I bought my gendercat packer with the self adhesive sheet preinstalled nearly 2 years ago. Its now not nearly as sticky even after washing so it's time to buy new adhesive. Which is better the two step adhesive or the adhesive sheets? Or a different brand from gendercat entirely? I sweat a lot in general but especially at work if that helps in the decision

Gendercat Packers
I have never thought that I would ever purchase a gendercat packer ever in my entire life. I thought it did not have enough detail for what I personally preferred and I was kind of turned off to them. Then I saw their product and met their owner at the Philadelphia Trans Health Conference.
So the first thing that really surprised me was NOTHING on the prosthetic is painted. Okay, so what? That means that there is different color silicone inside your prosthetic making it so the color will never fade. Although I love transthetics, they have given me my favorite product so far, their paint does eventually fade or fall off making me more dyphoric.
Two: The self adhesive genuinely works. I was so skeptical but even after hundreds of dudes had these willys on their hands, it still stuck enough on my hand to really wip it around and yet it never fell off. Huge pro! I have used adhesives in the past and I am just not a fan of the feeling of free forming adhesive.
Three: You receive a free pallet of silicone samples. FREE. Because they want you to get the best color you possibly can. If you do not find the exact color, you email the owner and he makes you new silicone samples and sends them to you.... FOR FREE.
Four: The payment plan is DOPPEEEEEEEE. Probably the only company in the entire world that lets you recieve your prosthetic before you are done with the payment plan. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT TO HAVE THE FUNDS. I REPEAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT ANYMORE. As transmen or nonbinary folk, we spend forever waiting for everything whether its hormones or surgery, Gendercat DOES NOT MAKE YOU WAIT.
Will post a review once my peen gets here. Consider supporting this amazing company. Plus their packers are so squishy and nice.

Factor 2 adhesives: BT-461 vs. BT-460
I have not seen many reviews of Factor II adhesives or comparisons between their products, so I thought I’d contribute. I recently purchased BT-461 along side BT-460, in order to try it out. BT-460 is what is recommended by Emisil prosthetics and other companies, this is the undiluted “extra thick” formula. BT-461 is a much thinner formula of the same adhesive, at nearly half the cost. I decided to try the thinner formula because the Factor 2 site lists both with “medium” tack and they are the same active adhesive. I used about three coats of BT-461 on my Emisil prosthetic where I would have used one coat of BT-460.
I found BT-461 to be comparable in adhesion, especially with boxer briefs. This thinner formula was also much easier to apply and to remove with solvent. I do think BT-460 has slightly more resistance to pull, so for vigorous activity or long term free-ballin this formula may be better. I bought twice the amount of BT-461 to BT-460 and have found the most comfortable wear to be when using a little BT-460 along the tab and BT-461 elsewhere and on the tab. I experienced a lot of skin irritation with BT-460 when using this formula as sole adhesion, so finding that BT-461 adhered just as well with significantly less irritation was great. I find BT-461 to be more comfortable for daily use, less of an odor, and I think oz per oz, the BT-461 will last longer than the BT-460. Another benefit of course is that BT-461 is much cheaper than BT-460, so it may be a good option for those on a budget (everyone).
Some additional notes about Factor 2 adhesives; the company sends out orders fairly quickly (I received my orders within a week or less, both times ordering with different products and quantities). I would suggest ordering the largest size solvent (16 oz) because it is oil based so this will allow you to use an ample amount. It should also be noted that you do not necessarily need to completely remove and then recoat your prosthetic in order to adhere another day, you can simply remove the prosthetic and wash yourself and the prosthetic then reapply. I went through way too much BT-460 on my first order because I didn’t really realize this until I was already ¾ of the way through the 1 oz.
TL;DR: BT-461 is a cheaper, thinner, more user friendly formula of the same adhesive as BT-460 from Factor 2 adhesives and adheres comparably when using two to three coats.

