El Cantar de Mío Cid
Lectura
Los tres fragmentos del «Cantar de Mío Cid» empieza con el destierro de Ruy Díaz de Vivar seguido por su entrada al Burgos en el que no fue recibido de buena manera por los burgaleses, salvo una niña.
El épico continúa con el triunfo de Ruy en Valencia ante los musulmanes, en lo que recuperó su honra–esto es el tema central del épico. Consiguientemente, Ruy ascendió en la en su estado social como noble–el tema secundario del épico.
Pero, desafortunadamente, en la vuelta de sus hijas ambas desde Valencia, sus propios maridos (los infantes de Carrión) las maltrataron y las dejaron por muertas en el robledo de Corpes.
Autor y época
Se ven en el texto tres rasgos de la literatura medieval. Primero, tiene un carácter histórico, como se trata de la vida de Ruy Díaz quién es el héroe en la historia. Segundo, da una intención propagandística, específicamente la propaganda para los valores del cristianismo y el militarismo. Por último, él utiliza unas formas fijas como «él que en buena hora nació» y «en buena hora ceñisteis espada».
Texto y obra
Los fragmentos expresan los temas y los personajes conocidos qué están en la totalidad del épico. El Cantar de Mío Cid no puede ser el mismo épico sin el héroe Ruy Díaz y sin los acontecimientos en los fragmentos tal como su destierro desde Vivar, su triunfa en Valencia, y lo que sucedió a sus hijas.
Género literario y forma
El épico utiliza la figura retórica del hipérbaton y se muestra en los líneas siguientes:
«Burgueses y burguesas por las ventanas son.»
«Por muertas las dejaron, que no por vivas»
Está escrita con un estilo narrativo con una rima asonante que da a la obra el sonido musical especialmente si se recita.
Conclusión
Opino que los fragmentos fueron capaces de presentar muy bien el tema del Cantar de Mío Cid. No soy apasionada por su rasgo propagandístico para una religión y la autoridad en general, no obstante, entiendo que como una obra de la literatura, este texto sirve bien para reflejar los ideales en la época y en el contexto en el que se hizo.
Es más, me afectó mucho lo que sucedió con las hijas de Ruy Díaz. Me parecen los personajes más inocentes en la historia y no merecieron la crueldad que hicieron a ellas.
Me relaciono con el tema de la recuperación de un fracaso. Es decir, muchas veces en mi vida, me he encontrado cara a cara con él. Y de un modo u otro, he podido superarlo por mis acciones y mejorar como una persona.

