. He started to feel a tingle in hands and arms, more prominently in his right arm where there used to be the crystallization. At the moment, he felt misery and sadness yet he wanted to feel strong and capable. Then, he thought of Cole and how he had stayed and helped him throughout his journey so far, how he had defended him and showed him the ropes.
Cole, from behind, exclaimed, "I feel tingly... Like... Good tingly!" He started jumping in place a little before his expression changed, "There is this pit in my stomach... I want to get it out!" He ran out from the Bounty and jumped on to the ground, landing on his fists and basically punching the ground. The ground beneath him cracked but instead of the usual gash looking mark, it was bigger and had more of shape. Cole stayed still before lifting himself up, "Woah... I never punched the ground and it looking like that before!" The other ninja ran up and looked over the edge. The shape had a circular outline and inside the circle were three diamond looking shapes. It was atleast ten meters across and looked very deep. Niel let go of his focus and looked towards the ninja who were exclaiming at the sheer strength boost Cole had. He ran up to the edge, followed by Master Wu. He looked back at the master and he smiled back as he nodded. Niel jumped down and caught up with the others, "Did... I do that?" "Did what? Cole was the one who punched the ground," the mint ninja shook his head, "I meant that... I think my powers strengthen or weaken people. I was thinking of Cole and my sadness and anger at the same time. I guess those feelings made him feel stronger." The black ninja punched his two fists together and activated his lava arms. He punched the ground again, trying to do it similarly but didn't achieve the same result. He huffed before standing up again, "You're right! Try to do it to Kai. Make him really weak or something," he snickered while the fire ninja whined at him.
And so, the mint ninja did the same. He thought about the moment he weaken the thug that held on to him that morning and his hand, by instinct, pointed at a stray star. He thought about Kai and his fear of being weak and used that to make him feel even weaker. Kai, in response, slowly collapsed onto the ground. He couldn't stand up anymore and was made to rest on his sister's shoulders for support. Jay exclaimed, "Woah! Niel! You're doing that!?" Niel kept going however and thought about his emotions currently. He felt a little happier and a bit relieved about his powers. He let go of the star and let his arm down. A few moments after he did that, Kai was able to feel his sense of power come back and he went on his own feet. The master of fire shook his legs a little before his eyes widened in fascination. He exclaimed on his cool, game-like abilities, "They're like Booster potions in the Fist to Fights games!" Master Wu smiled at the group and announced, "Come, everyone! We must head back to the monastery and train Niel." Everyone hopped back on and Nya started the engine. He held his hands onto the steering and boosted the ship to its full speed.
At the monastery, Master Wu stopped in no time to drag the presumed master of stars to his meditation room to really see if he was the elemental master of stars. Niel was sat down in the middle of the room, a pot with a few lit essence sticks in front of him and a big empty scroll. Master Wu left before returning in a few minutes time with the Golden Weapons. Niel was a bit surprised, "What do we need the golden weapons for? Don't they only react to the green ninja?" The master sighed before he stopped and looked at him than looking at the weapons in his arms, "Yes, but, as you may know, they are currently weak and powerless, but if they come in contact with Elemental Master of the Stars," he placed each of the four weapons around him in a specific order, "Their powers will reactivate and become as strong as they once were." Niel watched as he had already placed the really menacing looking weapons around him and standing up to grab something from his table. It was a small dagger. He strides over to him, his staff hitting the floor every step he made. He took Niel's hand and slowly placed the dagger over one of his fingers, "This may hurt a little." The mint ninja hesitated but relaxed anyway since he assumed he knew what he was doing. Master Wu sliced his finger a little, only breaking the top layer of his skin. It stung a bit but it wasn't the worst pain he's ever had. The blood trickled down from his finger and onto the empty scroll. Except, it wasn't empty. The blood that seeped in created pictures, so many peculiar symbols arose from just one drop.
Master Wu placed his hand down and set the dagger aside. He looked at the scroll for a few minutes before getting up again. Niel was really confused. He said that the golden weapons would react to him and so far, nothing has happened. Until, he looked at the scroll and started reading. In the midst of reading it, the golden weapons started to glow. His doubts disappeared and it was replaced with awe. He was the one destined to destroy the comet. Master Wu nodded and took away the golden weapons, this time, he held them and moved them to their placed one by one. Master Wu knew that putting them all together would create an explosion, so he handled them with care as before returning to the front of Niel. Niel couldn't believe it, his voice cracked as he spoke, "What... How would I even do this?" "What do you mean?" "How would even defeat a giant comet!? Do I punch it or...?" Master Wu placed his hand on his chest and pointed at the area where he presumed his heart would be, "You have to use your heart. Using your feelings and emotions, you will defeat the Blue Mother and make sure it never returns." Niel was very confused but was determined to understand his situation. He cleared his throat and looked at him, "So... When do I start?" He smiled and Master Wu smiled back.
