I am sorry but I am just imaging that if we keep Tommy and have Bucktommy for a while (as we should), there will inevitably be an episode where Tommy's helicopter goes down right?

Like, we all know that if Tommy stays because the fan support will presumably only grow for him, they are going to traumatize him in the typical 118 fashion?

Now, imagine Buck and Tommy have been dating for something around half a year obviously going strong and maybe Buck is at a stage where he considers the "I love you" even.

And then, there is a call.

The 118 is called to a helicopter crash somewhere and Buck feels anxiety but it's fine because he knows Tommy has his day off so it can't be him, right?

Except suddenly dispatch informs them that it is from Tommy's hanger because of a bigger call. They are already nearly at the scene so there is not turning back.

And Buck's anxiety sky rockets.

Everyone tenses up. Bobby, tentatively asks Maddie (because it has to be Maddie to make it more dramatic) if they know who is in the helicopter, how many.

There is a short silence.

And Buck knows. It hits him like a fucking train. He knows his sister even if it is only a split second, so minimal most wouldn't notice.

Maddie just says that there were a 2 pilots, a paramedic and a civilian.

And Buck has to know, he has to be sure, he needs to confirm, needs to hear it.

He tells Bobby to ask Maddie. Bobby hesitates, clearly not wanting to upset Buck but he is getting frantic, because he knows deep down that something is so wrong.

After a few arguments and silence Buck comes onto the comms and ask "What pilots? Is it Tommy?"

And there is silence.

A silence that speaks louder.

And Buck demands, he has to know if Tommy is okay, still clinging to that tiny bit of hope but then he hears Josh (who has to take over because he tells Maddie she is too close eventhough he feels himself breaking too) "Firefighter Kinard was one of the helicopter pilots."

Another short silence.

"We haven't heard anything since there mayday call."

By now they are at the scene.

And Buck acts before he can even think, before anyone can even attempt to stop him.

He is jumping, running, sprinting towards where he can see the helicopter crashed into a small valley. He is ready to run down, already preparing himself to jump to get down when he feels arms holding him back. It's Bobby.

And Buck is kicking, screaming, not even noticing because he needs to get to Tommy.

Because Tommy has to be okay.

Because Tommy is always there.

Tommy can't be gone.

He just can't.

And then Buck's scream for Tommy shatters the quietness that didn't even realise.

There is nothing, no response, no sound, no movement.

Buck just slumps. He is like a puppet whose strings were cute, all the energy drained from him.

Bobby tightens his hold, directs everyone else on what to do while he himself has to stay up here, holding Buck.

Buck isn't aware of anything.

He just slides to the ground, Bobby gently going with him, not losing his grip.

Bobby feels horrible because he knows. He knows what Buck is feeling and he prays that if nothing else, that at least Tommy somehow survives this because he doesn't know how Buck would survive without Tommy.

Tommy (which none of them saw coming Bobby admits to himself) has calmed Buck in a way he never thought possible.

Tommy has grounded this wonderful man who he is proud to see as a son.

And Bobby can't see Buck losing him because he knows that Buck would lose himself too so he holds onto Buck, praying (for the first time in a long time) that please, do not take this from him. Buck has already lost so much, has already been through so much, experienced death more than any person should and he isn't sure that Tommy's death wouldn't be worse than Buck actually dying himself for the younger man.

So Bobby holds on, tightens his grip on Buck and knows that as soon as he let's go it will only be to let his son reunite with his boyfriend.

Buck is numb.

He can't hear, feel or see anything.

The world, his world has gone still.

His world might never start again if he can't see Tommy's little nose scrunch, hear his loud laugh, feel his strong arms, smell his stupid shampoo (he will forever deny he likes the weird mixture of sweet and bitter that Tommy's hair have after a fresh showe) or feel his giggle against his mouth.

His world is Tommy and he never told him.

How could he have never told him?

Buck only starts breathing, living again, when he bears the crackle of the radio.

"We have a survivor, coming right up, needs an immediate transport to the hospital."

Bobby hopes, hopes to a power he barely believes in that someone up there heard him and granted a wish. It doesn't even need to be for him, just spare Buck this. He breathes and ask "Do we have an ID?"

"Firefighter Kinard. Tommy is alive.

