Alrighty I’ve finally finished season 5
I hate how obvious it is they’re trying to tone the show down completely to even lower audience demographic. The first 3 seasons were for kids but there was actual peril and darker concepts and stuff that were much more interesting damn you Nickelodeon and your desperate attempt to keep the most squeaky clean image ever not only does it not work it’s costing stories and plot
I REFUSE to believe Stella would be a bad fashion designer with how much she loves fashion (I know it was a joke in s1 too but I still refuse). Plus, avant-garde is a thing and she would serve
That boat that was sent from Andros was def made exclusively for the winx there is NO WAY that style exists anywhere else on that planet for land related peoples with all of its hard lines and industrial style architecture with its limited color palettes
The nautical themed outfits are cute but Bloom’s looks SO overdone to me and Stella,, my sweet babygorl,, wtf did you do to your own fit?? Aisha’s poodle puff braid ftw also
Harmonix was totally useless BUT I still like the flower petal aesthetic vibe (even tho only Flora is a nature floral lady) and some of the color combos. Bloom in pink is still a no tho, which is something I mainly hate because of how obvious it is they started integrating it into her more to make her more marketable for toy lines and shit
Where did the gems that were already on the starfish thing for sirenix come from?
The amount of times the girls all gasp or ooo or ahh and go like “wow!” “so cool!” “amazing!”,, I will kill I feel like I’m watching a 1990s or early 2000s anime dub I hate it I hate it I hate it
Icy would NOT simp like this (shoutout to her leaving Valtor when he got ugly and telling him that’s why she’s leaving him)
The relationship drama was just as stupid and hamfisted as I thought it was from an outside skim of the season based off of secondhand knowledge ie posts and gifs. Also, Krystal did nothing wrong, she’s just autistic and Helia would NOT introduce Flora as anything other than the love of his life.
Timmy and Tecna also have one of the healthiest relationships why tf is everyone trying to give them advice like this they’ve all been dating for YEARS why are all of y’all so insecure like this? The writers really said fuck everyone’s character development even more than they already had
I continue to not give a shit about skoom also this was just exhausting I can’t do it
Also that is NOT Luna and Radius. That “he wouldn’t say that!” meme is ME SOOOO MUCH during this season at so many people but I actually started YELLING about Luna being some sort of soft gorl while Radius is this prideful ignoramus
Sirenix giving Aisha that blonde hair while knowing about the insane white washing to come in the future is something I Think About
The sirenix song does bop also, although I’m so sorry to say I don’t think I’m as big of a fan of it as a lot of people are but maybe that’ll change as I hear it more please forgive me
Also, Musa’s little coffee grinder move during her sirenix transformation? So cute, wish we actually got to see it more than like 2 times. Damn you shortened sirenix transformarion sequence
Im convinced Tecna doesn’t actually know karate, she just thinks it looks cool so she mimics it. Same with Flora and her ballet/lyrical looking poses she does during her sirenix transformation sequence. She doesn’t actually know those styles of dance, she just thinks they looks neat and tries to copy it.
Dark sirenix, you’re slaying thank you for your service
Bloom, you can’t insult Diaspro and remind her you’re a princess in that fucking dress while she’s serving cunt like that
The combat is soooo slow compared to previous seasons I hate it
The rigging throughout this season was a MESS
They should go after the handful of companies that are actually responsible for the majority of pollution and destroy them and their ceos a la Flora season 1 core
Where did they put all of that trash they got out of the ocean? They went to the pacific trash island and cleaned it up. Where did it go? I’m so curious
All of the kings are so STUPID too the whole meetup thing was so dumb like just fucking,, help each other you know it makes more sense
AND PUT SOME MF RESPECT ON THE WINX’S NAMES, ALL OF THEM. They are GUARDIAN FARIES who have saved the magical world HOW MANY TIMES NOW??? Bites the writers bites the writers bites the writers
Their little dance workout outfits? Hatred. I miss the old ones so much. All of these outfits from this season,, it’s so clear cishet people were the main ones designing the clothes I hate it so much it’s not the same kind of tacky and camp that the first 3 seasons had. The only good things I can say about the dance outfits is that Flora’s purple leg warmers were cute, Aisha’s color palette was nice, and Bloom’s was very Bloom core
Icy: you guys are helping me??