---------
"First," Master Wu struck the wooden floor boards with his staff as he began his lecture, "You must be able to keep balance between your powers and yourself. Letting it control you will only make things worse but not controlling it at all, will lead you to topple over." He walked to behind where Niel was standing with one leg up, that leg holding up a bowl of miso soup and his two hands straight out, those arms balancing five glasses of water on each side and on his head was a small table and a house of cards built on top. Master Wu poked Niel's back to try and topple him over, but Niel's concentration and determination let him to stay up right. Master Wu hummed in satisfaction at his feats before Jay, who was monitoring him from afar, came by and started to tickle him. Niel couldn't handle it and he laughed out, losing his balance and letting everything fall to the ground. The miso soup fell straight on his head and he moved the stray noodles from his face so he could see. Jay snickering as Master Wu stared with a slight, crooked smile, "Again!" He struck the ground again with his staff three times.
"Next, Curiousity is the key to every ninja's ability. Discovery for oneself and the world around you is a big part of unlocking your heart," Master Wu placed a box in front of where Niel was sitting on the floor. He tilted his head to the side before Master Wu stood back up and leaving without a word. Niel stood still for awhile but then, he overtaken by his curiosity. He reached his hand out and opened the box. Inside, he saw a small key and as he opened the box more, a spider jumped out and started to chase him. Niel screamed and started to run away. Master Wu came out of the corner, "Courage is needed to be able to fight the enemies you will face. Without courage, your curiosity will be useless." Niel turned around to face the tiny monster of eight legs. He stood still, trying to face his fears until he saw that the spider simply glided in the floor. He kneeled down and picked it up, realizing it was an RC toy. He turned it off and Kai came round the corner holding its remote. The fire ninja snickered as he tossed the remote to him and crossing his arms. Master Wu hummed again before announcing another exercise with another three taps.
"Wisdom, it doesn't only come with age. Anybody can be wise, you must learn your world and use that to your advantage." Niel was faced with Lloyd who was supposed to spar with him, hand to hand. Niel, however had one of his arms tied to his back and he was at a loss. But as Lloyd charged at him, he saw that he wasn't wearing his stomach plates and this meant, he had a weak point. Niel jumped and did a roundhouse kick to his stomach, launching the green ninja and knocking him out. Niel might've overdone him and came to help him up. Even with his one hand, he tried to pick up the green ninja from his lying position. Master Wu spoke again, "Generosity. Trying to give back with what you have. Even if you're at an disadvantage, staying humble and helping others is your duty as a ninja." Lloyd stood back up and pat Niel on the back. Lloyd untied him and smiled at him. Lloyd gave Niel a dagger before whispering, "Use this. It'll come in handy," Niel was a bit confused but took the offer and watched as the Green ninja head back inside the monastery. Master Wu spoke again, "And, for your last exercise of the day," he took off his hat and placed it down on the ground as he adjusted his black belt and took a battle stance, "Fight me in hand to hand combat to prove that you are worthy." Niel gulped before taking a battle stance as well.
Master Wu charged first and ran up to him, his staff ready to strike. Niel dodged it quickly and tried to run away, but the old master jumped ahead and blocked him. He kept dodging his attacks before Master Wu exclaimed, "You must prove your strength Niel. Give a good punch," Niel was hesitant. He wanted to use the dagger so badly but, he wanted to fight truthfully. He raised his hand up in defeat, "Wait, Master!" Master Wu stopped before standing still. Niel pulled out the dagger from his pocket and dropped it on the floor, "I had a weapon on me. I was trying to cheat," Master Wu walked over and clapped. The trainee was a bit surprised at this before he took his hat and said again, "Honesty. It was the last lesson," he smiled, "You have learnt all the six virtues of Spinjitsu. You are one step closer to becoming a Ninja," Niel gasped and grinned wide at his achievements. The other Ninja came out of the monastery. Kai Cole exclaimed, "Don't celebrate just yet, trainee. You still haven't reached your true potential yet," Kai chimed in, "And you still haven't learnt Spinjitsu. You have a long way to go." Master Wu turned to the other ninja, "Even with all of the needed training, with enough patience and diligence, you still will have multiple days to spare," he held Niel's shoulder in encouragement. The trainee nodded and a fire of determination grew in him.
Master Wu walked towards inside the monastery before gesturing for Niel to follow, "Now, come. A ninja can't fight with an empty stomach." Niel didn't even realize it was already night. He had been training the whole evening and the sky had gone dark. The spots of stars that haunted him each time he looked at them were visible and that eerie blue glow from the Blue Mother called out to him. He ignore it and followed the others inside. At least, food would be able to distract him.

Spacewalk (a Ninjago Fan-Season)
Episode 3: A Star In The Darkness
By the time the ninja arrived in the village of Stiix, it was already night and stars shine bright in the sky. The village seemed in a much better state then when they last saw it. The houses were rebuilt with stronger foundations and stronger roofs. It still reeked of crimes and scams but it was better than when the Preeminent destroyed it. Kai and Lloyd hopped off their vehicles, getting side-eyed by the villagers. A bunch of scruffy tough guys with scars, smoking and playing beer pong stopped and stared at them with their dirty faces. Lloyd continued on nervously to find Ronin with Kai in front of him, making himself into a barrier to protect Lloyd from any low-life thugs looking for trouble. Zane run up to them from behind after updating his situation with the others, "I told the others we're in the village of Stiix. Shouldn't be long before they reach here." Kai nodded before he was stopped dead in his tracks after he mistakenly bumped into a big, muscular man. He mumbled an 'excuse me' before he noticed the person he was in front of,
"Killow!" "Ninja..." He grumbled back as he walked towards them. Kai pushed Lloyd back and drew his Katana as he stood his stance, "So, this is where you ran off to? I should've known..." Killow grumbled back as he came closer, eyeing him down and pounding his fists, preparing to fight. Lloyd intervened by standing between them and pushing each of them away from each other. He pulled off his mask before explaining, "We don't want any trouble with you. We're looking for someone else," Killow relaxed his shoulders and stood back. He exhaled harshly out his nose like an enrage bull and crossed his arms, "Who are you looking for?" "Ronin," Lloyd quickly spoke to avoid Kai from saying anything else to him, possibly worsening their awkward situation. Killow pointed his thumb to the back of him and said, "He's in the old shed. Now, go! I have things to do."