BROOOO i don't really have any theories or meta to share but I think you're super kind and I just wanted to talk to you 🙀. So you're always asking people to tell you about their theories, but what are YOURS? What do you genuinely think that will happen with buddie in s4, or the event that will set off Buck Begins, or how do you think the 118/126 dynamics will be once they meet? I'm so interested in your opinions omg

YES SOMEONE STARTING OUT WITH BRO AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH HAHAHA! This is literally the nicest thing that anyone has ever said to me, I am literally ALWAYS so open to chat (and thank you for calling me kind it really warms my heart)!

SO! Here are some running theories (BIG THEORIES, they have nothing to prove them except my ideas, ideas I’ve seen running through the community, and maybe some other things) I have about events coming up!

1) I think that Buck Begins will be set up similar to how Eddie Begins did, but I think that there will be a lot more leading up to it. Oliver has said that Buck Begins really starts near the end(ish) of 4x04 and continues towards 4x05. So Buck’s parents will show up at the end/middle of 4x04 or the accident that sets up Buck Begins happens at the beginning of 4x05 (though more on that later). But I do think that these next few episodes are all going to have Buck’s emotional turmoil really prevalent in them. I think he’ll tell Maddie about the therapist this episode (ie Buck confiding in Maddie), and then everything just starts to pile up on Buck: his parents, trying to be more open, confronting trauma, and then the accident which will be his trigger for Buck Begins. So in my mind the order of things goes: (4x03) Buck confides in Maddie, leaves for Texas, (4x04) returns back, his parents come to LA, he finds out the secret Maddie has been hiding, que ANGST, (4x05) he goes to work and responds to a huge fire, gets thrown off and trapped, que his backstory (I genuinely think it will be structured the most similar to Eddie Begins).

2) The accident! In Eddie’s Journey video, you can hear Buck say “I’m trapped” after being thrown from a metal walkway in what is described as a “five alarm fire.” Now I think this will parallel both Buck being trapped under the fire truck AND Eddie being trapped underground. I think this goes to show how this will be structured similar to Eddie Begins (que maybe a montage of the people that love him and he loves, similar to Eddie’s?). ALSO I think that something HAS to happen with Eddie (not death all of y’all who keep trying to say Eddie dies smh) during this accident. Why? BECAUSE IT WAS HIS FREAKING JOURNEY VIDEO! I mean to me this has to be so intentional, they could’ve done something else to tease Buck’s accident, but it was intentionally in the part where Ryan is talking about EDDIE’S season 4 journey, including whatever happens with Buck in this journey. So I don’t know if this means we’ll see Eddie have a traumatized drama queen moment like we saw with Buck digging in the dirt, but I think there will be something during Buck’s incident that fundamentally changes Eddie.

3) For Buddie, I don’t know what is going to happen this season. I was talking to @therogueheart about how I would not be surprised that if anything did happen,  it would would happen at like the last 5 minutes of the season 4 finale, that way they would make us wait until season 5 to actually give anything. But regardless of whether anything explicit happens, I think there relationship or something will have changed/be changed throughout this season. They put so much emphasis on Buck and Eddie’s relationship in Eddie’s video that it makes me think we will see developments there. I think there could be a lot of potential to see Buddie becoming more explicitly implied, like whether it’s just more obvious gazes of whatever, but I think that there is a potential to drag out this slow burn. I also think that there was a lot of time between when s3 ended and s4 started, and we haven’t really gotten to understand what happened with our characters during that time, so it will be interesting to see what happened (see the fallout theory, which seems semi-plausible to me). There also could be a fallout yet to happen (maybe triggered by Buck’s accident) that will bring angst and tension to Buck and Eddie’s relationship before they have an opportunity grow back together stronger, you know there has to be rain to get a RAINBOW !!!

4) for the dynamic between the 118 and 126 I have some outspoken wants here. So I know everyone wants a TK and Buck interaction (and that’s definitely happening), but like TK is not my favorite LS character by a long shot. BUT YOU KNOW WHO IS? THATS RIGHT MATEO! I want to see like Eddie say something and Mateo just give that dumbfounded probie look he has. Also some Paul for my life because I love Paul. Like I know there is going to be a lot going on, but I really hope they don’t sleep of Mateo, Paul, and Marjan in the crossover. IMO Mateo is like a mix of Buck and Eddie and I think that I want some interaction there because I feel like he doesn’t get the recognition he deserves. As a whole I think there will obviously be tension on how to best handle things, especially as there is obviously procedural differences between the two shows, and I think Hen and Owen will be chilling in a crash site, but I think we will get some Eddie being a country boy with Judd and other good interactions!