Darcy and Stormy: I mean, yeah, we aren’t talking to you rn, but you’re still out sister
Me: OUGH🥺🥺🥺😭😭😭
I forgot Roy existed🥲
Daphne being brought back like this still seems so bleh to me knowing how they don’t really do shit with it and about how it was done only because they retconned all the og stuff from canon and to continue to milk the franchise until it’s teats are dry and chapped BUT I’m glad she does a little spinny at the end of the season with Bloom so at least I got that
that’s all I got for now
Shout out to @charmixpower for suffering through this all with me.
We watched the first half of the series in like 2 or 3 sittings that took place months apart, and then did the last half in one 8 hour sitting
I couldn’t have gotten through it without yelling at each other and making shitty jokes.
The psychic damage you inflicted on me throughout this was awful but I would do it all again in a heartbeat (but not really because good lird this was EXCRUCIATING sorry bestie💕💕💕)
Anyway onto season 6 now I GUESS

Recently i realized that as a child i always subconciously loved the fact that Winx's "The Perfect Date" criticized Gender Roles and made them seem sort of stupid, it validated this part of me that was always criticized for seeing shows such as Winx Club because they're "for girls" and therefore i shouldn't be watching them.
As a young adult (?) i also love the fact the shows criticizes gender roles through a "Show don't Tell" approach instead of the other way around, in my opinion it helps the message land better because it lets us as an audience make our own conclusions based on what we see being portrayed in the show, making us as an audience more receptive to what the episode criticizes, it also helps that the situation happens to the main characters, the people we are supposed to connect and empatize with, it helps to prevent otherism and promotes us to invest ourself in the message the episode makes.

Winx season 5 gives me physical pain part 2
Episode 5x4
Stella is positivity in person: Sky doesn't remember you? Fck it Bloom, let's get new outfits and live our life!
love it how Icy is sad, that her plan to murder the winx failed. Like, she doesn't only want to defeat them, she wants to kill them and I love her for that evilness.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
like...she so sad!! "they survived" :(((((((((
it's also kinda cute how Tritannus said “We will rule the magic dimension…together <3” ➡ why are they so cute and why are they the only couple that's cute that's so wrong lmao. Icy craves so desperately for his attention and is sad when he's gone like what happened to the cold-hearted calculating ice queen
So before they said (at least in the German dub) that they brought Sky to the hospital and now he is in that small little infirmary of Alfea? You all don't value Sky a lot, do you?
*Bloom and Sky on a walk to awaken Sky's memories* Sky: Not this place, not you ➡ aka I'm finished with you and will get my waifu back from the fishman now
Ligea and Nereus prove that they are a true family and Tritannus doesn't value that at all?? Like??? You little bitch?!?!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
great, Bloom burns the archive down, good job. Who let the fire fairy inside there?

First Episodes of Winx Ranking
I've ranked the Winx finales, I've ranked the Winx seasons and I've ranked the Winx canon ships. This has been long overdue. So without further ado:
8. Season 7
The crux of the episode is Winx being defeated by a bird. Not only do they have the Dragon Fire transformation now (which should be the strongest one by default), but they've also defeated a ton of actually threatening villains by that point. And they still... lose to a bird.
If that wasn't bad enough, Stella is made a complete clown once again, who is selfish, inconsiderate and the burnt of the - at this point dead and turned to ash - gag of her designing terrible outfits before making beautiful ones.
Now I am not the biggest fan of Roxy but I have to say... It is idiotic to leave her behind to watch Kiko when the victim of an attack is a fairy animal and the perpetrator is another animal. Honestly, Roxy using her powers on Kalshara is the biggest missed opportunity regarding her character in this season, which says a lot considering that she was robbed of Butterflix despite doing everything that Winx did to get it.
