On the opposite side of the continent, the culture of Kāwnukujur’ tries to survive. Historically on Earth, hunter-gatherers are more healthier and successful than any agricultural societies. Kāwnukujur’ relationship to their disabled members is diverse, but generally they are preserved and respected. Some subsections raise their disabled status to the Kāsur’ - not necesseraly the ruling class, but those who are responsible for accounting of resources, jobs and plans for the community. While disabled kawār’ lose their ability to work, their ability to observe, count and think is put to good use and for it they are taken care of not just by their families, but by anyone in the town.

The accommodation for disability and agriculture - nōhākuj, though mutated and domesticated since the times from before Nyrrawās, makes it difficult to travel and escape the reading from the Wodiakukār’ - bigger sutviprra of the same region. The Kāwnukujur’ have to build some kind of fortifications, while accounting for inadequacies of their anatomy. After a lot of trial and error they figured out implements, comparable to the wheel in it’s significance - Kakukfurr’nys - mussel corset, a wooden or boney plate fastened to the head, protecting the breathing tube from the weight, allowing common workers to lift heavier weight. While very helpful, reducing traumatic incidents dramatically, this doesn’t solve the problem of spine connection - this requires more sophisticated construction of a much more complex structure. Luckily, another domesticated plant in their repertoire is a Koenys tree, which’s resin and fruits, after certain procedure, rubber-like substance is produced - Ojēnynonukujur. While still hot, the substance is poured into the wood-carved forms, gets cooled and utilized either like a glue or made into elastic belts and fastened onto the bone axes and the entire construction is fastened onto the back, providing additional force and dissipating stress - outside construction is more likely to break by the accidental design, saving the carrier. Operators of Ojēnynokujurran are more risky and yet more regarded, as traumas are still not averted completely.

Innovations in accommodation and demand for organization startet up so far unprecedented development of towns and even substantial cities. Germany plans to supply Ukraine with 18 RCH 155 wheeled howitzers, according to the government's updated list of arms deliveries to Ukraine.

Russia is trying to “freeze” the war in Ukraine to prepare for “a bigger offensive next spring,” NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said on Dec. 7.

Many people were also injured, according to Zelensky. A market, elevator, a bus station, gas stations, and a residential building came under fire, the president said.

Germany will also be providing an additional 100 drone defense sensors and jammers, two hangar tents and seven load-handling trucks, according to the list.
Germany and the Netherlands have already sent 14 self-propelled howitzers PzH2000 to Ukraine, along with thousands of rounds of ammunition.
The RCH 155 is a modernized version of the PzH 2000 on wheels instead of tracks and with a higher degree of automation and crew safety, according to the company producing the howitzer, Krauss Maffei Wegmann. The German government legally cleared the way for RCH 155s to be sent to Ukraine in late September.”-via CNN

““Russia continues to bring death and devastation to Ukraine. It is deliberately targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure, seeking to paralyze the country at the beginning of the winter. We stand by Ukraine, and we are making Russia pay for its cruelty,” European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said in a statement.
The European Commission proposed adding almost 200 additional individuals and entities to the EU sanctions list.
These include the Russian armed forces, individual officers and defense companies, members of parliament, ministers, governors, and political parties, among others.
“This list covers key figures in Russia's brutal and deliberate missile strikes against civilians, in the kidnapping of Ukrainian children to Russia, and in the theft of Ukrainian agricultural products,” von der Leyen said.
In addition, the European Commission proposed sanctioning three additional Russian banks, including a full transaction ban on the Russian Regional Development Bank, to further paralyze Russian dictator Vladimir Putin's cash cows.
Furthermore, the European Commission wants to impose new export controls and restrictions, particularly for dual-use goods, including chemicals, nerve agents, electronics, and IT components that could be used by the Russian war machine.
Von der Leyen said that the commission would cut Russia's access to all sorts of drones and unmanned aerial vehicles, banning the direct exports of drone engines to Russia and the export to any third countries, such as Iran, which could supply drones to Russia.
“We will also target the Russian propaganda machine by taking four additional channels off the air and all other distribution platforms,” she said.
Von der Leyen said that the European Commission had proposed further economic measures against the Russian energy and mining sector, including a ban on new mining investments in Russia.
This package comes on top of the EU import ban on Russian seaborne oil that came into force on Dec. 5.

