Trying to get all 4 arcs from season 1 into books!

(not available for sale, these are print proofs. I'm planning a Kickstarter early next year!)

#this is why i havent been posting much #ive been so busy between making episodes and doing Kickstarter prep #theres been a lot more for Kickstarter prep than i had anticipated #i mean. not really. #i knew it was gonna be a lot #but it's takin longer than i thought #cause i always forget how little time i have outside of making comic updates #I'm also thinking $25 a book #and then itd be $30-60 to ship them #so. if youre reading these tags its not an official announcement #but i want to give people ample warning #cause i know $150 is a lot to save up #also for legal reasons #i can not print all the books at once... #i have to go one at a time?? #so I'm planning on making it like.. a box every few months #idk #I'm trying to think of thinfs that make it more worthwhile to do it that way #i want ppl to feel like they got their moneys worth idk #but! tbese two books look really good #I get proofs really early so i can go through for typos or color errors asap #so! hopefully I'll have the ghost and Victorian ones done by end kf year #so i can do the Kickstarter in like... jan/feb #i wanna add some scenes to the Victorian one #so. loads of work to do #printing #books #Kickstarter prep #time and time again

10. If your character had time to pick up any artisan’s tools, game set, instrument, etc., what would it be?

murmur: probably would get into woodworking! they saw some sailors doing lil carvings on the athenleii and would be interested in picking it up themselves

tiny: i feel like tiny would rly want to learn how to weave (if they don’t already laksd)

rowan: she’d probably pick up something practical and mathematical, like navigator’s tools

20. What is the biggest mistake your character has ever made?

murmur: leaving the athenleii and not trying to save it (at least from their perspective)

murmur: what the FUCK ?????? thats a blue water person ????????? also big scary sailor with tatts. also did u hear they murdered their shipmates ????

rowan: purble. nerdy. not much else, she doesn’t rly stand out

murmur: anywhere with the others

tiny: they don’t rly have a home at this point

rowan: in a library

50. Who in the party would your character prioritize rescuing, in dire circumstances?

murmur: einkil and flora are squishy, but since jibril usually picks flora up/murmur picks einkil up it’ll probably be fae boy

tiny: TEENY

rowan: probably kieren’s character who’s name im spacing out on rn. he’s like a lil bro to her

60. What decision would the party have to make in order for your character to consider splitting off from the group?

murmur: i actually don’t know ??? murmur’s very, very attached to this group and cares for them deeply so it would take a lot. maybe them working for the evil gods in secret ???

tiny: another thing where idk but this is a case of tiny being very chill so itd take a lot (but less than with murmur), like if they went full evil/murdery. then tiny would ditch the group

murmur: when people try to make them orderly and lawful and are high and mighty over chaotic people

tiny: not much, very chill as i’ve said lasdjf

rowan: when people don’t take their research seriously; spread misinfo

80. How does your character feel about receiving/giving orders? Are they more of a leader, or a follower?

murmur: they feel fine w either. they grew up on a ship and are used to it. i think they’re more leader-y but are fine following (bc like i said, ship)

tiny: doesn’t rly like giving them; more of a follower (but in their past life ig a leader??????)

rowan: doesn’t like receiving them, fine w giving them; definitely a leader

90. Who is your character’s biggest rival?

murmur: nikoletta or asmodeus

tiny: no one (but teeny’s is veeric lakjsjfdlksdj)

rowan: uh rival scholars? no one rly at this point

100. What, currently, is your character the most curious about?

murmur: will they make it out alive? will everything okay? is bringing back captain kyer the right thing to do???
