"I explored the ruins of Sinnoh with a team made a breakthrough, won't elaborate, made friends with a legendary pokemon...Twice won't say which and revived a never before seen pokemon specimen from about 100 billion years ago. That one is in the museum in Kanto." Blue said keeping some things confidential due to having TWO encounter with sexy thieves and last he needs is another one trying to pry for more undisclosed information.

"What about you Babe? I'm willing to bump up listening in my list if you want to tell me about all the fun stuff you did this year"

Her time in Alola thus far, while growing closer to the colorful locals and getting accustomed to their ways of living—it has been an eyeopening venture, into finally allowing herself to expand beyond her vision once tunneled. Prior to meeting Dawn, to losing her first match, to returning to Hoenn as their Champion, such an excursion would have never been thought possible. However, with this new lease on life, May is growing more excited in seeing what each new day has in store for her.

As her vacation's expiration date slowly approaches, it's leaving her with a bitter-sweetness best nullified by the delicious delicacies Alola has to offer. Malasadas have risen to become a newly-discovered comfort food, one she's itching to master in the kitchen to be able to share with her girlfriend once she's returned to Sinnoh.

When it concerns Alolan cuisine, May has found no one more insightful than Lynn Makana. The woman is a marvel when it comes to crafting ingredients into actual works of art; for someone as adept but limited in her culinary skills as she is—having survived off of hunting game and scavenging for years—May has eagerly looked to the Alolan woman as a mentor of sorts.

Though, tonight, it seems her mentor is going through it.

"Homie, I think I'm the one doin' the delivery gig right now," she keeps Lynn secured over her shoulder, storefronts dimming while stars replace them as the night's main sources of light. "Don't know what got ya so emotional over there in that corner—tried shakin' ya a good dozen times, but you were clonked out pretty hard."

May has to laugh, however: Lynn's treated her quite nicely during the Hoennite's stay, so small returns in favor are nothing to neglect. After all, the shop was closing—it would've been nasty behavior to leave the other woman there, and in such a state. "Say... which way is it to yer place? You out campin', or shacked up in a motel again, or...?" Lynn's unorthodox way of life is intriguing, and something May most certainly relates to.

Lillie took a sip of the Tapu Coacoa that was provided to her. It was nice that they found a café that was so quiet. Considering how this conversation began, she was even more grateful for it.

Now that she thinks about it, though, Lynn did look familiar. Lillie was fairly shy during those days so the only one that she considered a friend or aunt-figure during that time was Wicke, but she did enjoy the passing by of others. Maybe Lynn was one of them.

"Oh... then, I guess you were able to leave before the Incident, then. I wouldn't blame you, considering everything that happened."

However, when the topic change occurred, she seemed to perk up a little bit. "Hoenn's an amazing place to live. It reminds me of home. I live with an adoptive family now. We don't live in a village or a town, necessarily. We kind of live in a house on an island together not terribly far from Pacifidlog Town."

That's one way to describe Sky Pillar, I guess.

"Do you travel to Hoenn often, or was it just a one-time thing?"

@alolynn-heart continued from here: They had arrived here a little bit ago, unable to sit still at home. Good thing this shop opened early. He couldn't help but blurt something out about his nerves at seeing the familiar face, which he kicked himself for soon after.

"Oh, uh, just some pre-travel jitters, I suppose!" It was more than that, but they'd rather not talk about it right now.

"In a few days I'll be boarding a cruise to Galar with a good friend of mine."

"Oh! I didn't think you would be at this rave tonight?" Lynn exclaimed as she recognized Sam nearby. She did pick up that he seemed to be agitated about something. Soo that left a couple of things she could remedy it with.

"Here...at least have something to eat," she said placing a wrapped rage candy bar into his hands. It was ironic considering the name of the treat, and yet Lynn knew that any sort of edible substance was the best answer to hangry moods. If that was the case.

The other... her rotom phone hovered nearby. "I don't know if you saw this, but check it out," with a view button presses the ambient screen clicked on displaying a short recorded video of the meloetta performing on stage not too long ago.

"I get it's not the same as being in person, but at least its something you know?"

"Oh hey. Yeah I don't know why I'm here. I guess I just wanted some crappy beer." Sam sighed as he took another sip. His agitation clear to Lynn.

Sam picked up the bar and opened it up. It certainly was a rage candy bar. He didn't even notice a vendor selling them on the way here but it wasn't like he was looking for them or anything.

He gave her a small grin as he took a bite out of it. "Thanks."

Sam watched the recording with mixed emotions. On one hand he was jealous about Lynn being able to to see it in person. On the other, he was glad that he did get to see it at all.

"Thanks, I feel a bit better now. I guess." Sam took a few more bites from his candy bar as he continued to watch it.

"Could you send me this video? It would be nice to have."

Alola was just as warm and beautiful as he imagined. The beaches of Melemele Island were white as snow, and the water blue as the prettiest sapphire. The cries of wingull could be heard among the crashing waves and chatter among the tourists who enjoyed this slice of paradise. Itto's Pokemon were out enjoying the waves and playing with the other Pokemon while their papa remained on the beach, taking a nap. However, his nap was rudely disrupted with a kick and also a bite of sand to the face.

Promptly waking, the angered hisuian giant barked out up towards his attacker. "Hey! Watch where you're stepping, lady! One wrong step and your foot could've been skewered." One look down, and the stranger would see a very angry head sticking out of the sand. His body was completely submerged.