The ninja walked towards the shed they were pointed to, Kai turning over his shoulder to glare at Killow but he already turned around to leave. Probably did tell the truth there. They opened the door and heard a bell ring as they did so. Ronin shuffled in his chair before scoffing at the ninja. He grabbed his hat from the table and hastily placed it on his head, "Ahh, the ninja... What can I do for you?" He smiled with a hint of evil and pride in it. Lloyd smacked his hands on the table, being direct to make sure Ronin doesn't try and toy with them, "Where is the water from the Springs of Divinity?" The scrunkly old man chuckled and held himself on one elbow on the table and went closer to Lloyd, "Oh that old thing? That thing was dried out years ago--" "By you!" Kai cut him off, walking towards him with heavy steps, anger displayed on his face, "So quit talking and tell us where it is!" He smacked his hand on the table in anger as he shouted, knocking over a glass of water in the process. Ronin smirked sarcastically at him before speaking in a low voice, "Ahh... Kai.... You can never keep your anger in check," he sighed before shrugging and saying in his rough voice, "Sorry, I don't treat rude customers so unless you have an absurd amount of money," he lit a cigarette and placed in his mouth, inhaling and puffing out a ring of smoke that reaked of tobacco, "I'm not telling you guys anything."
Kai grumbled, his eyebrows furrowed further, the side of his mouth twitched in efforts of controlling his temper. Zane stepped up in hope to reason with the usually unreasonable bandit, "Listen, Ronin. We need this water as we have someone's life on the line. If we don't retrieve it, that person may die and it will all be due to your doings," Ronin scoffed before puffing out smoke again. He pulled his hat over his face, casting a dark shadow, "As if you ninja never do that on the daily..." Lloyd sighed before pinching the bridge of his nose before inhaling and being more stern, "Okay, how much money are we talking?" Ronin grumbled out, "A couple hundred." "For just water?" Ronin tilted his head back, revealing the annoyed glimmer in his eyes, "Look, do you want the water or not? You're disturbing my nap 'ere!" Lloyd turned to the others to discuss and pulled them into a ring, "Let's count the money we have to see if it would be enough to get at least some of the water," he spoke lowly, "Are we seriously dealing with him right now? Is there no other way?" Zane turned his head to him and replied to his question, "I'm afraid not. He is currently our only option." "This is going nowhere, how much money do we have?" "You ninja are really talking an awfully long time for this "someone's life" to save!"
Ronin intervene by shouting from behind them so Lloyd took the step up and made a quick decision, "Okay, Ronin... How much would a hundred bucks give us?" He puffed a big part of he cigarette and threw the burnt out ashes on the floor, "A quarter." The green ninja hastily pulled out his wallet and counted the money he had available. He was cut out with being fifty bucks short, "How about fifty?" "Half of a quarter... C'mon, Ninja! Do your maths!" Kai sighed before taking out his own wallet and aggressively pulling out four hundred and fifty bucks and handing it him. Ronin scrapped his dry finger tips across the stack to count them quickly, "Hmmm... You ninja really are easy," he stood up from his seat, holding himself up by the edge of the table, scraping the floor with the legs of the chair in the process, "I'll go fetch the jug for ya." He left to the back of the shed before the other three were left to wait for this "jug". Hopefully he'd give them all of it, they don't really know how much he had left but judging from how happy he looked, they hoped he'd be generous.
A few minutes of waiting and they heard nothing from Ronin. Kai, frustrated, barged into the back and found the place empty, only an open window to make up for it. The fire ninja shouted in anger before leaping through. Zane and Lloyd followed with him and stared out the window to see Kai chasing a fast shadow, running through the roofs of the houses. The green and white ninja pulled their masks on and followed suit. Leaping through the gaps between the houses and the stray holes in the roofs, Ronin and the ninja dashed in a chase. Ronin had a jug in his hand, holding on to it tightly. Kai throwing stray fire balls at him in hopes to slow him down. Zane and Lloyd parted ways to try and confuse Ronin but he jumped either away from or above them to avoid their efforts to stop him. Before long, the other ninja caught up to the scene in Jay's jet and saw the chase scene occuring. The wind that flew from under Jay's jet blew the deck of cards Killow and his gang were playing with and ruined his chance of winning. Now, the others had a a few seconds to run as the gang approached. Cole grabbed Niel and carried him on his back, knowing he's too weak to run as fast as them.