FTM Tutorial: How To Wear A Packer
Tumblr media
The majority of people who use packers are those who are transgender or non-binary. When you’re a part of the trans* community, your mind and/or body can sometimes be your worst enemy. Axolom helps transgender and non-binary people access their gender euphoria instead of dysphoria. There are many options we’ll go over when we explain below how to wear a packer.  Just to make sure we’re on the same page, let’s start with why trans* people wear packers and what packers are:
What Are Packers?
Usually created out of silicone, packers are phallic (or penis-shaped) prosthetics some people use to create the appearance of a bulge in pants. For some back in the day, cis-guys used socks to make their own bulge look bigger. The transgender application in my experience similar: to combat dysphoria and/or boost confidence.
Some people use packers as a way to subtly validate themselves throughout the day. These packers can be a major piece of the puzzle when it comes to taking on bottom dysphoria for people across the world. Many trans* people use packers as a tool to keep their minds from saying negative things. If we can master our minds and retrain our thought processes to be positive, it can be a major game-changer in our day-to-day lives as transgender and non-binary people and, in some cases, save lives.
What Styles/Types Of Packers Are There?
Here, Axolom offers cut, uncut, flat back, and curved for AFAB anatomy. The cut and uncut are circumcised and uncircumcised respectively. The star feature is the back which has two inner half-moon shapes that allow your anatomy to rest in these indentions flat on the body. You want to be comfortable with your packer and have it feel like an extension of you. You can also have packers that double as other products like STPs (Stand to Pee Devices), pleasure edges, or products to be able to make prosthetics erect. But How Do I Wear A Packer?
Let’s say you already have a packer in mind but don’t understand how it can attach to the body. There are a few different ways you’re able to:
Adhesive
The Axolom product Monsieur Wiggle Super Soft Packer also has a tab that may be adhered to the body using these reusable sheets allowing for a free feeling of natural movement. You can purchase adhesive sheets, but if you’re tight on cash, you can always tuck the tab under the elastic band of your underwear or one of the next few options.
Harnesses
From minimal straps to velcro with snap buttons, you can get all types of harnesses to wear underneath your underwear. The key is to make sure your harness feels secure and people often go with these because they know and trust that these won’t fail. The worst-case scenario for any person using prosthetics is it falling off, especially in public. If you’re not one for extra layers, the other options might be better choices.
Snug Boxer Briefs
The most accessible option found locally is often boxer briefs. Their snug fit and pocket for junk support are ideal for a pouch for your packer so it remains against your body as it should. It’s important to pay attention to the pouch size, open/closed fly, and material because you want it to be comfortable and breathable down there. Stay sanitary people!
Speciality Boxer Briefs
In the last decade, there has been an increase in transgender and nonbinary products to aid in your battle against dysphoria and/or self-esteem. Companies such as RodeoH and FtM Essentials offer a variety of packing boxer solutions that are made just for keeping your packer in place. Often this is the go-to answer for people who want the security of a harness but the comfort of boxer briefs.
Impact
According to its second annual National Survey on LGBTQ Youth Mental Health, The Trevor Project discovered some disturbing stats about gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and other gender nonconforming young Americans between 13-24.
“48% of LGBTQ youth reported engaging in self-harm in the past twelve months, including over 60% of transgender and nonbinary youth.”
As this wasn’t enough to be concerned about, 40% of those surveyed said to have seriously considered attempting suicide during that period, and of these young people who identified as trans or nonbinary, more than half said they strongly considered ending their lives.
Axolom knows how much of an impact it can make on people’s quality of life as transgender and non-binary people who want to learn how to wear a packer. I can tell they want to make the lives of transgender and non-binary people easier so we lose less precious transgender souls. And that’s what this is all about. I’m very glad I crossed paths with Axolom and I appreciate you taking the time to read this post.
As always, sending you love and light.
Axolom Team.

Packing Guide v1.0
This is the second guide I’ve developed for DysphoriAid, a project meant to create simple and printable guides for transgender people on the topic of dysphoria-relieving items. This packing guide includes basics, where to buy packers, making your own, Do’s and Don’ts, and additional information. It was developed with the help of a coworker and friend Richard Cole.

