No I did not return in a while .. where I did return was the 🛌 .. just the elements of the 'nidra' overtook me and rather than fade out on the couch, chose to be horizontal ..

The ISPL , as has been promoted and delivered in adverts is well on its way to fructification and all the owners and the members that are involved , were needed to be in immortalised picture frames .. so yes , a photo cum meet shoot .. a very quick in and out between the evening hours .. with our friends and colleagues .. such a joy ..

Akshay one of the owners .. and an explanation to him about the surgery on my hand ..

Hrithik had done his shoot and had just left, to another engagement and we here were getting ready for ours, with yet another favourite, from the South - Suriya .. aah such a delight to have met him again .. and my extreme pleasure of sharing with him how greatly I admired that film song of his, on the film about Father and Son ..

Its a moment we shared on KBC, when we were having the Olympic Hockey Goalie on the 'garam kursi' .. PR Sreejesh .. and the winning moment when he saved the goal and won the medal, the KBC edit cut back to his Father, watching the game at home, simply exulted with the success .. and the song from Suriya's film .. AAHHHHHH .. played it a 100 times over and over again .. such an emotional moment .. and Suriya .. what an expression during that scene .. ufff .. can never get over it ..

The emotion of the real Father and Son relation and the moment in the game was simply incredible ..

PR Sreejesh as a kid had wanted to play Hockey, but because of his condition of lesser means never had a hockey stick .. he asked his Father to get him one .. but his Father could not buy even a hockey stick, because of their financial issues - did not have the money to buy it ..

So .. on Sreejesh 's insistence and wanting to give the Son what he wanted, his Father sold the only asset the family possessed - their cow .. the cow is considered a most sacred possession in most Hindu homes .. but the Father sold it to buy a hockey stick for his Son .. and his Son proves to all the World, what he was able to achieve, an Olympic medal .. and what a moment for his Father .. and that background song plays .. goodness .. tears in the eyes .. and a quivering heart .. !!

So Suriya .. before me and I narrate what I went through during that KBC moment .. and Akshay listening on .. and now disclosing to me that he is doing the remake in Hindi of that film ..

.. and the shoot for the pictures concludes with some fun and games

a few solo too ..

and the fun at another .. playing catch ..

Done .. home , dinner and 😴 .. with pleasant achievement of the Son , Abhishek , who's Kabaddi team wins an important and very tough game in Jaipur, against an opponent that had never lost so far in the tournament .. 🕺🕺🕺

and the laughter of success, but at the music Studio ..

And now to face the world again for another day

oh dear 😍.. this one has been long and filled with the pictorial ability of a follow camera .. apologies ..

Listening to Chudi jo khanke is being in the hostel room

Listening to Bhool Bhulaiya track is finding yourself in that castle

Listening to Dhoom again is seeing the warehouse in front of your eyes

why am I saying this? Lets just say that I went for the dimly lit club in Chakna chakna and didn’t realise that it has been an hour of me teleporting from aesthetic to aesthetic until I was already in the rainy streets from Laga Prem Rog😌

A taxi winds up on the mountain road of Kasaol. It’s been a long journey from Nizamuddin railway station; a peaceful drive to the hotel would be nice. But the cabbie is in the mood for songs of bitter love. “Ab tere bin ji lenge hum. Zahar zindagi kaa pi lenge hum” Kumar Sanu's nasal voice playing on a scratchy tape recorder fills the car.

"I can learn to live without you. Life would be like drinking poison but what's the big deal if one heart breaks,"

Says this hit song from Aashiqui. It seems churlish to tell him to stop playing the music because-- it hits you suddenly-- that you don't really want peace. You want sookun, a feeling of love. And who better to grant that, other than Sanu da's heartfelt high notes.

An imaginary anecdote starts to weave relentlessly in your mind. As the driver switches songs to Bol Na Halke Halke. Your brain paces back to a gorgeous Preity Zinta, mistaking Abhishek Bachchan for a coolie, filling your heart with a flawless warmth.

The tape recorder booms again. This time, with the ever so magical voice of Mohit Chauhan in Tum se hi. Your consciousness reverts to the moments of Aditya and Geet, pouring out their hearts in rain.