The ninja being chased by Killow and his undergrads were running towards the others chasing Ronin. The bandit gave Killow a side-eye look and nodded, tossing the jug into his hands as he halted and turned the other way. Kai turned to Killow behind them and on the lower level and shouted as he pointed at him, "He's getting away!" The other turned sharply and went to run after Killow instead. Ronin ran off, keeping Kai's money and hiding in the shadows while the others tried to corner in with Killow. The gang and Killow exchanged the jug a few times, trying to confuse the ninja but there were way too many of them. Niel leapt off of Cole's back and did his efforts to chase after Killow himself. The other ninja got confused between the tossing that they didn't notice Killow had the jug and ran off and Niel ran after him in a fit of rage. As he ran towards him, he felt that corrupted feeling again. His eyes glowed a deep purple and his legs ran even faster. Anger building up inside him as he cornered Killow, "You're going... Nowhere!" He shouted out in a deep and growling voice. Killow laughed hysterically, "What would such a scrawny little boy like you are gonna do!? You're not even a ninja!" Niel pulled up his sleeve with the crystallized scars and pointed it up. As soon as he did that, the clouds moved out of the way and star glimmered brightly amongst the others. Suddenly, Killow's arms became weak and his grip became sluggish. Before he knew what was happening, the jug dropped onto the ground and landed on it's bottom, not spilling a single drop. Killow gasped in suprise as he looked down and Jay took the opportunity to strike him with lightning. This stunned him and sent him sprawling on the ground.
Kai ran up and grabbed the jar while Niel fell onto the ground and his eyes returned to normal. He heaved in and out as Cole held him by his shoulder and asking him, "What happened? Are you okay?" The boy only nodded and looked back at him, with an expression with just as much confusion, "I don't know... Did we get the--" "We got it! Now, let's get out of here!" The ninja raced off and Cole took him on his shoulders again. He placed him on the back of Kai's bike and held his hands on the steering wheel. Kai groaned in annoyance but chose to ride on the back of Zane's road-rider and the other ninja sped off to the desert, going back the way they came from. They heard the angry shouts of the villagers after the ruckus they cause but they kept going, leaving a trail of dust behind them as they disappeared into the night.

Spacewalk (A Ninjago Fan-Season)
Episode 1: The Brink
Nya and Kai were in the training course, sparring while Master Wu supervised. He was sitting at the porch with his tea while proclaiming his lessons out loud as they threw punches at each other, "One must not be hindered with emotions while fighting. One must channel their inner feelings and focus and use their own emotions to their advantage." Kai stared at his sister dead in the eye as he smirked, "You know, I haven't seen or fight with you like this in a while. You're pretty good!" Nya was taken aback at the sudden compliment before smiling wide and gasping, "Really...?" She stood still for a bit, grateful for his compliment before the fire master bonked her in the head with the wooden sword. She gasped at the sudden hit and rubbed at her head before growling at him. Master Wu hit his staff on to the wooden floor boards, "Focus, Nya. Don't let your emotions hinder you." The water ninja sighed before stepping back and preparing her stance with her own wooden trident. Kai did the same before charging and striking her with his own sword. She deflected it with her trident and pushed him back. Nya jumped back slightly and huffed out before charging again, this time with more force. Nya channeled her anger and focused it to her movements and hands to provide a power kick to her swings. She stuck her trident with Kai's wooden sword and threw it off his hands before holding him in a vulnerable position, "Boom, I win." Kai held his hands up like he was at gun point and stared, nervous on how to get out of this situation. The old master stood up as he approached the two and chuckled, "You both did well. Work together and you will be more powerful. You may rest now," the two sighed before letting their shoulders relax and facing him. They bowed to him before standing back up and smiling at each other, fist bumping the other and turning around to leave into the monastery.
Master Wu looked up at the blazing sun, feeling a sense of worry. He wasn't sure why but he had a small feeling something was coming. He walked back into the monastery to see everyone sitting on the couch playing games and eating pizza. They were all sweaty from training and cheering loudly at Lloyd beating Jay up in the game they were playing, "No!!! That was my last life!" Jay shouted out in despair. Lloyd laughed before mocking him, "Hah! Loser! I get the last slice~!" He happily, and tauntingly, grabbed the lone pizza slice that was placed on a place in front of them and munching and making delighted noises while very obviously boasting about it, "Mmmm... I just LOVE pepperoni." Jay scoffed before grabbing his controller again and pressing the restart button, "Doesn't hurt to try again!" Master Wu smiled, happy to see everyone was in such a happy state after what had happened a few months prior.
He was about to leave into his room to meditate when he heard the monastery gates knocked. Kai turned to face the gate from the window and got up to open it for the visitor. Master Wu followed along in a slow stride behind him. The red ninja scurried to unlock the gates by removing the wooden plank that kept it shut and peeking his head through the tiny gap he opened. He fully opened it after seeing the visitor and greeted them. They were of short stature, about the size of the lightning ninja and has round rimmed glasses and short, fluffy hair that almost looked like a bowl cut. They were grabbing onto their arm in a painful manner and had a sickly look to them. The most intriguing part was that they had a purple glow in their eyes. With no exchange of words or time to spare, Master Wu took them in and quickly helped them to the first aid station.
