Symbiote Ellie Phantom AU

After she was saved from Destabilization, Ellie gained a nifty new power. She can Melt on command and move around freely, which is just a really fun power, even if she is a bit weaker when she uses it .

But one day, she gets really badly hurt. Like, Really Hurt. Let's say the GIW got a lucky shot and managed to capture her, and experimented on her for a week before she managed to escape.

She can't keep her Human Form stable anymore, but her Goop Form is good enough for now. All she needs to do is find an Ectoplasm Rich Environment and try to heal up the best she can. Hopefully Danny will find her after she misses her monthly Visit.

She ends up in Gotham while searching for a place to heal, but the GIW is hot on her tail.

She needs a place to hide, and the only way she can think of is to overshadow somebody and pretend to be them while the GIW passes her by.

So she jumps into the nearest person she can find, a girl close to her age jumping across Rooftops.

But since she was in her weaker Goop Form, she can't enter a person without their permission. So she slides up to the person in Goop Form, jumps on her Back, and telepathically asks her for help, begging for permission to hide in her for a bit.

The girl she tried to overshadow was Cassandra Cain.

After some begging, Cass agrees and Ellie sinks into her. Again, she can't fully Overshadow her, so she's basically a passenger until Cass decides to give her some control.

The GIW passes by them, and Ellie tries to leave Cass only to realize that she can't. Since Cass was exposed to the Lazarus Pits, she is has a weird Biology, and since Ellie already had a Wierd Biology being a Halfa Clone as a Pile of Goop, they somehow can't leave eachother.

Cass gets a new Roommate, but instead of sharing an apartment, its her body. It's honestly not that bad, Ellie can give her some of her old powers and she can still communicate by making a Goop Head come out of Cass's shoulder.

They get along really well too, Ellie can ways be there for Cass whenever she needs somebody to talk to, and Cass is the Supportive Older Sister who helps Ellie talk about her feelings.

The Bat Fam also doesn't know. They figure that this will probably be fixed soon enough, so there's no real reason to tell her Family. They do find out after a few weeks however.

Cass accidently uses Ellie's powers in front of one of her brothers, which causes them to tell Bat's which means the entire family knows by the end of the day.

Cass has to explain the situation and introduces her new little sister. "This is Ellie. She's a Meta who escapes a secret Government Organization and asked for my help to hide from them by hiding in my Body. Unfortunately, we can't split up because her powers reacted strangely to the Lazarus in my blood. She is now my sister. You are not going to make her leave, I will not let you."

It takes a while, but the Bat Fam ends up accepting her. They do end up looking into that "Secret Government Organization" though, and find that they have been experiencing Raids by an army of Ghosts for the last few weeks.

"Oh right, I missed my monthly visit to my brother." Says Ellie from Cass's shoulder. "He must be looking for me, no biggie."

It's definitely a Biggie.

And now, a Henry Stickmin AU

Ok, I got a good au idea that involves Toppats and forms! I call it; Hatter Egos. This happens in the Toppat Recruits Ending, where the Toppats have discovered a special kind of gemstone that grants them powers in form of Alter Ego like forms! The treasure in question is called “The Box of Mayhem”, where it is a magical chest enchanted with some magic that grants the stickfigure an ability to turn into a super being with crazy power, they call it “Alter Ego”, and in the toppat’s case, they call it “Hatter Ego”.

Types of Hatter Egos

🦹Superstick (Superhuman) - A stickfigure with superpowers and a stickfigure like appearance. Natural Supersticks look like mythical guardians while Artificial Supersticks are mechanical supersuits/robotic looking Stickfigures, their type are identified with an accessory on their clothes or anything that you can use an accessory for.

👹 Scary Monstick (Scary Monster) - A Phenomenon Ego that doesn’t need a suit as it’s form, it turns their user into a supernatural entity. Natural Scary Monsticks turns into real monsters, Artificial Scary Monsticks can either turn into a mechanical monster or they have supernatural powers, their type are identified with a tattoo on a part of their bodies.

🧬 Symbiostick (Symbiote/Symbiosis) - A Bound Ego that works similar to a Symbiote to its user; giving them an altered appearance that mutates them into monstrous versions of themselves, something like a mix of venom and the mask. Natural Symbiosticks have thick shell-like skin patches on their bodies and generating different body parts, Artificial Symbiosticks have a techno organic look with mechanical body part generating and bionic abilities, their type are identified with an object they are bonded with.

🧰 The Box of Mayhem - An ancient artifact that takes form of a Treasure Chest with golden hand-palms, the way that it is open is to crank its “head” three times and place someone's hand palms into the golden hand palms, which grants anyone and its group who opens it their own alter egos to make superhuman versions of Stickfigures. During a war, it was hidden away to avoid getting it into the wrong hands and it became long forgotten, it was later on discovered by archaeologists and was taken into the museum for an exhibit, which later on was stolen by The Toppat Clan and that is where the whole thing started.