El vínculo entre el caso Panama Papers y las rentables negociados de las compañías de López Aliaga con la administración de Susana Villaran.
El 26 de julio pasado, la fiscal Manuela Villar, del segundo despacho de la primera fiscalía supraprovincial especializada en delitos de lavado de activos, formalizó una investigación preparatoria a Rafael López Aliaga, a uno de sus socios y a tres de sus compañías offshore por ser presuntos integrantes de una organización criminal incursa en lavado activos.
El caso empezó en agosto de 2017, a raíz de las revelaciones de los Panama Papers y las sociedades offshore que Rafael López Aliaga constituyó a través de la firma panameña Mossack Fonseca; donde se describió tanto los movimientos financieros como las acciones fraudulentas que en ese medio perpetró López Aliaga en las batallas por el control societario y patrimonial que este sostuvo con un socio de antaño, Lorenzo Sousa.
Se trató del esquema de corrupción en la Caja Metropolitana de Lima, que favoreció con contratos tramposos a un socio y a ACRES finance S.A. como, a ACRES Sociedad Titulizadora, dos compañías de López Aliaga. Y ello sucedió durante la gestión de Susana Villarán en la municipalidad de Lima.
El 21 de diciembre de 2020, la fiscal Vanessa Díaz acusó a 11 personas por el caso de la Caja Metropolitana. En cuanto a su socio Andrés Muñoz, la fiscal le imputó los delitos de colusión agravada y falsedad genérica, y pidió al Poder Judicial una condena de 12 años y 11 meses de prisión.
La fiscal Manuela Villar, de lavado de activos, sostiene que López Aliaga tuvo participación en toda la trama de corrupción en la Caja Metropolitana.
Y aquí es donde el caso se conecta con los Panama Papers.
En julio de este año, la fiscal Villar formalizó la investigación preparatoria a Rafael López Aliaga, por el delito de lavado de activos, procedente del delito contra la administración pública –el caso de la Caja Metropolitana–, con el agravante de integrar una organización criminal.
También fueron incluidos en la formalización de investigación preparatoria Rui Baracco, socio de López Aliaga en varias compañías; Jimena Burmester Yañez; y las sociedades offshore ACRES Investments Ltd, ACRES Investments International Ltd Inc, y Paga Investments Ltd, constituidas por la firma panameña Mossack Fonseca.
Aumentos de capital
La Fiscalía identificó aumentos de capital, bajo la modalidad de capitalización de acreencias, entre las empresas relacionadas al grupo económico de López Aliaga por 223 millones 908 mil 180 soles.
En esa lista figura, por ejemplo, la offshore ACRES Investments International Ltd Inc., registrada en Nevada por Mossack Fonseca, el 28 de junio de 2011. Tiene como único accionista a Rafael López Aliaga.
En su declaración del 26 de abril de 2018 a la Fiscalía, López Aliaga dijo que esa compañía no había tenido actividad económica. Sin embargo, sí ha tenido participación en operaciones empresariales en el Perú.
ACRES Investments International Ltd Inc. es accionista mayoritaria de ACRES Investments SA, que a su vez es accionista de ACRES Sociedad Titulizadora y ACRES Finance. Todas estas compañías, de acuerdo con la Fiscalía, están controladas por López Aliaga.
Según el libro de actas de ACRES Investments SA del 7 de octubre de 2015, Acres Investments International Ltd Inc. registró acreencias por la suma de 54 millones 734 mil 307 soles. Pero existe ningún documento que acredite la procedencia de los fondos, de acuerdo con las investigaciones fiscales.
Sobre la intervención de ACRES Investments SA en los aumentos de capital de ACRES Sociedad Titulizadora, la fiscalía detectó que después de la última capitalización de junio de 2017, la primera quedó en una posición de dominio.
De acuerdo con la tesis fiscal, este esquema de aumentos de capital, “habría tenido como propósito que las ganancias ilícitas obtenidas de la contratación con la Caja Metropolitana de Lima […] terminen en un mediano plazo en manos de la empresa panameña ACRES Investments International Ltd Inc. por ser esta la última titular de las acciones de la empresa Acres Investments”.
Según refiere la fiscalía, entre 2010 y 2018, se dieron “transacciones sospechosas, sofisticadas y estructuradas en su ejecución por incorporar a una entidad financiera (Caja Metropolitana), empresas nacionales dirigidas por testaferros y offshores vinculadas (ACRES Investments International Ltd Inc, ACRES Investments Ltd, y Paga Investment Ltd) al constituirse en actividades criminales generadoras de dineros ilícitos, implican el primer momento de colocación de activos en el tracto económico nacional [sic] mediante acciones defraudatorias y fraudulentas”.
Entre 2011 y 2014, “como un segundo momento de la diversificación y transformación, a efectos de integrar o legitimar los activos a su propietario real en diversas empresas nacionales y offshore, sobre el que intervino y participó directamente Rafael López Aliaga […] se reinvirtieron o introdujeron estas ganancias ilícitas en el patrimonio de ACRES Finance y ACRES Sociedad Titulizadora, entre otras empresas, apareciendo como inversiones normales, créditos o reinversiones de ahorros que incluyen asociaciones sin fines de lucro y entidades financieras”.
Incremento patrimonial
La Fiscalía detectó “un incremento inusual del patrimonio” de Rafael López Aliaga vinculado a abonos recibidos en su cuenta del Banbif por un monto total de 3 millones 826 mil 770 dólares bajo los conceptos de convenios, dietas, préstamos y usufructos.
De acuerdo con la fiscalía, López Aliaga no ha sustentado “en modo alguno el origen de dichos posibles abonos, es decir, la legitimidad y fehaciencia de la existencia [sic] de algún convenio con Perurail SA, Perú POEH, y Ferrocarril Trasandino que acredite a su vez la existencia de reunión de directorio que justifique el pago de dichas dietas, así como contratos de préstamos de fecha cierta de ningún tipo; y menos aún rendiciones de gastos a reembolsar. […] Lo propio se da con usufructos, de los cuales no se cuenta con detalle alguno de sus características así como tampoco con instrumento notarial o registral alguno”.
Hasta aquí llegó, al día de hoy, la investigación de la Fiscalía. Aunque enfrenta un futuro incierto, deja certezas sobre el pasado. Sobre cómo la cutra que se proyecta al futuro, empezó hace más de 10 años, cuando un gobierno municipal que se proclamaba de izquierda se encontró con empresarios que se confiesan de ultraderecha.
En el territorio común del dinero fácil, por la cutra. Ahí desaparece la ideología.

Premio Crónica: La Promoción de Valores Nacionales
Grupo Editorial Crónica anuncia la creación de la Fundación Premio Crónica, que estará integrada por los personajes e instituciones distinguidos con este premio desde el año 2010.

La Fundación emerge del Premio Crónica, instaurado en 2010 para reconocer a los científicos, académicos y artistas por sus aportes en beneficio del país; a los empresarios por su labor y compromiso social y a las instituciones y personajes de la comunicación por la difusión del conocimiento y las artes, donde sobresalen las universidades del país y su trabajo en favor de la sociedad.
Se trata de un paso más para completar el abanico de trabajo que tiene como punto de partida el periódico La Crónica de Hoy, en su interés de contribuir a la promoción de los valores nacionales y la educación.
La Fundación, iniciativa de don Jorge Kahwagi Gastine, quien la presidirá, buscará tener un espacio que le permita acercar a los ciudadanos, de manera presencial o bien a través de las redes sociales, a las manifestaciones culturales y los avances científicos y al conocimiento.
Se desea que sea un espacio permanente de encuentro con el saber y la belleza de las artes, dando a conocer a las mujeres, hombres e instituciones cuyo trabajo se traduce en beneficios para los mexicanos.

1x02 Sword fight, pain in shoulder. Wound infected, pale. Inflicted pain on wound, pain brought him to his knees, face grabbed. Field medicine. Falls off horse, kicked, slammed to the ground, knocked over, strangled, weak, needs help walking/limping.
1x03 None.
1x04 Attacked, kicked, bloody mouth, sword fight. Bruised face.
1x05 Bruises from previous episode, face grabbed, emotional.
Season 2
2x01 Sword fight, thrown to the ground.

Not really my kind of genre, but there’s some really good single whumps here, and the plot is decent really medieval series hence all the sword fights. Plus a season 3 has been confirmed!!