This was the fifth time a visitor came to be healed of the crystal king's corruption. He knew very well how to rid of it. Master Wu called for the other ninja to his aid and grab teas, potions, essences and other medical syrums from his room and bring it to the table. The visitor was laid on to the examination table and held their own right arm tightly, as if they were in pain. Master Wu monitored them as he waited. He spoke out to inquire them about their state, "What is your name, traveller? How did you get here?" The patient croaked out in pain, barely making out words, "I-I'm Niel. G-gahhh..." He grunted in pain as a sharp sensation came to his arm. His chest heaved up and down as he tried to talk again, "I... Was told by... A village lady that- Ughh... Y-you can help." The old master hummed before sitting down next to him on a wooden chair. He held on to his staff as the other ninja came in with the needed supplied and laid them on the table. Master Wu started the steps to rid of the spiritual effects, quietly chanting words of unknown origin and lighting an essence that smelled of mint and tangerines. The other ninja watched and Zane held him in place, knowing very well the corruption can turn them violent. This continued for awhile until their back arched and his breathing became strained, as if he were being choked or squeezed, he had his eyes shut and teeth gritted in pain. After a few seconds, he turned limp and breathed heavily, bead of sweats forming on his forehead.
When he opened his eyes back up in a tired and lidded fashion, the old master found something very peculiar. His eyes remained a glowing purple, he was unable to rid of the infection. "Oh no..." He said in a worried tone. Jay stepped up to ask, "What is it, Master?" Wu stuttered out, hands placed onto the patients chest, "I-I'm afraid the ritual did not work. I will try again, however." And so, the procedure went on again, but this time with more teas, essences and other stuff that he had laying about. It came back with the same result, only this time, he was even more tired and in pain than before. Cole has his arms crossed, standing at the foot of the table and looked to Sensei Wu, "What do we do?" The patient was laying still, his breaths uneven and heavy. Kai came closer and held himself up on the edge of the table, "H-how do you feel?" His eyebrows furrowed in anxiety. He croaked out again, his eyes stared at Kai with that deep purple glow, "T...Tired..." The master run his hand through his beard, trying to think of a solution. He stood up before walking towards the exit of the room. He turned back around to announce what he was going to do, "I will go to the library to find a solution. All of you stay and care for the guest," and with that, he left. His Cape flowed behind him. The ninja were trying to search for words, such a sudden change of atmosphere. On cue, everyone started freaking out. Usually, the procedures work and they knew how to part with guest but this was new so they just started discussing with each other like loud children in a classroom.
Lloyd stood between the ruckuss and tried to shut everyone up, "Guys! Guys! Let's go back to the job at hand here. We need to care for the patient!" He spoke loudly in a commanding tone as he gestured over to Niel on the table. Jay looked back at him in protest, "How are we supposed to take care of him!? We're not doctors!" Lloyd's eyes trailed back and forth to them both before biting his lip and furrowing his eyebrows, the expression he makes when he's thinking. He came out with an answer before Nya placed her hand on his shoulder. Lloyd huffed out before speaking again, "We take care of him like any other guest. Just... Don't bombard him with questions," he said, remembering his own habits of constant rambling.
-------
All the ninja, except for Kai and Pixal who were with Master Wu in the library to look for information, sat in the room, huddled over the patient's body. There was food, tea and other things on the small table beside them. The patient grunted before finally having the strength to sit up right. He turned to sit up against the edge of the table and rubbed at his right arm. The patient looked around, confused and nervous, "How... Did I get here?" His voice was clearer now, with a hint of croakiness that would come from someone who just woke up. Cole tried to explain his predicament, "Uhh, you stumbled here for some medical aid for you crystal corruption." His eyes wide at what he just said, "My what now?" He felt a shape pain on his arm again and lifted his mint coloured sleeves to see what it was. On his arm was a gradient of purple from his finger tips to his elbow. A few streaks of white on his arm that looked like scars. Niel gasped before looking back at the others who were as shocked as him. He pulled his sleeves back down and looked at the others with a slight unhinged look. Zane tried to calm him down by explaining a bit more, "You were likely affected by the crystal king's corruption and that had embedded itself on to you but don't worry," he paused, "We'll look for a solution." They huffed out before rubbing at their head, trying to process his situation.
Jay moved closer before asking him, "Who are you anyway? Are you from the city? It'd be very weird for someone like you to go so far out to find the monastery..." The patient looked up at him before stuttering out, "I-I don't know, I can't remember." Lloyd inched closer as well, "What's your name? Zane can try and contact your parents or someone related to you who can help." "Niel... My name's Niel." Zane ran a face scan for his identity and looked up any emergency contacts for him, "Hmm, it says here your emergency contact is your brother but I don't see any record of him." Niel sighed before looking down, "Just let it be, I can handle my own." Niel sighed before trying to set his foot down, but the moment he stood up, he felt his legs turn to jelly and sat back down. Nya placed her hand on his shoulder in reassurance, "Whatever it is, we'll help you. It's our duty and honor to protect the people of Ninjago," Niel smiled back, "Thank you..." Lloyd offered him tea, "Here, drink this. I'm not sure how long you've been here without drinking something. He gratefully held it and took a big sip, a big feeling of warmth relieved him of some of his pain.