The only saving grace of this episode is the kangourmet sequence as the sugar-crazed kangourmet is more threatening than the actual villain of the season, and the following moments with Faragonda taking care of it and being amused by Bloom and Stella's silent argument are fluffy and funny.
7. Season 6
This episode singlehandedly destroyed Daphne's character. For that I should banish it not just to the end of the list, but to oblivion. However, I simply cannot put losing to a BIRD (can you tell I'll never recover from this?) over the fight against the Beast of the Depths. At least its design is better and there is some - mind you, just some - sense of suspense there.
It is, of course, tragically undermined by the Winx' search for the Inspiration of Sirenix and the musical number at the end. The idea that Winx would be the Inspiration for a transformation that has existed for centuries is, frankly, laughable. And I would be laughing if the whole point of the episode did not rest upon it.
Daphne, as the Nymph of Sirenix, certainly would not have needed Winx to inspire her. Like I said, her character is completely butchered by the bad writing and the childish prism through which she's viewed. Even her finally taking action by trying to sacrifice herself to save everyone else from the Beast is a complete misinterpretation of her character from the first seasons. Daphne did sacrifice herself for Bloom's safety, and the Dragon Fire's, but she did that because it was the only option left. She went down fighting! Despite the trauma she's been through and her recovery, the only plausible way to write her amidst a new crisis would have been to let her fight tooth and nail.
Still, I can sympathize with her despite the writers' best efforts. Partly because my love for her is indestructible and partly because I can see a lot of potential for crafting a truly awesome arc of recovery and reclamation of her life if she'd been treated like the character that she was in the first seasons. For that I am willing to place this episode higher than the very bottom.
6. Season 4
This episode had the difficult task of continuing a series that should have ended, and expanding beyond Enchantix. Considering all that, I can cut it some slack but that doesn't change the fact that it is extremely poorly constructed (which you can tell by how low I've placed it on the list).
Frankly, the Winx are unlikable during half of the episode. They are shoved into a role that they're unsuited to as teachers. Their course is chaotic; they lack any structure, discipline and professionalism in a way that isn't charming and meant to make the young fairies feel at ease. They are all riding on the fame of being the girls that saved the universe three times, even if the only one that's called out on it is Stella. I fully blame for that the fact that the writers knew that this job would be a one-time thing and didn't bother with making the Winx seem like they're actually putting effort in it and it instantly brings down the whole episode.
Besides that there's the way that all the Winx act towards Alice. Yes, they think that her prank could have killed Flora but the girl looks so upset and desperate to convince them of her innocence and none of them ever consider the possibility that they're in the wrong, especially Tecna, who had an episode (2x09) devoted to exploring her rash decisions. It truly comes off as if they believe they are always right and their methods cannot fail them, which just confirms that fame has gotten to all their heads.
The plot is barely hanging together, too. Believix is introduced for absolutely no relevant reason other than that the writers knew it would be important later. And if that weren't insult enough to Enchantix, then we have the fight scene with the Wizards, who are brought in in a truly mind-boggling way, summoned by... the unveiling of a painting. They toss Winx around as if Enchantix is a joke, which is simply bad form as it undercuts the first three seasons without which this episode would not have existed. It's bad all around.
The only positive I can think of is that the Wizards come off as strong and ruthless but their exit leaves something to be desired. Sure, they have no interest in the WInx anymore but they just attacked Alfea and left like it's no biggie. This could actually be considered another point in favor of how unbothered they are by the mere idea of facing opposition but it doesn't say much about the state of law enforcement in the Magic Dimension.
Oh, hey, I like the Winx deciding to pursue the villains for once instead of merely reacting to being targeted. That and the little moment with Griselda and Clarice towards the end are the best parts of the episode.
5. Season 8
This episode's biggest fault - barring the art style - is that it's pretty lowkey for the most part. That and the fact that Obscurum does not convey a sense of immediate threat in the beginning of the episode. However, that is mitigated by the "monster" that was shown to chase Twinkly and the fact that they are saving the reveal of Valtor's return for later.