Cas Keeps His Virginity

Summary: Gabriel takes Cas to a brothel to get his cherry popped, but Castiel and Dean find themselves connecting on a different level.

"Cas? Hey, Cas!" 

Castiel groaned as he pushed away the hand which was trying to shake him awake. 

"Cut the crap" Gabriel said sternly as he flicked his younger brother’s ear. 

"Ow!" Castiel whined as he sat up straight and rubbed his ear. He blinked sluggishly for a few moments as he tried to gather his surroundings. "Are we in my car?" He frowned. "Did you drug me?" 

"Drugged is such a harsh word. I...sedated you" Gabriel sheepishly confessed. "It was just some sleeping pills I put in your tea before you want to bed, nothing sleazy."

"Oh good, that makes me feel a lot better" Castiel said sarcastically. "I knew it was strange that you actually came to spend the weekend with me without the intention of asking me for money." 

"Hey, I wanted to see my baby bro on his birthday!" Gabriel said defensively. "And I only dru...uh...sedated you because I have an awesome surprise." 

"I very much doubt that" Castiel deadpanned. "Where are we?" 

 “Well, It's past midnight so first of all, happy birthday!" Gabriel grinned. "Second of all, your present is in there" he said as he pointed out the rear window. 

Castiel turned in his seat and squinted at the red neon sign above the entrance of a crooked old building. 

"This is a den of iniquity.” There was no surprise in his tone as he would not put it passed Gabriel to bring him to such a place. "I should not be here. We should not be here." 

"It sure is bro!" Gabriel said, clearly deciding to ignore Castiel's last comment. "We are going to get your cherry popped." 

"You realise how disturbing that sounds coming from my older brother?" Castiel grimaced.

"Cas, you're twenty-five and you've never experienced the joys of physical intimacy with another human" Gabriel smirked with a mischievous eyebrow wiggle that made Castiel grimace.  

"That's why I have a cat" Castiel retorted. "So I don't have to deal with humans." 

"No, I am not going to let you be a shut in all your life" Gabriel said with determination as he got out of the car. "C'mon, I'm paying." 

Castiel sighed before following him. He planned on waiting for the opportune moment to tackle Gabriel to the ground and steal the car keys so that he could go home.

"Am I the best big bro or what?" Gabriel said excitedly as he wrapped his arm around Castiel and squeezed his shoulder.

"Well you drugged me, stole my car, and kidnapped me" Castiel pointed out. "And now we're on our way to see prostitutes, so that's four felonies you've committed so far." 

"Please" Gabriel scoffed. "Drugs and prostitutes are misdemeanours at most."

Castiel rolled his eyes.

They entered the dimly lit building - passing through some heavy velvet curtains - and Gabriel confidently sauntered over to the bar area. 

"Martini. The way Bond likes it" he said with a cool smile to the bartender. "Cas?" 

"Do you have tea?" Castiel asked. Gabriel looked horrified. 

"Whatever floats your boat, my dear" the bartender responded. 

Castiel thanked him and then followed Gabriel over to a table. 

He sat and watched various men and women walking around in different types of lingerie. Some of them were serving the drinks and others were dancing or interacting with customers. If anything Castiel found himself fascinated by it all. 

"Hey, how about him?" Gabriel whispered as he nodded his head towards one of the scantily clad men.

Castiel scowled at his brother but he looked over at the tall man with striking green eyes and a dusting of freckles all over his well-toned body. 

"He is handsome" Castiel said. 

The man noticed Castiel looking at him and he started to head towards them.

"Awesome" Gabriel smirked. "Here's your chance Cassie."

"Hey, see something you like?" The man asked.

"My apologies, I didn't mean to stare" Castiel said sincerely.

"It's what I'm here for" the man shrugged.

"My little brother wants to get laid" Gabriel blurted out.

"Gabriel!" Castiel hissed. 

 "Yeah, that's usually what people want when they come here" the man said. "People around here call me Impala." 

"Like the African Antelope?" Castiel asked with a frown.

"No, like the car" he laughed. "I don't want to confuse you though, so you can call me Dean. Why don't you come with me and we can get to know each other better?" 

He offered his hand to Castiel. Castiel glanced over at Gabriel but his brother was already distracted by two giggly blonde girls. 

"That sounds lovely" Castiel said with a genuine smile. 

He took Dean's hand and Dean led him down some dark corridors before they went into a room with a bed and colourful lights. 