Out of nowhere, Kai and Sensei Wu barged in with an abundance of scrolls and books. Master Wu knocked things off a medical table violently and opened up a roughed up old scroll and gestured everyone to look. Everyone ran up behind him and watched, Niel limping behind them out of curiosity. "There is a tea, strong enough to rid of any corruption. The Golden Leaves of Clarity," Master Wu continued after turning his head towards the others, "It is atop the Mountain of Shintaro and to brew it, you need water from the Springs if Divinity in middle of the Sea of Sand." The Sensei stood straight up, his shoulders tense and announcing their new mission, "Ninja, I need all of you to fetch these while also keeping Niel within your presence. He may be in a weak state but we all know how the corruption can be very dangerous." All the ninja nodded before sitting up and running off to the lair. Cole was the last one to leave while Niel held on to his shoulders, trying to limply run and follow along. The earth ninja suddenly but gently lifted him off the ground and carried him bridal style. He was taken aback by this but held on with what little strength he had.
Everyone was down in the basement, already picking out what rides they called dibs on. Kai took his bike, Jay and Nya shared a jet, Zane took a road-rider, Lloyd took an awesome speeder, and Cole and Niel were left with a two-seated car. Niel gawked at its awesomeness, "This is AWESOME!" He tried to get off of Cole to walk closer and look but his feet turned to jelly beneath him. Cole held his hand out to pick him up again, "Sorry but you still seem weak. I'll seat you in the back, if that's okay." Niel sighed before taking his hand being carried to the car, pretty embarrassing he had himself in. All of it was so sudden. Before he could understand what was happening, everyone already agreed on who was taking what job. Cole, Jay and Nya took retrieving the Golden Leaves while the others were left to take the boring job; the water. Just like that, everyone sped off and Niel was the helpless damsel in distress stuck in the back. Then the intercom sounded from Cole's stereo, "Hurry, Ninja. His condition is unstable and it will be premanent if this continues for too long!" Everyone said in unison, "On it!"

Spacewalk (a Ninjago Fan-Season)
Episode 4: The Last Light of Hope
The ninja are back at the monastery. Cole pushed everyone out of the way to place the now incredibly weak Niel on the table. Niel was hurriedly hooked up to a bunch of wires and had an oxygen mask placed on him. Sensei Wu was given the necessary ingredients to brew his clearing tea and left to brew it on a big pot outside with Nya and Kai while the others were tasked to stay and monitor his condition. The heart monitor beside him was nominal yet PIXAL noticed a lack of blood pressure, specifically in his right arm. She ran another test on that arm to check for vital signs of rupture or clenched joints, "There is a lack of pressure on his right arm," she announced. Jay ran up to beside the now sweaty and asphyxiating Niel. He gently held his hand up and pulled down the sleeves to see the glowing scars. They were glowing brighter than when they first saw it. The patient opened his eyes slightly to see what was going on. He croaked out in a helpless voice, "My... A-arm..." "I know... Master Wu will be finished with the tea," Jay reassured him before glancing at the monitor behind him to see his status. Zane was beside her, pressing buttons that seemed to pop up monitors on his heart rate and blood pressure, "If the tea isn't finished in five minutes, my estimation deters that his body will overheat and he will lose all air pressure in his system. Practically--" "Suffocating him to death..." Cole spoke lowly, his bushy eyebrows raised and his eyes wide at the situation. Niel could only watch helplessly, he didn't want to die. Not right now. Not right in front of these people who are trying to save him. He started to struggle to breathe, his heart palpitating all over the place on the EKG.
Then, came hope. The door slammed open with Kai and Nya holding a big jug of the tea, it smelled of mint, tangerines and a hint of jasmine. Niel was told to drink all of it. He sat up slightly and brought the cup close to his lips, the steam was blowing at his face and making him sweat even more than he already has. With a burning sensation, he chugged the whole cup in one take and let the hot liquid flow down his throat. He smacked his lips at the sour and sweat taste before letting himself up more. Kai and Nya poured some more of it, making sure he finishes the whole portion within the estimated time. Three cups in and he could barely breathe. He was almost there yet the pain was agonizing, his body feeling hot and his clothes sticking on to him. He was about to push his last cup away but fought on and sipped it all, leaving no drop. Niel sat backwards and felt himself and saw his surroundings, waiting for some form of instant disappearance of his conditions before, in a blink, he saw black. His body fell backwards on to the examination table and he was knocked out clean. Everyone jumped up out of feeling startled. Jay was about to perform chest compressions out of panic before Zane held him in place by his shoulders and pointed at the EKG monitor, "His heart is still beating and his breathing is nominal. In a similar pattern to when one falls asleep," he explained. Kai sighed in relief knowing this random person wasn't about to die in their hands. Master Wu felt his anxiety was rid at the news and he walked closer to inspect the laying body. He pulled up his sleeves to where the crystallization occured the most and saw the effects fading bit by bit.