Everything before the fight sequence is serviceable. Twinkly's introduction and the involvement of the Specialists are functional. There's nothing wrong with having a somewhat chill opening to the season and the Winx' willingness to help Twinkly is heartwarming. There are cute moments sprinkled throughout the episode and I love the fact that Stella and Tecna get to be more central in the interactions with Twinkly and, therefore, the introduction of the main plot.
The battle is... actually good. I love that Faragonda gets to do something (although we could have used more from the other teachers). And for once they have the excuse that only Stella's powers actually work to explain why no one else gets to do anything (it still doesn't check out fully but it's better than the usual logic of "Winx simply are better than everyone and get to do it all even when characters that should be more competent are around"). I love the way that they make the star yummies actually somewhat threatening by showing that most of Winx' powers don't work against them. The decision to solve the problem through a team-up between Stella and Twinkly was also solid as it makes Twinkly useful and pretty powerful.
Topping it all off with the threat of starlight being stolen until the stars go dark makes this first episode solid enough to place in the middle of my list.
4. Season 5
This episode is surprisingly good where openings are concerned. It starts out pretty chill and immerses us back into the Winx' lives on Earth. I love that it takes the time to show us the Winx and Specialists spending time together. The subplot about the Pendant of Eraklyon was completely unnecessary but I did like the talk between Flora and Sky. Finally a Specialist and a Winx that aren't a couple interacting again!
There is a sense of suspense also introduced with the oil platform, however, and a grandiosity injected into the episode by the coronation. I am not a fan of suddenly inventing a king of the oceans and replacing Tressa as heir to the throne. The attitude towards Tritannus before he's even done anything is also extremely off-putting and could have made him root for him if he'd been better written. That and the way that he ends this episode doesn't really sell him as the big bad of the season but it leaves enough ominous intrigue to promise more action during the rest of the story.
Once the action hits, the story really is at its best. There is suspense. The Winx actually use their powers instead of solving everything with a single convergence (although, in the end they do just that and I hate it but at least it's more minor). The Specialists actually help them out and most of the action is happening in the air and underwater, which is a more rare environment for a Winx action sequence and sets up the rest of the season. And Layla gets an individual moment to shine! All in all pretty good.
3. Season 1
This episode is all-around solid, especially for a pilot episode. Bloom is a little quick to decide to go to Alfea and her parents' reactions are somewhat nonexistent but everything else works well.
We get a sense of Bloom's frustration with her life, of her being drawn to the magical. Her discovery of her powers works well. Knut and the hunting troll are pretty threatening on their own and we are shown that there are puppeteers behind the curtain, promising to escalate the action soon. The boys work without coming off as too competent and save the day. Alfea is introduced.
Honestly, the only minus here is that the other Winx are not introduced yet. I understand that they couldn't have been considering the construction of the plot but the Specialists are introduced before them, which I find somewhat iffy.
2. Season 2
This episode opens on such a strong note. Layla is introduced as a protagonist. She is shown to be determined, brave and very loyal to those she considers friends. Along with that we get to explore Shadowhaunt a little bit and are introduced to Darkar's quest to find the location of the Codex (albeit in a somewhat roundabout way). There is action, there is suspense, there is fear for Layla. Darkar comes off threatening enough even if his obsession with the pixies and inability to break them does him a bit of a disservice.
On the other end of the spectrum, we have the Winx returning to Alfea. There is a sense of new along the sense of returning back to something familiar. We are reintroduced to the girls and given a little information to bridge the gap between this season and the previous one. Bloom stumbling upon the secret archive is random, unnecessary as of yet, and an oversight on Faragonda's part (for not moving it once it becomes clear what Darkar's after) but it does cement the pixies as an intended part of the season instead of just a plot device to introduce the villain's goal and the stakes.
We are reacquainted with the Specialists as well and they get to spend some time with Winx. We witness the group dynamic and the heartfelt bonds between all of them only for Layla's reappearance to act like a gut-punch. It sets up an ominous and foreboding feeling for the rest of the season and elevates the impression that the episode leaves upon the viewer.