“What we see now is Russia actually trying to have some kind of ‘freeze’ of this war at least for a short period of time so they can regroup, repair, recover,” Stoltenberg said during a conference hosted by the Financial Times.
The NATO chief’s assessment comes nearly a month after Russia suffered a humiliating defeat in southern Ukraine, where it was forced to withdraw from the only regional capital, Kherson, that it had captured since the February invasion.
For the past five months, Russia has failed to achieve any major victory in Ukraine despite its high casualty rate. The current epicenter of the battle is in the Bakhmut sector in the eastern Donetsk Oblast as Russian troops mass to encircle and capture the strategically insignificant city.
Ukraine’s Eastern Military Command spokesman Serhiy Cherevaty claimed on Dec. 4 that Russia was losing 50-100 soldiers daily in the Bakhmut area, with a similar injury rate. The loss of Ukrainian troops, however, is also assumed to be high.
At the Financial Times Global Boardroom conference on Dec. 7, Stoltenberg also said that he had "no more information" about Moscow’s accusations of Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian military airbases earlier this week.
The alleged Ukrainian drone attacks occurred on Dec. 5 when explosions were reported at two airbases 500-700 kilometers deep inside Russia, hinting at Kyiv’s ability to strike targets at such distances.
Ukraine has not officially claimed responsibility for the attacks.
Stoltenberg elaborated without pointing fingers that it’s important to “understand this in the wider context,” where Russia is launching daily attacks on critical infrastructure in Ukrainian cities.
“What Russia tries to do is to weaponize winter, to deprive civilian Ukrainians of water, of electricity, of heating, when they're now going into winter,” Stoltenberg said.
“Ukraine has the right to defend itself against these kinds of attacks.”
Earlier on Dec. 6, U.S. State Department spokesperson Ned Price said that Washington was not “enabling” or “encouraging” Ukraine to attack targets inside Russia.
Asked about the possibility of peace agreements, Stoltenberg said that “Russia has shown no sign of engaging in negotiations which are respecting the sovereignty and the territorial integrity of Ukraine,” but insisted that it was not up to Brussels to decide.
“It has to be Ukraine that decides when and the conditions for negotiations,” he told at the event.
Back in Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin signaled that he was preparing for a prolonged war, acknowledging that “this might be a long process.”
Putin added that half of the 300,000 conscripts drafted under what he introduced as "a partial mobilization" on Sept. 21 were already deployed in Ukraine.”-via Kyiv Independent

Neil was the HR Business Partner for a number of my departments; the management team that he supported under me was 45. The overall employees he supported for was 750+. In addition to supporting me, Neil also had the responsibility of supporting another 3-4 administrative directors.
Neil did an exceptional job! This job requires an individual who has strong communication skills. The person in this job role needs to be able communicate with Healthcare professionals and employees at all levels. In all of my years of working at the Cleveland Clinic (22 year), I must testify that no one ever performed better in this job role better than Neil. Neil was a “role model” as to what service excellence is all about.
Neil definitely has strong leadership ability as a HR Director. He has the ability to know how to move an entire organization from Point A (existing state) to Point B (desired state). Not only did Neil demonstrate these strong leadership traits but he also understands that systems/scorecards need to be put into place in order to make that happen; and that the results need to be hardwired directly back to the employee performance appraisals. As a leader he also comprehended the value of putting all of his efforts on the front (Very Proactive) end instead of on the back end (putting out fires) and while we worked together, he was relentless in his efforts to make this happen. What impressed me most about Neil was his technical expertise in the HR Field (the best I have ever seen), his passion to make a difference, his desire to teach/train/develop others and finally his hard work ethics – he often worked long hours – his unspoken motto to all of us was “Whatever it Takes to get the Job Done.

Neil came to Sherwin-Williams with solid generalist experience and quickly demonstrated his grasp of the foundational HR disciplines including talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations and training and development. His role as an Sr. HR Manager required him to use these skills on a regular basis, as the role was truly generalist in nature. As a key partner to the business, it was important for him to be able to credibly provide counsel on these topics, and he continually showed that he was an expert in his profession.
In his role as Sr.HR Manager, he was expected to effectively lead his team of HR professionals. He consistently demonstrated that he understood the need to set specific goals and create plans to meet and exceed the expectations of our internal clients. He took a vested interest in the development of his team and provided them the space to grow, while also providing appropriate feedback to keep them on track.
Perhaps the area of Neil’s contributions that I was most impressed with was his ability to build relationships and work in an extremely collaborative way. At the time that Neil joined Sherwin-Williams, the company operated in a very decentralized fashion and each business unit operated very autonomously. While this was effective in the field, it was inefficient at the Headquarters site. We were tasked with centralizing HR processes for all business units in order to capitalize on best practices and improve efficiencies. Neil supported the business unit that had historically been the most autonomous and accordingly, the most resistant to “Corporate” initiatives. In a very short period of time, Neil built rapport with the key stakeholders in the business unit and allowed us to make accelerated progress. On the surface, this may not seem significant, however, it required a great deal of skill and tact to build the relationships that Neil built, not to mention leveraging these relationships to allow us to get things done.
While it has been several years since Neil and I worked together, I’m confident that he has continued to grow professionally and has built on his strengths as an HR leader. He would make a fine addition to any organization, particularly one that is looking for a strong HR leader that has a natural skill in building and leveraging professional relationships into results. Yanmar Agribusiness Co., Ltd. (Yanmar AG), a subsidiary of Yanmar Holdings, has revealed its e-X1 concept, an electric drive compact electric agricultural machine designed to achieve zero emissions. The prototype was unveiled at a stakeholder event, with a view to begin market monitoring by 2025.