Everyone gathered around both Niel and the monitor to see if his body patterns were going to change suddenly but they had nothing happening after five minutes. Cole moved the big jug out of the way and sat down, his arm crossed. He saw the position he was in. The way he laid straight on the table, his arms and shoulders relaxed, eyes closed in a pained looking manner and the mask that was may too big for his size. A pillow was provided to support his head up and he was sweaty and the way his chest heaved up and down. Cole couldn't help but whimper to stop his tears from flowing. He failed to protect his mother all those years ago and the fact he saved this random person's life, almost in the same situation as her made him feel a sense of closure. Sometimes, you just don't get everything in life but you have the chance to give someone else a life. Cole quickly wiped it away as Nya approached him. She squared down to his eye level, "Hey, Cole. You feeling okay?" She could feel when someone wasn't right and the way Cole's eyebrows were scrunched up and his nose was red just confirmed that. The earth master just sniffled and replied with a smile, "Yeah! I'm fine." The water ninja nodded before standing up again and saying she was glad before moving back to Jay who was trying to calm down from the sudden situation of everything.
In Niel's mind, he felt loneliness. He could hear and feel everything that was happening but all he saw was darkness. The empty void felt just like he was overtaken by the corruption but this one just left him with a feeling of anxiety and loneliness writhing underneath his skin, like squirming worms or irritating itches that can't be itched away. He walked the endless void, alone and scared. All he could hear was his footsteps and breathing echoing through the endless space he was entrapped in. All was still when he stopped walking and sat, trying to think of his situation in silence. Then, he was suddenly transported to a less dark place. Black void with little spots that resembled stars in the night sky. He was being pulled towards something with a sudden but gentle force, like he was flying in space but he could breathe. His voyage stopped in front of a big blue comet. It was of a huge size and it made him seem like a grain of sand in comparison. Yet, he didn't feel terrified but had a warm feeling as if he were embraced by two warm arms. Then, a voice spoke, "Hello, child." He couldn't believe it! The comet was talking to him!? He was struggling to find words but the comet beat him to it, "My child, you are one of mine among many."
"Who are you?" Niel asked. The comet said in a deep and soothing voice of a woman, "I am your Mother. I gave life to you." Niel couldn't possibly believe that. His mother was in Ninjago, living a normal life like any other citizen with his father in a small apartment. Niel looked down to his feet, dangling over the void of space that span endlessly, "But, that can't be true. My mom is back in Ninjago with my dad. Are you my... Metaphysical mother? My Meta-Mama?" The comet chuckled again before the fire that surrounded formed a face of a woman, she had slanted eyes and long luscious hair that flowed like the comet's tail. Niel cooed in awe before reaching out to touch the comet before he was harshly pulled backwards. He saw as the comet moved away from him in light speed and he saw stars and planets pass by next to him and all around his view. Niel looked behind him as the earth came to him as fast as a plane, making him feel the sudden shudder and fear of falling. He was about to scream in fear before he saw himself fall towards the ground in an old cemetery. The last thing he saw before it all stopped were the words: "Here Lies KJ" on a stone grave.
---------
Niel shot up from the bed he was presumably placed into. He looked at his surroundings before recollecting himself and breathing in and out in hopes of calming himself from his near-death shock of a dream. He looked out the window and gained his power to crawl to the windowsill and looked up to the stars that shone in the night. There was a big glimmering star that caught his eye. It shone so bright that he could see it's full outline. It dominated all the others in a dim, blue colour. He sat back down and saw the room he was placed in. It was dark but he had a good grasp at looking at things in the dark despite his intense far-sightedness. He grabbed his glasses and cleaned them up to fully discover where he was. There was a bedside table next to his bed which was placed right against the wall where the big window was. In the far corner was a big closet and opposite to that was a black duffle bag full of clothes. The floor was littered with trinkets, clothes, food packages and a bunch of other things people would see in a mess-ridden room. He quietly crept out of his room, he inhaled sharply when he felt a weird object touch his side's within his shirt. He lifted up both his hoodie and shirt to see rolls of bandages wrapped around him. He exhaled before tip-toeing his way out and seeing nobody in the halls.
Niel sighed before turning back to the room to see if he had anything else he left. He was cured, or at least he felt like he was cured and now, he had nothing else to do with the crime fighting ninja. Just an ordinary guy, studying for an ordinary degree, with ordinary parents and ordinarily weird yet vivid dreams of talking comets. What else does he have to do with the ninja at this point? He counted all his belongings and took his own will with him and marched to the front yards. He looked back at the monastery gates before smiling, grateful for the saving of his life until he turned around and was hit in the face with a nunchuck. Niel was knocked backwards onto the floor boards of the poarch before gathering himself and standing back up, rubbing his eyes and face of pain. He hissed before having a hand lift him to his feet as he shouted in anger, "Agh, what the heck!? Who did--" he stopped, eyes widened after he just mistakenly scolded a bunch of well-respected fighters. He bowed down gracefully and put his embarrassment aside, shuffling between the ninja surrounding him and leaving for the gate. Kai stopped him in his tracks by shouting out to him, "Wait! Where are you going?" The boy turned around quickly and breathed in and out. Certainly he can't leave now, he was just saved by these guys and he didn't even pay for their services. He cleared his throat, "Right! Your... Money for saving my life!" He pulled his wallet before Lloyd stepped up and holding his hands up in a confused manner, "What are you talking about?" "You know... Payment for treating me and my sickness? I mean, I guess I can just tax it in to my insurance or let you guys have a check written up but, I guess I could give a tip..." Kai stepped behind Lloyd and held his shoulder and furrowed his eyebrows, "This isn't about money, Niel. It's about your life. We don't want pay because the very knowledge of you being alive and safe is the only pay we need." Niel had his hand on his hip, "But, I have to return the favour somehow! You saved my life!" He said amidst a chuckle, "I wouldn't be here because of you guys!"