1.Season 3
This truly is the best opening episode. It takes the time to focus on Winx who are preparing for summer vacation while at the same time focuses on the Trix' fate. It's an amazing way to build the tension as it leaves you anticipating the trouble that the Trix are going to stir while the Winx have every intention of chilling only to, surely, get interrupted by a new crisis.
However, the episode doesn't rely on that to be the only point keeping the viewer's interest. Instead of meandering through small, directionless interactions, it sets up things for the girls to do. Each of them has her own plans but the announcement of Stella's ball is a very natural way to keep them all together even as it's time for them to separate for summer vacation.
Stella's personal life and emotional state are instantly put in the spotlight in a way that truly focuses on her character rather than only on setup for what's coming. Because of that, the conflict with Chimera has more weight. It seems to be the one cloud on Stella's sunny sky, the thing that's ruining her perfect vacation and her upcoming Princess Ball as well as the restoration of her family.
The episode keeps cutting back to the Trix to focus on the consequences of their actions in the previous season, acquaint us with more of the Magic Dimension (a prison world in particular) and kickstart the plot. These sequences remind us of why the Trix have gotten as far as they have. They are smart and ruthless and still powerful, which sets up Valtor extremely well because he is obviously leagues above them. The team-up between those four is bound to bring headaches to the Winx, which is instantly demonstrated.
By doing nothing more than merely breaking out of prison, Valtor upsets the natural course of the universe and interrupts Winx' plans. Sure, they weather the current problem easily and efficiently enough but not only does it put a hitch in their plans for the afternoon, but completely alters their planned summer vacation by tearing Layla away through trouble on her own planet that is serious enough to warrant her immediate return. And to really drive the point home we are shown how Valtor transforms the Andros mermaids into monsters, takes control of their will and steals their power for himself.
It truly is the first episode that best builds up the threat and stakes that the rest of the season will spend working with. And it does so without Valtor even knowing of any of the Winx' existence yet and vice versa. A magnificent study in starting a season.

“I will never forgive the Nick continuity for singlehandedly destroying Bloom’s character and development in a single season. She went from a strong girl who could put up a fight with three of the most powerful witches in Magix to a drama queen who cries because her boyfriend didn't pick up her call.”

reposting my rant about sirenix and why s5 ROBBED US
so i wrote this rant a while ago in an addition to a personal post and i figured it deserved its own post. basically i have a lot of feelings thoughts and anger over sirenix as a fairy form and i think a better-executed harmonix would've been a better sirenix. here we go:
IN DEFENSE OF HARMONIX: Plot-wise
so we can’t just start on sirenix without first talking about harmonix, which is a big part of my anger towards it. while i do find the idea of a “stepping-stone” fairy form that builds up to a more advanced form interesting, the whole concept falls apart when the endgame form is such an obvious downgrade from the preliminary form. let’s look at harmonix for a minute.
Tumblr media
the two main criticisms of harmonix are that it's A. unnecessary and B. very same-y in terms of character design. it is kind of unnecessary but that doesn't mean it can't be fun! i think the whole "temporary form" thing could have been handled better than just getting it when they open the book. it's like the winx equivalent of "it's dangerous to go alone, take this! *gives link a sword*" which makes it feel incomplete. it could've been really cool if harmonix posed some sort of challenge that forced the girls to grow into their powers or think of new angles of using them, in addition to the whole "find these gems before the month is up or lose your powers forever" thing. i would've liked a plot where the girls have to prove that they're worthy of sirenix not necessarily through getting some crystals, but by mastering harmonix first. but hey we can't really expect fantastic writing from winx club (affectionate) so sometimes we gotta deal with the fact that a fairy form is there to sell some dolls and look cute
AND SPEAKING OF LOOKING CUTE!