"Make yourself comfortable" Dean said as he indicated to the bed. "Can I get you anything to loosen up?" He asked as he opened a mini fridge full of different beverages.

"Actually I was waiting on some tea" Castiel said.

Dean chuckled. "I can tell you think differently from a lot of people. I like that. I don't have tea but could I persuade you with a beer?" 

"Yes, a beer would be nice" Castiel conceded. 

"What's your name?" Dean asked as he opened the beer bottles. 

"Castiel." 

"You know that I'm the one who is supposed to have a fake name, right?" Dean teased.

"Unfortunately that is my real name" Castiel said. "All of my siblings are named after Angels too. My father's doing. A blessing really because if my mother had her way we'd probably named after different kinds of alcohol."

Dean laughed. "Sounds like you have the kind of backstory which could make you eligible to work in this place. Mine is the most cliché out there; daddy issues. The main issue being that he wasn't around much." 

"I'm sorry to hear that. My father wasn't around either. We were mostly raised by my eldest brother. Although my childhood trauma has manifested in a severe social anxiety and a lack of desire to leave the house."

"You don't seem very anxious" Dean commented as he sat next to Castiel on the bed.

"I suppose that's because I find you easy to talk to" Castiel said with a small smile. "And because being around Gabriel drains the life out of me." 

"The little dude you were sitting with?" Dean asked. Castiel nodded. "I've seen some stuff around here but never two brothers visiting together." 

"It wasn't my idea" Castiel blushed. "Gabriel thought it would be an amusing birthday present." 

"Oh, well, happy birthday" Dean smiled. 

"Thank you" Castiel said. They clinked their beers together before taking a few sips. 

"I take it this isn't really your scene though?" Dean asked.

"Not at all" Castiel confessed. "Tell me, Dean, do you charge extra for virgins?" 

"Really?" Dean said with some surprise. "A handsome guy like you?"

"Thank you, but I suppose it's never really been of import to me. I don't have the flirtation skills for a one night stand and I don't think I have the stability for a long term relationship."

"Well, this is your buck" Dean said. "If you want me to give you a masterclass in flirting instead I could do that." 

"Actually, Gabriel is paying to make things even more awkward" Castiel replied. 

"Do you know any pickup lines?" Dean asked.

"Well, yes, but they're all movie clichés. Like...are you from Tennessee?"

"No" Dean sighed.

“Oh, then where are you from?"

Dean burst out laughing. "I don't think that's how it's supposed to end." 

"I know, but I would much rather just tell you that I find you attractive than just undermining it with some cheesy line. I do think you're attractive." 

"Uh, thanks" Dean said quietly; he actually felt like he might start blushing. 

"Do you have a television in here?" Castiel asked. 

"Yeah" Dean said as he indicated to the cabinet on the wall. "Some people like to watch porn first."

"Do you get regular channels? I think there's a marathon of Dr. Sexy on."

"Really? I love Doctor Sexy!" Dean beamed. "Although that is somehow one of the most weird requests I've had."

"I'd just like to watch it with you, nothing more" Castiel smiled softly. "We can talk and drink beer. I'll make sure Gabriel pays you of course."

"Uh, yeah" Dean said with surprise. "That sounds awesome."

"Oh, but if Gabriel does ask what should I tell him we did?" Castiel asked.

"Hmm...are you looking to impress him or disgust him?" 

"I think a bit of both would suffice." 

"Tell him that I gave you a blowjob that made you erupt like Mount Vesuvius and then we did a Porcupine with Maple Syrup and Dental Floss." 

"What kind of move is that?" Castiel asked.

"No idea, literally just made it up" Dean replied. "But it might be fun to let his imagination run wild."

Castiel laughed. "I like that. Thank you."   

Dean winked at him before he got up and switched on the TV.

"Are you sure there's nothing else I can do for you?" he asked as he sat back down on the bed. 

"Well, there is maybe one more thing, but only if you want to" Castiel stressed.

"Yes?"

"I've never done this before...but I really like you, so I'd like to try doing things properly. Would you...like to go on a date with me?" 

Dean was awestruck. He had been working here three years, and yet Castiel was the first person to not walk in and start treating him like a piece of meat. He wanted to have genuine conversation and he wasn't judgemental at all. He was just...different.

"I would like that" Dean replied. "As long as you don't bring your brother again."

Castiel rolled his eyes, but his lips were twitching into a smile.

"If it comes down to it I'll happily lock him in the trunk of the car."