The Basics, What to Keep in Mind, and Where to Buy
A packer is an item used to replicate a bulge and occasionally other features associated with having a penis for those born without one. There are multiple reasons why someone would choose to pack, including lessening dysphoria, improving body image, and increasing personal safety in public places and for people who are expected to “pass” as a non-transgender man. Making the choice to pack can be very personal and not everyone who “could” pack will or wants to. Discomfort with or a lack of a need to pack doesn’t make anyone any less transgender or nonbinary, nor does packing make anyone more transgender or nonbinary.
The decision to pack starts with the decision of one’s price range and what one would like from a packer. There are three main times of packers: soft packers, pack n plays (packers that can also be used for sex via an insertable rod), and pack, play, and pees (packers that can be used for both sex and for peeing in a standing position). Usually, the ones with more uses are more expensive. Packers come in many different materials, sizes, and colors as well. Packers made from porous material and can easily soak up bacteria and dirt, which can cause urinary tract infections and skin problems, but can be more comfortable for the wearer. Silicone packers are more durable but still need to be cared for. When it comes to size, bigger is not always better. There are definitely large packers, as there are definitely people with large penises, but smaller packers give a more realistic look and are often more comfortable to wear. Finally, most packer companies offer a range of skin colors, but finding one to match your exact skin tone if desired may make the search for a packer take more time. It is possible to recolor some packers, look for a link in “Additional Information.”
Most people who own packers own a variety of accessories as well. Packers, especially the lower-end ones, do not stay in place well. Harnesses and special underwear can be used to keep them from falling out. Pack and plays cannot be used for the “play” function without a harness. Most packers can be cleaned with soap and water, but some companies and some materials warrant special cleaning solutions. Going to websites listed in the next paragraph and the “Additional Information” section can help you make an informed decision and show you what else you need along with a packer.
If everything written here sounds confusing and convoluted to you, there’s good news - transgender and nonbinary people have been packing for decades and companies are more than willing to help you understand their products. The Tool Shed (toolshedtoys.com) is an LGBT-owned business that focuses on sex positivity and safety and offers a good selection of packers in a clean layout, including the popular first-time-packer line Mr. Limpy / Softie. TranZwear (tranzwear.net) is a transgender-owned business that focuses mostly on packers and packer accessories. A note for TranZwear however: the site may be difficult or impossible to navigate for those with reading or sensory difficulties due to the general uncleanliness of the design. For the extreme end of quality and price, look at the transgender-owned Transthetics (transthetics.com).
Make Your Own / Packing Without a Packer
Sometimes, purchasing a packer is not feasible for any number of reasons. So, here are some alternatives! All the rules to regular packing - found in the “Do’s and Don’ts” section - should be followed even when not wearing an official packer. These methods are often helped by the use of the specialized underwear made for packers.
NOTE: Never ever use tape or adhesive to secure a packer of any type. Surgical glue is used in some cases, but only for prosthetic packers and only by trained medical professionals.
Second / Back Page
Option #2: Fill an unlubricated condom about halfway with some sort of gel, like hair gel, and tie it off tightly at the desired length. Place within another unlubricated condom or two, typing those off as well. Cover with a sock or other sleeve to reduce tugging and catching. Place in a jock strap or tight-fitting underwear. Watch for tearing and leakage, replace often.
Option #1: Roll a pair of socks into itself to create an oval-ish shape, manipulating the socks until a desirable bulge is achieved. Stick the faux-bulge into your underwear, securing it with safety pins if there’s concern of it falling out or losing its shape. Not always realistic-looking, but cheap and easy. Use thin socks to reduce heat.
The Do’s and Don’ts of Packing
Do
Wash your packer every day after wearing it with at least soap and water
Try out different placements and ways of securing your packer to find out what fits and feels comfortable
Look at examples of cisgender men and other packing transgender people online for placement reference, like underwear models
Listen to your body and make sure your packer isn’t overheating or hurting your genital region
Replace your packer if it becomes damaged, worn out, or cannot be cleaned properly
Look up reviews and videos on packing and specific packers and accessories before buying
Dust non-hommade packers with cornstarch before wearing to lessen the dirt and hair they pick up
Experiment if resources permit you to
Don’t
Leave your packer in a damp area or where bacteria is likely to flourish
Expect other transgender people to always feel comfortable talking about their packing experiences
Place tape or adhesive anywhere near your genital area
Trade your packers with other transgender people, especially if they are pack and plays or pack, play, and pees.
Feel discouraged if a popular packer isn’t right for you
Boil silicone / cyberskin / thermal gel packers, as they will melt
Ignore the directions of the manufacturer or seller - they know best!
Use non-skin-safe cleaning materials on your packer
Force yourself to pack even if you identify as a trans male or trans masculine

*While this info sheet includes both binary and nonbinary transgender people, a great deal of the online resources available for packing only includes language about transgender men. The information is still good for nonbinary people, but readers should be aware of this. Additionally, online guides and resources often include pictures of packers, many of which are very realistic. Keep this in mind when searching on a non-private computer, browsing in public, or if you are adverse to images of penises.

Axolom Squire STP Packer Review: FTM Packer
Axolom Squire STP Packer Review: FTM Packer
At the beginning of our FTM transaction, we find small STP packers at cheap pricing. It’s because we aren’t interested to carry big STP packers in the beginning or it makes us awkward. So, we choose to help the trans guys to have a 3-in-1 STP packer which is small and good for pee and packing. In the case of packing, it also works well. The packer size is 3.7- 4.3 inches. The scrotum texture…

These are stock photos (since I am posting from a laptop). Please contact for pics of the actual products only if you are interested, will take photos on phone and send them over.  1. Dual layer dildo. Color hand painted will not peel off. Molded from a real penis. Length: 8.3", Insertable: 6.7", Diameter: 1.8”. Smooth pliable outer layers are designed to feel like skin. Harder inner core mimics hard muscles of an erection. Hard core is firm yet flexible and allows for more targeted internal stimulation. Only used this with a condom twice with ex gf and now barely used. Ex gf used to say it was incredible, and this was quite possibly the best prosthetic for play. We’ve tried Reelmagik, Emisil, VixSkin before, and this was her claim. She used to be with cis men. $85 and free shipping if you are located in the United States.
2. Sleeve stroker (resembling a vagina). realistic 3D internal textured tunnel, provide a real vaginal sensation, and the stretchy material. Tried once and it works surprisingly very well - would only work if you have some growth on T (and lube) but I am now with a partner so have no need for it. The visuals and feel is incredible, especially if you use lube and also warm it up. $45 and free shipping if you are located in the United States.
All toys and prosthetics have been cleaned and will be thoroughly re: sterilized and sanitized before shipment.
3. Packer Pouch: Joey Swimmer Mesh packer pouch (fits classic and ballsy, any packer size) in white. Great for swimming as well. Only used once and thoroughly washed. I've been using adhesives for my packer so this is not getting any use = $15 flat same price and free shipping. I purchased it for $21 with shipping. I'm losing out on this but with a gendercat w/adhesive prosthetic I do not need a packer pouch.
4. WeVibe Sync. New, no box. Gifted to me but I don't use it and there isn't a need to. Great for long distance or in person. Offering a one time deal for $95 + 8 shipping. Retails for 200+.