2. IN DEFENSE OF HARMONIX: Design-wise
first off i really wanna say that harmonix really slayed with the transformation sequence, SO aesthetically pleasing. you can tell the girls are becoming water nymphs it's so flowy and graceful, plus its nice to see them with wings Not the size of a fucking truck. i see the samey-ness here with the design but i actually think they did a really good job with it, and that it's suitable for the concept
first off, harmonix is a temporary form that only lasts maximum a month, because that's how long you have to complete the sirenix quest before losing your powers forever and never having a fairy form again. with this logic, it makes sense for harmonix to be a one-size-fits-all costume to slip into for a bit— it doesn't have to be properly tailored to the girls' individual selves and styles. yet, it does a much better job than sirenix at doing that!
when you look closely, each harmonix outfit calls back to the girls' older fairy forms. look at bloom— she's the only one with a tiara, bringing to mind her magic winx crown, and her skirt has all these layered ruffles, reminiscent of her enchantix dress and even her believix skirt. stella's got the same ruffling that matches her believix skirt, and if you look at her wings you can tell they're modeled off her magic winx wings. flora's dress has that light pink triangle on the top, which exactly matches the design of her magic winx dress, and her skirt has these flower petal shaped pleats which echo back not only to her powers but her believix skirt. as for musa the diagonals in her dress remind me of the mesh cutout in her magic winx dress. tecna's wings are clearly modeled off her past wings, and so are aisha's, that jagged shape from magic winx is there even with the gentle style of harmonix. she's also got the one-shoulder top with the strap on her right side, like in magic winx. it's really subtle but the resemblances are there! also, i love the way each girl has unique sparkle effects on their wings (bloom's hearts, stella's stars, flora's flowers, musa's notes and treble clefs, tecna's diamonds, and aisha's swirls)
and no matter what you say about harmonix you have to admit the spells are BANGERS. thirteenth seal? diapason? incredible.
and now we can finally move onto the main event
3. WHY I HATE SIRENIX SO MUCH!!- Design
Tumblr media
honestly this should speak for itself i shouldn't have to explain it. fashion? gone. individuality? gone! CHARACTER COLOR SCHEMES??? GONE. it's just so terrible. what in the 2012 justice store fashion is this.
why is there so much purple. the only one who's actually in her own color scheme is flora, and even her colors are slightly off. why is there so much purple in bloom and stella's outfits purple has NEVER been in either of their color schemes. what is with musa's lime green skirt. WHERE did those blue-green colors in tecna's leggings and wings come from. even aisha's purple isn't right, her purple has always been very pink, the magenta morphix color. why are the streaks in their hair like that.
it's the same massive wings copy-pasted onto everyone, high ponytails across the board except for flora and tecna, same weird mesh cutouts?? like what's happening here. they look like they're wearing tacky patterned leggings. despite the uniformity in outfits among the girls, the outfits themselves aren't cohesive— they're chaotic and look like they've been thrown together without any regard for actually looking good. and looking good means a lot to the winx!! and what's more it just looks so… immature compared to harmonix. they go from these mermaidlike, gorgeous, graceful creatures to the garish eyesore that is sirenix and it just feels like a regression. if getting sirenix makes them these powerful fairies that can coexist with the ocean, make the outfits reflect that growth and that power
4. WHY I HATE SIRENIX SO MUCH!!- Plot
i really hate the way sirenix fit into the overall story. it really isn't any more powerful than enchantix, only better suited to water, so why would the ancestral witches have to curse it? why was that the trump card power daphne was going to use against them? like she definitely has enchantix why did she need sirenix on domino while the witches were attacking?? and daphne is another reason why the sirenix designs are so heinous!!!! daphne is THE sirenix fairy, we assume it was her favored form (though i don't know WHY), and we always saw her in nymph dress, with her flowing gown and mask and general ethereality. if it weren't for her coming back to life (and believe me i also hate her human character design i barely even consider it daphne) and transforming, i would not be able to imagine her wearing anything like the sirenix outfit. you're telling me that daphne, nymph of magix and previous guardian of the dragon flame, beautiful goddess older sister, would be wearing that tacky legging-ribbon-bathing-suit abomination??? absolutely fucking NOT! it just clashes with literally everything we know about daphne up until that point (s5).
lastly. why the hell do the winx keep using sirenix post-s5. they hardly Ever go underwater after that please god just use enchantix again
in conclusion harmonix was good actually and we all got robbed by sirenix they should have switched the designs and the spells

Okay, so I am watching season 5 and I won't hide my opinion on it
Episode 5x2
1stly I have to say, that watching this gives me physical pain. 😂 s4 was super duper good compared to this. But let's start with ep 2:
Let Musa sing, Bloom!
