Solanine

#2: How did your character feel about Minthara’s opinions on the gods?

Solanine doesn’t necessarily agree with Minthara’s opinion. Minthara believes there are no gods left for her and Solanine is divine, in a sense. She is the most devout of my Tavs but in a weird twisted way. But by the end, Solanine becomes Minthara’s new god so that’s Fine right.

#3: Did your character help Minthara get her revenge on Orin, or handle Orin alone?

As much as she wanted to help Minthara, Solanine is ultimately a selfish person so her own revenge on Orin was her first priority. She always saw Orin as beneath her, so handling her alone at the full strength of a Bhaalspawn was her goal.

#5: Did your character influence Astarion into staying a spawn or ascending? How did this affect their relationship with him?

She absolutely pushed him to ascend in the name of power. Anyone in the way would be just stepping stones. After his ascension, he definitely became more of a worthy rival to her. She knew eventually that, with Bhaal’s plan for the world, they would have to cross swords, but he would give her a challenge which is what she wants.

#4: “Courage. Insight. Strategy. Justice.” Did your character support Wyll’s taught tenets as a hero or not?

She does agree with these tenets. While she wasn’t necessarily taught something similar, she does end up following similar tenets on her own path. Courage, to her, is the most important of these four.

#5: Did your character influence Wyll into becoming a Grand Duke or becoming the Blade of Avernus? How did this affect their relationship with him?

She wanted him to do whatever he was happiest with, and it was pretty clear to her that he was most happy with a sword in hand helping people that way as the Blade of Avernus. It was a tough choice, but they stuck together and both joined Karlach in the Hells. Honestly, I think that choice made their relationship stronger overall.

#3: Did your character help Karlach improve her engine? If so, how did they react to her ability to touch again?

Ardanthe did help Karlach improve her engine, of course. Once Karlach regained her ability to touch, you know Ardanthe swept her into the BIGGEST hug she could muster, probably squeezing the near life out of Karlach.