Cole stepped up in front of the other two before crossing his arms, "No need for that! A real hero doesn't need someone to give back what service they provided because a real hero would know saving a life is the best pay of all," he nodded to himself after giving such magnificent speech. Niel sighed before adjusting his glasses and pulling out a small notebook, "Well, by the Ninjago Public Laws of article no.457: Any person who wants to provide or decide to owe a service in return of another's favor has all the rights to do so in their own ways." Jay pointed out the absurdity of the situation, "Do you just keep the laws of Ninjago in your pocket like that?" Niel flipped back it closed and shoved it in his back pocket, "Yes, I like to use that handy little thing to prove a point in arguments." Kai sighed before stepping in front of Cole and ccrossing his arms, "Well, we're sorry but we can't receive any payment from you. Saving your life was enough. We're grateful but..." He looked back at the others before he continued, "We feel guilty taking someone money for saving their life. Your life shouldn't be worth a couple hundred bucks, you can't pay back your own life. It just doesn't work that way." Niel placed his money and wallet back in his pocket before nodding and looking down, "Oh... I see..."
The ninja were about to bid him a farewell as he halfway turned around towards the gate before he suddenly flipped around again and shouting, "What if I became a ninja!?" He shouted at them, a wide grin on his face. Jay shook his head and waved his hands in a sarcastic manner, "I'm sorry but... Club's kinda full and we have a whole guest list so, I don't think--" "What is with all this ruckus!? I told you all to meditate on the six virtues of Spinjitsu and--" Master Wu barged in, closing his eyes as he scolded his pupils in disappointment at the noise they made before he saw Niel, still in the same position and changed his tone of voice, "Oh, hello, Niel. Why are you out here so late? Are you returning home?" The boy was going to say that he was until he conjured up a good speech to let Master Wu teach him, "No, actually! I was wondering if I could train to become a ninja!" The Sensei scrunched his face to the side in confusion, "I'm not sure if you are in the physical state to even train," Niel walked towards a test dummy and demonstrated his strength while talking, trying to keep a smooth, salesman voice on, "I'm really strong! Ive beaten up six kids in tug of war!" He punched it right in the head the springs that was it's neck flew back and knocked back even harder, punting him in his face. He squealed in pain before walking backwards, almost falling before fixing his stance and continuing, "I can run almost as fast as a cheetah! With two broken legs..." He said the last part in a quiet voice while looking nervously to the side as he zipped past all the obstacles with much struggle and getting hit with one of the moving beams. The whole situation was just pathetic and silly and he was just embarrassing himself but he was just so determined to convince him that when he reached another dummy to test his dodging skills, he accidentally twisted his ankle and fell backwards on his back.
Niel groaned as he looked up in shame at the others huddling over him. He blinked a few times, fixing his vision, "Did that convince you?" He exclaimed in an excited manner. Master Wu walked up to him and picked him up by his hand. He hummed before smiling, "You have determination, a strong will to fight. With enough patience, you will become a great fighter. I suppose teaching you a bit in self-defence is not such a bad idea." Niel looked up to him in a smile, his eyes wide with joy as the moonlight highlighted his eyes. That's when Master Wu noticed it. His eyes were still that deep purple. He was about to go about this long speech before he exclaimed, "Wait... Your eyes, Niel." The boy was confused, "What? What's wrong with my eyes?" Nya walked closer to inspect it herself and she put two and two together in her head, "His eyes are still purple! Which means the procedure didn't work! Which means--" "Niel is dead and he's a ghost and he's haunting us about wanting to become a ninja!!" Jay wailed like a baby, cutting Nya off mid-sentence. Nya held his hands before scolding him and continuing with her own sentence, "No, Jay! It means the crystal fully corrupted him!" Kai scratched his chin, thinking as he tilted his head at Niel who was just shocked about his situation. Feeling shocked is the ninja's agenda around here apparently. "I don't know... He seems fine to me!" He exclaimed.
Master Wu took another look at him while petting his own beard like a cat, "This has... Never happened before. I will look into it and consult the library of Domu. All you ninja head to bed and show our new member around," all the ninja moaned and groaned in unison. They felt like they were just told off to bed time by a parent and wanted to stay up longer for games. Everyone ran off inside into their own respective bedrooms, Niel lagging behind outside, rubbing his right arm. He walked towards the door of the monastery with small, nervous steps. Cole stopped in his tracks and looked back at him, gesturing for him to come inside quickly and grinning at him. That gave him the confidence to run along with him and heading inside. He was the last so he had to close the door behind him. As he did so, he looked up again. The star was brighter this time and bigger. Then, in the wind, he could hear a something whisper, "I'm coming for you, my child." Niel, a bit freaked out, closed it quickly and head inside. Maybe, everything will be better in the morning.