➡ honestly, it looks and feels so wrong to see the actual fairy of music with the angelic voice being reduced to a random band member
➡ Layla however fits the part of a drummer imo
I love how these guardian selkies are super useless but I have to admit, they're kinda cute. Better than the ugly pets anyway. And they have a task to fulfill and therefore and excuse to be in the show
Tumblr media
also why is Tritannus' trident just lying there? shouldn't someone like..store it somewhere instead of letting it lie there in the dungeons on the floor?
also idk what happened to the Trix but the imprisonment must have been so traumatic to them that Icy suffers from a strong out-of-character sickness
➡ everyone knows this, but I'll say it again and again: Icy was totally disgusted by Valtor turning into a monster at the end of s3 and now Tritannus does it and now she's like cool💗
Tumblr media
awawawa look at my girls' little faces (but it would've been way funnier if only Icy was the one who looked like that and Stormy and Darcy being 😒)
Layla finds out that Tritannus disturbed the coronation of his brother and is like: WHY DOES HE DO SOMETHING SO HORRIBLE?
➡ firstly: is it really that horrible to disturb a coronation? i mean it's not nice but HORRIBLE? isn't it rather horrible that a father imprisons his own son? And 2ndly do you really wonder about that when you too call Tritannus your psycho cousin? I'm afraid I'll found the Tritannus-Defense-Squad simply because everyone treats him like shit and this even though I don't really know what to think about him lol but this is so unfair
The oil floods the ocean ➡ Tecna: COME ON I HAVE TO FILM THIS! (this might be poorly translated in the German dub since she says in the nickelodeon version, that they had to document it but I find it kinda funny imagining Tecna to be someone who films straight away tragic events. There is car accident? WHERE IS MY CAMERA?)
another thing that makes me wonder if the script writers have actually ever thought about anything is why the oil can't harm the trix but tritannus? Any ideas? no? ok
Stormy: This guy could be our way out of here – Icy: This guy could be the guy for me ➡ stop thinking with your vagina, Icy. that’s so not you (seriously what happened during their imprisonment???)
it's kinda cute how concerned the trix look when tritannus attacked the selkies. It's not like they did the same things to the pixies already
Tumblr media
like Stormy is so: OHHH NOO THE POOR BBS
also tritannus looks so ugly lmao what's wrong with you, icy?
and why does tritannus want to earth? Is there a proper reason? To get the oil? Only to get the oil? He really enjoys being an ugly monster? ok
Okay, their flirting is cute, I do admit that. It's better written then skloom and that's funny.

Icy: "We don't have our powers, they were taken from us" (➡ doesn't s1 show us that this is actually impossible????) But if you could ....." *fluttering her eyelashes* Tritannus: ".... restore them?" Icy: yes <;3 OKAY I admit that's cute. Their dynamic is better than skloom's ever was lmao
Tritannus is also a bitch for kajal, isn't he 👁? ⬇

⬆ i mean look at his eyes. good for him i guess.. but look at his eyes! 🤣🤣
Darcy: What do you think? Stormy: …why not – lmao she's like "we’ve nothing better to do now”
➡ but I love seeing them kinda wondering IF they should follow them or not. Before, the trix always did follow the bad guys as a team but now Icy is doing her solo thing and Darcy is like... are we okay with that? and stormy is like: she'll get over him soon
I love the trix being able to sense the magic of the Winx on earth
why do the Winx need SO LONG to transform?? why run away like chickens? you can transform and ahjhhhhggg 🤬
WHY ISN'T ROXY WITH THEM??? Why is she left out again?? She could help! JUSTICE FOR ROXY!
Why do the Winx suddenly know how to breath underwater? Wasn't that like hard in s3? What? We give no fck on continuity? OK
icy crying for help?…………….you fkn serious? ➡ Icy, how out of character do you wanna be? Icy: YES