The classic Falguni Pathak melody, Meri Chunar Udd Udd Jaye, makes your heart leap out of you in elation. The entire dance of Ayesha Takia with the lady in the painting evokes nostalgia which you can’t get over.

Dil Dooba blares next on the tape, Oh you cannot contain anymore! You break into crooked hip hop steps on the back seat, trying to imitate Akshay Kumar and Aishwariya Rai’s jhakaas dance moves from Khakee.

Sanjay Dutt exits Akshay Kumar's 'Welcome 3' due to health issues

Sanjay Dutt has reportedly exited Akshay Kumar's ‘Welcome 3’ due to health concerns. As per reports, the actor only filmed for one day. Since his character involved a lot of action, so he chose to withdraw due to his health issues.

Sanjay Dutt joined the ‘Welcome 3’ shoot in December 2023. As per a report by Pinkvilla, the actor has exited the film due to health issues. A source close to the development told the entertainment portal that the actor had shot for the film headlined by Akshay Kumar for only one day in Madh Island.

In 2023, Akshay Kumar shared a reel on his Instagram and welcomed Dutt to the shooting sets. In the video, Akshay is seen riding on a horse while Sanjay follows him on a bike. Incidentally, the first film of the ‘Welcome’ franchise, completed 16 years on that very day.

‘Welcome 3’ has a huge ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Krushna Abhishek, to name a few. Ahmed Khan is directing the film.

Sajid Nadiadwala is bringing another exciting announcement of Abhishek Bachchan joining back the star-studded cast for Housefull 5. Scheduled to start filming in the UK from August 2024, this installment promises to be an uproarious adventure. With Abhishek Bachchan's stellar comedic timing adding to the mix, fans can anticipate even more laughter and entertainment.

Housefull 5 directed by Tarun Mansukhani is touted to be one of the challenging films from a logistics lense as it will be completely shot in a cruise with a star-studded lineup, including Akshay Kumar, Ritesh Deshmukh, and now Abhishek Bachchan.

Set to be the first Hindi Cinema franchise with a fifth installment, Housefull 5 aims to raise the bar with its trademark hilarity and camaraderie between the stars. The movie is slated to release on June 6, 2025.

From Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 to Singham Again: 7 sequels releasing in 2024!

Just as 2023 was inundated with sequels (10 in all, including the Netflix Lust Stories anthology film), 2024, as of now, is set to have eight of them, plus a spin-off. As of now, as per reports, only two—Stree 2 and Raid 2—are likely to be true sequels, just like Gadar 2 and Tiger 3 last year. Last year, these sequels were crowded between June and December, but this year, they will begin from February itself. And this time, T-Series and Jio Studios are involved as producers in three movies each.

Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2 (earlier film in 2010) The next in the Balaji Telefilms’ bold franchise that introduced Rajkummar Rao and was Nushrratt Bharuccha’s first hit, the film was to release in February itself, but has now been postponed to April 19. Dibakar Banerjee is writer-director and co-producer again. As of now, Nimrit Ahluwalia, Anupam Joardar and the foreign actress Rossana Elsa Scugugia are the only cast known.

Singham Again (earlier films in 2010 and 2014) The iconic Rohit Shetty character of Singham will be back after Singham (that started Rohit’s Cop Universe) and Singham Returns, on Independence Day. Kareena Kapoor Khan also ‘returns’ as his wife from the latter film. Deepika Padukone is the newest (and first female) addition to Rohit’s Cops, while the other members of his Cop Universe—Simmba a.k.a. Ranveer Singh and Sooryavanshi a.k.a. Akshay Kumar will also feature here. Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor and (if buzz is true) Tiger’s father Jackie Shroff will come into this patriotic saga!

Jio Studios co-produces this spectacular production. But more importantly, this is a chance for Rohit to redeem himself after Cirkus. A small point: Singham also made a mark in cameos in Simmba and Sooryavanshi, so he will be seen for the fifth time here!

Stree 2 (earlier film in 2018) The new film once again features all the five loved characters in Stree—Shraddha Kapoor in the title role, Rajkummar Rao, Aparshakti Khurana, Pankaj Tripathi and Abhishek Banerjee. Stree was the first film in the Dinesh Vijan Horror Universe, and the sequel is again directed by Amar Kaushik. This Jio Studios co-production will also be an August release.