Ellie is a canon character from a blip world in the comics, daughter of Steve Rogers and Sharon Carter, and other-dimension sister to Ian Rogers and James Rogers. All details vary based on verse, and I'm happy to write her into AUs and fandom crossovers.

Ellie is raised by Steve and various other ships in this verse, and I'm happy to write in more established canon or OC parents/siblings. Ellie is typically attending college and training to be a hero simultaneously, per her dad's request that she experience some "normal" life.

After the deaths of her parents, Ellie seeks out her dad's best friend, Bucky Barnes, who she believes is a double-agent working for Hydra but secretly helping the resistance. twd!verse: A Walking Dead AU where Ellie's mother died prior to the outbreak, and Steve is shot and hospitalized just before the dead start walking. Her dad's best friend, Bucky Barnes, gets Ellie and her brothers, James and Ian, to safety until Steve is able to reunite with them later. She grows up in a post-apocalyptic world.

Ellie’s Verses

MCU COMPLIANT // FROM THE MULTIVERSE VERSES:

In these verses Ellie is from an alternate universe/another universe in the multiverse ( however you want to phrase it ) and has come across to the main MCU universe.

NOTE: Some of these verses are a little shaky as I am still in the process of editing them.

1. Cabin in the Woods -- Ellie appears after The Snap and is sent to go live with Pepper and Tony where it is safe.

2.  Thanos Defeated -- After Avengers : Endgame Ellie appears in the main verse. Completely lost she tries to find her parents or other Avengers that she knows of like her Uncle Bucky, Uncle Tony, Uncle Sam or Aunt Nat.

3. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier -- Ellie appears in the main verse looking for her mother. Eventually she finds her in Madripoor right as Sam and Bucky run into her.

4. Ellie Rogers (Earth-85826) - Ellie Rogers was the daughter of Steve Rogers and Sharon Carter. After finding Nomad, (IAN ROGERS), she took him to the underground base of the resistance. Rogers decided to include Nomad in their plan to destroy Zola and was explaining it to him when Venom and his Vipers attacked. All the members of the resistance were killed, with the exception of Nomad and Ellie, who managed to escape. However, Venom had infected her with a symbiote moments before she escaped and it was a matter of time until she became a new Viper.

Alt Timeline MCU - Ellie Carter - CHILD COMPLIANT

ice ice baby - Steve and Sharon start a on again off again relationship following the events of WS. At some point Sharon becomes pregnant and has Ellie.

i just wanna run , hide it away - continuing from ice ice baby only Ellie is sent to live with Sharon’s cousin, Tony Stark, and his glorified PA, Pepper Potts during the years after The Snap.

the end of the world - IW // EG . Ellie is snapped right in front of Sharon’s eyes.

be kind, rewind - Steve stays in the modern times after Endgame. With The Snap reverse, he retires with Sharon and still young Ellie to a nice little home in Virginia. They go to the beach quite often. Sharon still freelances a bit.

MCU - ALT. End Game - baby/toddler/child

Steve and Sharon did start seeing each other off and on since their confrontation in Civil War after the funeral. She continues to help him throughout CW and again is sent on the run when she steals the wings and shield. They continue to see each other and when the timeline is set right the two find themselves with a child. A daughter. The two ‘retire’ or at least attempt to with their daughter. ( again, I like Tony living and their kids becoming friends. it would be so cute )

Alt. Timeline MCU - Ellie Carter - teenager

you’re never gonna fit in much, kid - basically from and continued from the above verses ( like ice ice//wanna run ) but with Ellie aged up a handful of years. Pretend Steve was de-iced 5 years prior or so.

Summary: Ellie is born to Steve and Sharon earlier than the above in the main verse. When she is an early teen she gets sent to live with Tony and Pepper after Infinity Wars/post The Snap. After Endgame she still lives with Tony and Pepper ( if Tony is considered Alive! in this verse  since her mother is still considered an enemy of the state. If Steve has stayed in modern day she could be living with him as an alternative until Sharon is cleared ).

If canon compliant ( dead!Tony & Nat / back-in-timed Steve ), Ellie goes to find her mother who is hiding out in Madripoor.

( I assume Tony lives; Steve can either have died or is Nomading it up or something? Up to the Steve if any Steves want in this verse? Just exploring Sharon’s side of things mostly. Sam and Bucky encouraging her to go stateside and reconnect?? They check in on Ellie for her or promise to? )

Accelerated MCU Timeline PT2 - earlier ice breaking - teenager

Basically with a dead!Steve post Endgame instead of Tony:

The above happens with Sharon and Steve having a child. For the most part they raise her. Steve ends up passing away after the events of Endgame. Sam and Bucky are like father figures to Ellie. Sharon is not on the run because she received a pardon. Ellie did still spend some time with Tony and Pepper at certain points. Sharon is still working for Fury however which leads to complicated missions and time away from her daughter.