Metro…In Dino (earlier film in 2007) This year’s sequels will be known for their ensemble casts. Anurag Basu repeats only Konkona Sen Sharma from the nine lead players of Life In A…Metro, and adds Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana Shaikh. Pritam, his constant music composer, is in again. The first film had an unusual concept and theme and its music too was employed in an unusual way. The same is expected with this T-Series Films co-production.

Badass Ravikumar (earlier film, The Xpose, in 2014) This can be called a spin-off, or a sequel with a different title! Prabhu Dheva actually plays antagonist to Himesh Reshammiya’s lead character of Ravikumar, reprised from the earlier movie. The film is also produced and co-written by Himesh and has music by him, but it also marks the all-rounder’s debut as a director!

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 (earlier films in 2007 and 2022) Anees Bazmee, director of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (which netted Rs. 185 crores in India) is helming the third part of the franchise that started with Priyadarshan’s cult horror comedy, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, which was his last Hindi hit, in 2007. He repeats his 2022 lead pair, Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan, with Madhuri Dixit Nene, Vidya Balan from the first film in the franchise, Naseeruddin Shah and Elnaaz Nouruzi as co-star. The music for this November release is likely to be scored by the franchise’s composer, Pritam. The film is again produced by T-Series Films.

Raid 2 (earlier film in 2018) Ajay Devgn once again plays an upright Income-Tax official in this sequel to Raid (a Rs. 100 crores grosser), which is helmed again by Raj Kumar Gupta. Vaani Kapoor is the new leading lady, while Riteish Deshmukh is the antagonist. This is yet another T-Series franchise.

Welcome to the Jungle (earlier films in 2007 and 2015) Ahmed Khan directs this multi-star adventure that will try and reprise the whacky mood of its predecessors. Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani, child artiste Vrihi Kodvara, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade and more are in the cast, including singers Daler Mehndi and Mika Singh. Jio Studios join Firoz Nadiadwala in producing the third part in his franchise of Welcome and Welcome Back, with Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal repeated from the earlier movie. What remains to be seen is whether they will be playing the same iconic characters of Rajiv and Dr. Ghunghroo, which they had done earlier, with Paresh featuring in both instalments though Akshay was only there in the first.

Shaitan trailer released: The much-awaited supernatural thriller ‘Shaitan’ starring Ajay Devgn has created a lot of buzz. Earlier, a teaser was released in which Devgn was introduced along with Jyotika and R Madhavan, which grabbed the attention of movie buffs.

To keep the anticipation alive, the makers recently released the trailer of this much-awaited supernatural thriller. Helmed by popular actor Ajay Devgn himself, Shaitan begins with the star cast and the theme of the film being revealed one after another, hinting at a highly anticipated and captivating cinematic journey.

Trailer begins with R Madhavan moving into Ajay his Devgan house and revealing his control over Devgan’s daughter . Madhavan calls Ajay’s daughter his ‘Katputri’ (puppet) and declares himself ‘Bhagwan’ (God). Creepy images of demonic characters are shown throughout the preview.

Moreover, the film stars Ajay Devgn and Jyothika narrate their journey to discover the mystery and make all efforts to rescue her daughter. This amazing trailer takes viewers on a roller coaster full of adrenaline rush and provides a glimpse into Shaitan’s world.

Movie Release About Shaitan Trailer

Shaitan movie revolves around the constant battle between morality and evil and offers an exciting cinematic story. The teaser and poster hint at an engaging and engaging cinematic ride.

The film is directed by Vikas Bahl and produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak, backed by Jio Studios, Devgn Films and Panorama Studios. However, the second part also premiered in 2014 under the title ‘Singham Again’ and got off to a great start. Later, other new characters like Simmba played by Ranveer Singh and Sooryavanshi played by Akshay Kumar were introduced into the world of cops.

Singham’s next film Singham Again is confident of expanding the world further and will introduce new characters like Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff and Arjun Kapoor. The film also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, who reprises her role as Ajay’s love interest in Singham Returns.

Ajay Devgn’s upcoming projects include Maidaan, Auron Mein Kahaan Dam Tha, Raid 2, Son Of Sardaar 2 and Damaal 4.
